A Case Study on Solpe and Earth Retaining Wall Reinforced by Pressure-Grouted Soil Nailing (압력식 쏘일네일링을 적용한 사면 및 흙막이 벽체 설계/시공 사례)

  • 발포우레탄 패커를 이용한 압력식 쏘일네일링 공법은 기존 쏘일네일링 공법의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 개발되었으며, 그라우팅 두부에 패커를 설치하여 네일 정착부를 완전히 밀폐하고 압력 그라우팅을 실시하여 정착부의 유효직경 및 인발저항력을 증가시켜 안전율을 향상시키는 공법이다. 압력식 쏘일네일링 공법에 대한 효용성을 검증하기 위하여 발포우레탄 패커 특성시험 및 현장조건을 묘사한 실내 그라우팅 주입실험, 현장시험 및 FEM해석을 수행하였다. 본 공법의 필수요소인 발포우레탄 패커의 정착력 확인을 위한 패커 특성시험 결과, 공내에 작용하는 압력에 대하여 패커가 충분히 저항함을 알 수 있었으며, 인발저항력 증가 원인 분석을 위한 실내 및 현장 시험결과, 압력 그라우트에 의하여 그라우트의 품질확보, 보강력증가 및 주변지반의 압밀효과를 확인 하였다. 끝으로 압력식 쏘일네일링 공법을 적용한 사면 및 흙막이 벽체 설계/시공 사례를 분석하여 현장 적용시 본 공법의 효용성 및 대처능력의 우수함을 입증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 실험계획법을 반도체 공정 및 소자 시뮬레이터에 적용하여, 시뮬레이션 회수를 최소화하고, 동시에 현장과 유사하게 시뮬레이터 내부 파라미터가 튜닝 될 수 있도록 하는 교정 문제에도 활용된 반도체 공정 최적화 사례를 소개한다. 또한, 일반적 시뮬레이터가 실제 현장과의 차이점으로 갖는 문제인 동일한 입력 값에 대해 항상 같은 출력 값이 산출되는 점을 공정의 규격을 고려해 시뮬레이션 함으로써 현장에서의 재현성을 높이고자 하였다. 이는 $0.8{\mu}m$급 BIMOS 공정의 기본 소자 중 하나의 NPN 트랜지스터의 전류이득(Current Gain : hFE) 특성을 최적화하기 위한 주요 공정조건 결정과 연관된 것이며, 기존 방법에 비해 시뮬레이션 횟수를 줄이는 동시에 현장에 직접 투입되는 검증 로트를 최소화시켜 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있었다. 또한, 얻어진 추전 조건에서 실제 생산된 검증 로트를 통해 시뮬레이션으로부터 얻어진 결과들이 재현됨으로써 제시된 방법의 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • 3D spatial-modeling can be used in various safety-enhancement applications and for as-built data acquisition in project-control systems. The objective of the research reported herein was to provide spatial-modeling methods that represent construction sites in an efficient manner and to validate the proposed methods by testing them in an actual construction environment. Algorithms to construct construction-site scenes and to carry out coordinate transformations in order to merge data from different acquisition locations are presented. Field experiments were conducted to establish performance parameters and validation for the proposed methods and models. Initial experimental work has demonstrated the feasibility of this approach.

  • In this study, we have developed the high resolution multichannel seismic data acquisition system and shallow marine seismic source. It is easy to operate and handle our source system which utilizes piezoelectric transducer of high electrical power. We have manufactured two 4-channel streamers for multi-channel marine seismic survey. In the recording part, we used 24bits and 8 channel high speed A/D board. Therefore, we could achieve the improvement of data quality and the efficiency of data acquisition. We compared the developed system with the conventional system to demonstrate its field applicability.

Verification and Application of Velocity Measurement Using Price Meter and ADCP (회전식유속계와 ADCP를 이용한 유속측정의 검증 및 적용)

  • Although ADCP(Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler) have been introduced and utilized for flow measurements since the end of 1990's, in-situ behavior performance of ADCP at stream gauging stations has not been evaluated in Korea. The purpose of this study is for verification and application of velocity measurements using a price meter and ADCP. The verification of measured velocities was carried out in a laboratory open-channel. The differences between the two velocity values measured by a pirce meter and ADCP are within 2.1%, which means that ADCP can be used at stream gauging stations. After verification, ADCP was applied to the Maekok stream selected as a test site for application. for application. The test application was performed by comparison of velocity results measured by ADCP and a price meter. Results show that the velocity values obtained by using ADCP coincide well with those by using conventional devices with the average measurement discrepancy of 10.5%.

  • In this study, theoretical approach of 3D seismic traveltime tomography was investigated. To guarantee the successful field application of 3D tomography, appropriate control of problem associated with blind zone is pre-requisite. To overcome the velocity distortion of the reconstructed tomogram due to insufficient source-receiver array coverage, the algorithm of 3D seismic traveltime tomography based on the Fresnel volume was developed as a technique of ray-path broadening. For the successful reconstruction of velocity cube, 3D traveltime algorithm was explored and employed on the basis of 2nd order Fast Marching Method(FMM), resulting in improvement of precision and accuracy. To prove the validity and field application of this algorithm, two numerical experiments were performed for globular and layered models. The algorithm was also found to be successfully applicable to field data.

  • Simulation has considerable potential as the tool of construction management, but in the case of domestic, it is at an early stage applying simulation to micro-process assesment. For applying simulation to the construction process, much effort is needed to collect input data and to build the model including the characteristics of the fields. This study introduces the methodology to build the simulation model, then verifies the model with the operation data.

  • A control system has been being developed by korean engineers for 500MW korean standard type fossil power plant with the advent of retrofit of old control system. Simulators have been used for digital I&C system pre-tests and validation tests in nuclear power plants. In this paper, the power plant simulator for control system V&V was developed in order to verify the developed control system prior to application to a power plant. The control models were developed using plant control system data, translator programs, and vendor manuals. The developed simulator was verified by steady-state test, load swing test, transient test and so on.

  • 이 논문은 현재 국내에서 사용하고 있는 배전용 케이블 열화진단장치인 완화전류 측정장치의 진단기준 개선을 위한 것이다. 현재까지 사용되던 직류 고전압을 이용한 누설전류 측정법을 대체하기 위해 사용되는 완화전류 측정장치는 국내 배전선로에서 수년간 현장적용을 실시하여 많은 케이블을 교체하였다. 하지만 완화전류 측정을 통해 교체한 케이블의 상태에 대해서는 검증되지 않은 상태이므로 완화전류 측정을 통한 교체기준이 국내 케이블에 적절한지 확인할 필요가 있다. 이는 케이블 유지보수에 있어서 중요한 사항으로서 교체기준이 부적절할 경우 열화진단을 통한 고장방지 목적을 달성할 수 없거나 건전한 케이블을 교체하여 불필요한 예산을 낭비하는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 현장운전중인 선로를 선택하고 열화된 케이블의 절연성능 향상을 위해 실리콘을 주입하였다. 그리고 실리콘 처리후 케이블의 운전시간에 따른 열화진단 결과와 케이블 절연파괴강도를 비교하여 진단장치의 신뢰성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이것은 1년 동안의 현장시험 결과를 정리한 것이다.
