우리나라 공공건설공사에서 불필요한 행정업무·제도·환경 등을 개선하기 위해 발주기관은 건설현장 담당자를 통해 관련 개선사항들을 보고·취합하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 업무개선 노력들은 발주기관에서 건설현장으로 지시하는 수직구조로 되어 있어 업무개선결과에 대한 정보 공유와 활용이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설현장 감리원들의 업무개선 아이디어를 온라인으로 평가하고 이를 전체 건설현장에 공유할 수 있는 창구를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국토해양부 지방국토관리청 및 관할 건설현장에서 사용중인 건설사업관리시스템에 개선 아이디어 평가·공유 기능을 구축하고자 한다.

벤처 대기업 상생의 진수를 제대로 맛보고 싶다면 SK텔레콤 사례를 눈여겨보자. SK텔레콤은 협력업체와 개방적 협업 시스템인 오픈투유(Open2U)를 구축해 지속적인 동반성장을 이뤄나가고 있다. 그 좋은 사례가 지난 8월 협력업체를 대상으로 개최한 혁신 아이디어 공모전 'Open $Idea^+$ Festival'이다. 여기에 채택된 우수 아이디어에 대한 시상식이 12월10일 열렸다. 그 현장을 소개한다.

크고 작은 아이디어가 일상의 작업들을 편하게 수행할 수 있도록 도울 뿐만 아니라, 목장의 수익향상을 가져오는 사례도 적지 않게 볼 수 있다. 하지만 할 일도 많고 힘들고 귀찮아 뭔가 실천하기가 부담스럽기만 하다. 하지만 성공적인 경영은 작은 변화로 시작되기도 한다. 본고는 다년간 협회가 취재나 현장방문을 통해 발굴한 아이디어들이다. 다소 시간과 비용을 들여야 하는 공사부터 지금 당장 공구함을 열어 시작할 수 있는 개선 아이디어도 있다. 이미 다 일고 있는 사실이거나 우리 주변에서 흔히 보는 모습일 수 있지만, 중요한 것은 작은 실천만이 무시할 수 없는 향상으로 이끌 수 있다는 것이다. 저마다 목장경영에 도움이 될 수 있게 되기를 바란다.

21 세기의 초 정보화 산업사회에서 우리의 아이들이 자신의 목소리로 세계 속에서 살아가게 하기 위해서는 다른 사람과 다른 아이디어를 낼 수 있도록 교육의 틀을 바꾸지 않으면 안된다. 따라서 21세기의 미래 사회를 살아갈 학생들을 가르치는 교육의 현장 역시 창의적인 인간을 길러낼 수 있도록 변해야 한다. 즉, 자신의 아이디어로 창조적인 삶을 영위해 나갈 수 있는 독창적인 아이디어를 낼 수 있는 인간을 육성하는 교육체제로 바뀌어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 영재학회에서는 대전광역시 초·중고등학교 학생들과 대학생, 일반인들을 대상으로 제3회 대전사랑·과학사랑 창의력 경연대회를 실시하였다. 그리고 대회실시 결과를 평가·분석하여 교육현장에서 창의성 교육이 확대 실시될 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다.

소비자들이 상품에 대한 미학적인 측면을 점점 더 중요시 하게 됨에 따라 현대 디자인은 기존의 개념을 탈피하여 새롭고 부드러우며 유연한 감성이 요구되고 있다. 디자인의 궁극적인 목표가 '소비자의 꿈을 현실로 만들어 주는 것'이라면 이러한 목표에 이르기 위한 '창의적 아이디어발상' 은 디자이너가 갖추어야 할 가장 중요한 능력 중의 하나이다. 따라서 본 연구는 창의적 아이디어 발상법에 대한 선행연구의 프로세스와 방법론의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 보완한 새로운 디자인 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 이루기 위해 사례연구로써 컴퓨터를 이용한 창의적 아이디어 발상법을 제안하여 디자이너에게 실제 디자인현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 하며 창의적 아이디어발상법의 개발에 대한 효과와 새로운 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 대학의 진로지도는 재학생들에게 산업 현장에서의 경험을 제공함으로써 학교에서 배운 전공지식을 기업현장에 적용하여 전공과 관련된 실무경험을 축적하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학에서의 현장실습은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이며 이를 통해 학생들이 습득하는 산업현장에 관한 경험, 정보와 아이디어가 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 졸업 후 고용획득 뿐만 아니라 창업의 동기로 작용하기도 하는지 확인하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 이에 따른 행동을 이끌어 내기 위한 동기적 측면에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이와 함께 능동적이고 계획적으로 진로를 선택해 나가는 자기주도적 경력태도와 기업가정신에 따라 현장실습경험이 고용가능성과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석할 것이다. 본 연구에서 예상되는 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 현장실습 경험은 대학생이 인식한 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 창업의도에도 직접적으로 영향을 줄 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도적 경력태도는 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 대학생의 기업가정신은 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.

The counter balancing is a technique to control a load which is acting to actuator when the load changes from a resistance state to over running state according to the structural change of the load for the case of lifting or carrying a heavy load in industrial site. Even though this technique is frequently used in industrial site, there is no widely known design procedure and educational equipment in home and abroad. Therefore, in this study a new idea was presented to develop an counter balancing educational equipment. The idea was realized through the process of system modeling and simulation, drawing out of design parameters, manufacturing of a prototype. Finally the usefulness of this developed educational equipment was demonstrated by experiments. It is expected that by using this equipment a big help would be given to students who should understand the counter balancing equipment which is frequently encountered in industrial site.

Creativity is the most important characteristic and ability in the 21st century. Recently leading people in Korean society are aware of the significance of the enhancement of the creativity. However, Korean students are less likely to take initiative or depart from standard ways of thinking or doing things, because Korean Confucius culture puts an emphasis on collectivism. An individual has an obligation to conform in order to avoid conflict and maintain social harmony. The rule of respecting parents and teachers leads to a lack of self-expression and entails silence. Brainstorming technique developed by American Osbron, who originated the group brainstorming in 1953, is the most popular creative thinking method for the students. Brainstorming technique has two principles : ideation can be more productive if criticism is concurrently excluded; The more ideas the better. In doing BS, each panel should consist of chairperson, an assistant chairperson, recorder, and 10 others including 2-3 females. However there are several problems in doing group BS, such as production blocking, uniformity thinking, evaluation apprehension, and social loafing. This study was undertaken to investigate the proper way of forming Brainstorming groups with Korean students according to the Sasang Constitutional Medicine originated by Korean Lee Je-ma in 1894. Human beings are classified in four group in Sasang Constitutional Medicine : Taeyang-In, Teaum-In, Soyang-In and Soum-In. Two Yang-Ins are more self-expressive : Taeyang-In has very unique ides and thoughts; Soyang-In is very humorous and like to present his/her ideas. On the other hand, two Um-Ins are passive and are not likely to speak out their ideas in group. Therefore, in this investigation firstly, the brainstorming group was formed with two Yang-Ins (Taeyang-In and Soyang-In) and two Um-Ins(Taeum-In and Soum-In) separately and secondly, Yang-Ins and Um-Ins were mixed. And the first method was compared with the second method in terms of the degree of participation of the group members and finally the better grouping method to produce more and better ideas was discussed and suggested for the educational system.
