Study of Construct Validity and Test-Retest Reliability of the Korean Version Peabody Developmental Motor Scales-Second Edition (PDMS-2) (한글판 Peabody Developmental Motor Scales-second edition (PDMS-2)의 구성타당도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도)

  • Objective : This study aimed to verify the construct validity of the Korean version of the Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-2 (K-PDMS-2) and its test-retest reliability for children with cerebral palsy (CP) and typical children. Method : To ascertain the construct validity, the K-PDMS-2 evaluation was conducted on 42 children with cerebral palsy and 42 typical children of similar age and gender. Construct validity was proved through comparison with standard scores. Ten of the children with CP were re-evaluated after two weeks to determine test-retest reliability. Results : There was a statistically significant difference in gross motor and fine motor development according to five subtests between the group of children with CP and the typical group (p = .000). For test-retest reliability, the correlation coefficient of the total frequency score was .989, representing very high temporal stability. Conclusion : This study confirmed that K-PDMS-2 is an evaluation tool of high reliability and validity, and a potentially useful future measure for domestic clinical sites and research.

A study on inspection methods for waste treatment facilities(II): Derivation of problems and improvement direction in inspection methods (폐기물처리시설의 세부검사방법 마련연구(II): 세부검사방법 문제점도출 및 개선방향 설정)

  • In this study, in order to improve the installation periodical inspection method of waste treatment facilities, we conducted on-site surveys of waste treatment facilities classified into six fields, grasped the problems of inspection methods, and made improvements accordingly. And revised the inspection method for waste treatment facilities. As a result, in the field of incineration and incineration heat recovery, inspection methods such as total temperature measurement and one-year TMS data comparison using a thermal imaging camera were established. And for the safety of the inspected person, it was applied so that the waste can be replaced with a document without opening it. In the case of landfill facilities, the details regarding the use of video information processing equipment and the management of facilities covering the upper part of the landfill facility are presented in the law, but the items that do not have a inspection methods were applied to the inspection method. In the case of Food Waste Treatment Facility, inspection methods were put in place to ensure compliance with standards for foul-smelling fish in odor control, a major cause of complaints. As a result, 10 out of 18 improvement proposals were reflected in the incineration and sterilization grinding, cement kiln, and incineration heat recovery facilities, and 11 out of 12 improvement proposals were reflected in the landfill facility. In the case of food distribution waste treatment facilities, 10 out of 12 improvement proposals were reflected, and a total of 31 inspection methods were improved.

The Utilization Analysis of FKP Network RTK for Site Surveying (현황측량을 위한 FKP Network RTK의 활용성 분석)

  • The recent increase in the number of network RTK users has led to a longer wait time for connecting to the existing VRS service, and consequently caused inconvenience such as a longer turnaround time for surveys. To resolve such issue, the NGII has developed the FKP service that involves a one-way communication. However, it is not spreading across the market as fast as anticipated, due to accuracy problems in the field. This study uses eight unified control points for a reliability assessment to compare and analyze the survey results obtained through the VRS and FKP services in various ways. The analysis reveals that the standard deviation of the FKP service is ${\pm}0.02m$, which is two times larger than that of the VRS, whilst its standard errors are X:-0.025m and Y:0.011m, proving that it is reliable to be used in the field. Therefore, we expect that the FKP service is going to be more broadly utilized for field surveys in the future.

  • In this study, GPR and lineament methods are used for the effective construction. GPR method is non-destructive testing to understand underground utility tunnel while lineament method is to understand locational environment. First, soil condition of the subject area is surveyed by location analysis. As the result of GPR survey, small-scale and large-scale of underground utility tunnel's location and scale were estimated. From the result of estimation, it is found that the main cause of underground utility tunnel's generation was not the effect of landslide or disturbed foundation from the excavation work but crack of shear & tension from the effect of fault movement which grew by insulation surroundings. From now on, this investigation method would be very useful in the survey and design stage on site for the effective construction and maintenance.

Growth Inhibition of Cucumber by Absorbing Excess Al at Low Soil pH (강한 산성토양에서 Al의 과잉 흡수에 의한 오이 생육장해 양상)

  • On-site diagnosis applied to soil having a symptom of yellowing and whitening in cucumber leaf and stem. Soil pH determined 4.2 by methods of on-site analysis and 4.5 by soil test analysis. High aluminum in soil solution extracted with water saturation was detected. Leaf and stem tissue were abundant in Al content but not in Ca. Also, N content of leaf and stem was low compared to normal N ranges. This symptom of cucumber assumed to be from the Al and nitrous acid gas toxicity by low soil pH and Eh. Conclusionally, symptom in leaf and stem of cucumber was alleviated and cucumber normally recovered during cultivation period by applying calcium hydroxide solution to correct soil pH up to 6.5. These results showed that low soil pH resulted in aluminum toxicity and N deficiency to plant growth in on-site farming.

Generating Tool for Visualization System in Real-time Field Monitoring (실시간 현장 감시를 위한 가시화 시스템 생성 도구)

  • It is general that the field plant is too large to be monitored by human works. So it is crucial to prepare one automated monitoring system to prevent unexpected accidents in advance. However, most of previous monitoring systems were to be implemented by human programmer independently, so the total developing cost of a set of similar monitoring systems is so high. In order to overcome this disadvantage, we propose a new specification language for meta-description of monitoring system. Also we propose a generation tool for monitoring system with the input meta-description files. Using these meta-description files, we show it is so fast and effective to get a new monitoring system for a specific field plant. In experiment we have shown that our generation system work successfully in newly developing a monitoring system for the water-vessel plant.

  • 의료기관의 응급실은 환자의 생명을 다루는 긴박한 현장으로 환자에 대한 실시간 모니터링 및 관리가 필수적으로 요구되는 곳이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 응급실 진료 프로세스를 체계적으로 관리하고 모니터링 하기 위해 BPM 아키텍처를 도입하여 응급실 업무들을 표준화, 가시화함으로써 의료진의 신속한 응급 업무 대응이 가능한 응급신속대응관리시스템(EQRMS-Emergency Quick Response Management System)를 제안한다. 의료기관에서 BPM의 도입은 단순히 병원 경영 목표나 병원 내외부의 운영을 모니터링 할 수 있는 이점 이외에 병원 업무의 이윤을 극대화 할 수 있는 다양한 효과가 있다. 또한 임상위험수치 (CV-Critical Value)를 정의함으로써 복잡한 검사의 단순화와 검사 시간 단축, 검사의 오류 발생률 감소 등 환자의 안정성 제고 측면에도 크게 기여할 것이다.

  • Guided waves inspection techniques that are different with inspection technique by bulk waves are widely used in pipe line evaluation due to advantages of long distance inspection. However, most of pipe lines at industrial fields are buried and/or coated. In this case, due to the attenuation effect from soil and/or coating material, there are a lot of difficulty on inspection by conventional ultrasonic technique. In this paper, guided waves propagating patterns are calculated with respect to excitation mode by Normal Mode Expansion(NME). Guided waves patterns based on excited by single transducer and guided wave focusing technique have employed to analyze focusing pattern on a pipe. A longitudinal mode and high order flexural modes are used with various number of transducers to determine sensitivity. Guided waves energy excited by multi transducer with focusing algorithm was successfully focused at a desired point.

  • Recently, studies have shown that convolution neural networks are achieving the best performance in image classification, object detection, and image generation. Vision based defect inspection which is more economical than other defect inspection, is a very important for a factory automation. Although supervised anomaly detection algorithm has far exceeded the performance of traditional machine learning based method, it is inefficient for real industrial field due to its tedious annotation work, In this paper, we propose ADGAN, a unsupervised anomaly detection architecture using the variational autoencoder and the generative adversarial network which give great results in image generation task, and demonstrate whether the proposed network architecture identifies anomalous images well on MNIST benchmark dataset as well as our own welding defect dataset.

  • Characteristics of Contactor's Defect Liability was too many discussed. But it's not clearly defined yet. Because recent Government Construction Projects are very complex and executed through long time, too many conflicts were appeared related to Contactor's Defect Liability. Therefore to analyse and to resolve the conflicts legal aspects of Contactor's Defect Liability stated in Civil Law and Government Contract Act was systematically compared. The result of this research is as follows : (1) Characteristic of Contactor's Defect must be regarded as a breach of Contract and be an incomplete contract implementation. (2) To decide the range of Damage, Characteristic of Defect must be regarded. (3) Contactor's Defect Liability must be effectual from the day of delivery. (4) Retainage must be added to secure the completion during the Contract Period and Defect Repairing Liability must be omitted in the Contract performance Security.
