In today's secondary school mathematics curriculum, assessment is to be focused on evaluating the student's mathematical thinking rather than finding the correct solution to the problem. A descriptive evaluation method is therefore introduced to the school districts and suggested as an alternative assessment method in K-12 school mathematics. Descriptive evaluation method is widely available for use in schools, but there are barriers to using it since the teachers are forced to use the method by the school districts. In this research, we surveyed 120 secondary school mathematics teachers in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area to understand the status and the perception about using descriptive evaluation. The goal of the study was to find and understand the direct implications of using the new assessment method in secondary mathematics classes. The study showed that most of the mathematics teachers used the descriptive assessment method during their regular exam periods which is given twice per semester. Most of the open-ended problems used for descriptive evaluation were medium or high level math questions which were graded by the teachers at least 3 times to ensure objective evaluation. The teachers stated that objectivity in grading, administrative situation, and development of descriptive problems were the difficult barriers in descriptive evaluation. The teachers in the survey also commented that teachers' administrative responsibility should be reduced and that school environment in general should be improved for the new assessment method to become successful. Finally, the study showed that development of more descriptive problems with specific grading guidelines need to be developed for each grade level.

Column base is very important part of steel structure because it transmits load to foundation in structure. Column base which is used frame construction in the inside and outside of the country is distributed into exposed-type, concrete encased and imbeded-type. Exposed-type column base is most profitable, if consider reuse and recycle of elements first of all. In this study, we proposed a new style exposed-type column base improved in performance for construction work and mechanical performance.

격자망식 전선배치에 의한 전기비저항 측정기법을 이용한 침출수 누출감지시스템을 개발하여 그 적용성을 평가하기 위하여 현장모형시험을 수행하였다. 현장모형시험을 수행한 결과 침출수 누출지점에서 전기비저항이 크게 감소하여 누출지점을 정확하게 감지할 수 있었다. 격자망식 전선배치에 의한 전기회로적인 효과로 인하여 전기비저항이 감소된 지점과 동일 전선상에 연결된 다른 센서에서의 측정값도 다소 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이를 보정하기 위하여 P-SPICE를 이용하여 전기회로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 전기회로 효과를 정량적으로 평가하였다 P-SPICE 시뮬레이션의 결과를 토대로 보정계수를 도출하여 현장모형시험결과를 보정하였으며, 보정된 겉과에 의하면 전기회로적 특성에 의한 영향을 효과적으로 제거되어 누출지점에서의 전기비저항 감소가 명확하게 나타났다.

In the cold-weathering concrete construction, it is important to ensure stable strength development of concrete in a low temperature environment. In this study, Non-curing cement(NCC) using the classified high fineness cement and self-heating powder was investigated for stable strength development without curing in a low temperature environment (less than $0^{\circ}C$). The actual size Mock-Up tests by various cement type and curing condition are performed to evaluate the strength development and hydration heat of concrete.

정보화 사회와 함께 인터넷 사용 환경의 급속한 확산과 더불어 TCP/IP 네트워크에 기반한 네트워크 및 통신 인프라 환경이 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이는 여타 산업 분야에도 확산되기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 정보화 산업 네트워킹 기술과 결합하여, 공장 및 각종 산업 현장에서도 개방형 표준인 Ethernet과 TCP/IP를 도입하려는 시도가 다양한 응용분야에서 나타나고 있다. 이는 산업현장에 새로운 방향을 모색케 하여 기족의 PLC-Base의 시스템을 PC-Base의 시스템으로 전환시켜주는 촉매제가 되었다. PC-Base 시스템이 다양한 기능과 장점을 가지고 PLC를 대체해 나가고 있으며 PLC 장치도 새로운 환경에 맞춰 소형화, 지능화, 및 네트워킹 기능을 강화하여 새로이 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 산업 현장의 움직임에 맞추어 PLC를 사용하는 산업 현장의 자동화 기기에 대하여 기존 PLC 장치를 그대로 유지토록 하며, 기존 기기들의 한계를 극복하고, PC-Based 시스템을 구현하여 TCP/IP 네트워크 연결이 불가능한 장치들을 네트워크 연결로 통합 관리 시스템 구현을 가능토록 하려 한다. 이를 위하여 PC-Based 제어 시스템 환경에서 얻을 수 있는 이점을 위해, 임베디드 기반의 Windows CE TCP/IP 서버를 구현하는 방안을 제시한다.

Construction industry is traditionally labor intensive. And construction site is also in densely populated environment. So accurate labor monitoring is one of important issues for site management. Labor cost shares large amount of part in total construction cost. Therefore, it is a major element in site management and control. In this article, we explained development of prototype system for labor monitoring based on RFID technology and results of field tests using the system. According to the results, the system is able to expected to improve effectiveness of Labor management in construction site

과거부터 지금까지 극한강수의 증가경향이 지속되어 미래에도 극한강수의 규모는 증가하고 빈도 또한 잦아지리라 전망되고 있으며, 특히 짧은 지속시간을 갖는 극한강수(국지성 호우)의 증가 경향이 확연한 편이다. 4대강 살리기 사업 이후 하천에 대한 접근성이 향상되어 하천의 기본 목적과 함께, 하천변의 친수지구로써의 활용이 증대되고 있다. 이렇듯 자연(기후) 및 사회환경 변화로 본류 보다는 작은 규모의 지류하천에 홍수위험도가 증가하겠고, 본류도 고(高)수위 보다는 하천변의 침수가 잦아지리라 전망된다. 홍수통제소는 변화하는 환경에 대응하기 위하여 '홍수예보지점의 확대', '홍수정보의 다양화'을 추진하고 있다. '홍수예보지점의 확대'를 통하여 현재 본류 중심의 홍수관리를 지류까지 확대하고, '홍수정보의 다양화'로 하천변(친수지구) 사용자가 요구하는 정보 컨텐츠를 발굴, 제공하여 홍수예보 및 홍수정보에 대한 맞춤형 서비스를 도입하고 있다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 수요자 중심의 정보제공을 위하여 이용자가 많은 하천 시설물의 현황을 파악하여 현장조사 및 측량을 실시하였고, 측량결과를 바탕으로 친수지구의 위험이 예상되는 관심수위를 지정하였다. 연구결과, 하천변 용도별 현장조사, 위치, 고도 등이 포함된 DB가 구축되었고, 현장 측량으로 정해진 하천변 침수 관심수위의 재현정도를 조사하여 정보제공이 시급히 요구되는 지점을 결정하였다. 향후 이 결과를 기초로 하여 지형 및 하천특성 등을 추가 수집하고, 취약 구간에 대한 정보 제공 방안을 정형화하여 하천변 홍수피해의 최소화를 하고자 한다.

The aim of this research is to provide more proper teaching practicum chances through getting practical implications by pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of teaching practicum through investigating pre-service early childhood teacher's perception of teaching practicum using metaphors. Participants were 121 pre-service early childhood teachers'. They were early childhood education freshmen and sophomores who did not experience teaching practicum. The opened survey expressing metaphors about teaching practicum was conducted. The results showed that participants suggested 114 metaphors and those were coded and divided. The results were categorized into 11 types including 'It is hard but also fruitful.', 'It is a new experience.', 'It is hard and difficult.', 'It is meaningful and important.', 'I am afraid and worried.', 'I learn a lot.', 'I have to go though it.', 'I have to make an effort.', 'It is pleasant.', 'I am evaluated.' and 'others'. We expect that this research will give a chance to review what the teaching practicum means to pre-service early childhood teachers and make plans for pre-service early childhood teachers to prepare the teaching practicum with proper perception.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the librarians' perceptions of the customized bibliographic instructions (CBI) at four-year academic libraries in Korea. The study also examined instruction librarians' perceptions of the obstacles and the factors associated with the effective adoption and delivery of the CBI. This study conducted both a survey research method and an in depth-interview. The findings of the study revealed the librarians' perception of the obstacles and facilitators in adopting and operating the CBI, which suggests useful strategies to apply in delivering the CBI in academic libraries.

Recently, rights advocacy in disabled welfare centers is one of the most important estimation and also transition of paradigm. However it is difficult to define rights advocacy specifically, so each disabled welfare center goes to conceptualize rights advocacy based on practical experiences. Study of practical recognition of the advocacy rights of social workers in disabled welfare centers provides greater foundation to establishing specific concept and direction of rights advocacy. Method of this research is analysis of metaphors, figuring out concepts and perception of social workers through survey. Analysis of metaphors is a method of analyzing a person's perception in specific context and situation by providing a concrete explanation of new thing, that is, basis of metaphor and analyzing it later. As a result of this research, it is shown that ideological type(necessary thing) and practical type(being together) are the perceptions about rights advocacy of social workers, and rights advocacy is recognized as 'practical concept' which plan and provide direct service at fields. According to these results, policy and environment should be constructed to provide advocacy services at welfare fields, reflecting these perceptions of social workers. Also this should be reflected on practical fields for them to learn appropriately and practice rights advocacy.
