냉방기기별 하절기 가동률 및 동시사용률 실태를 조사하여 건물의 용도 및 면적 별냉방기기의 시간별 부하률 과 동시사용률, 연간 사용일수 가동시간을 조사하여 냉방기기별 에너지 소비현황 하절기 에너지수급 영향분석을 하고자 하였다. 그리고 국내에 설치된 냉방기기를 대상으로 현장조사 진단을 통해 냉방기기 사용 실태 및 냉방성능을 측정하고, 현장 조사를 통한 만족도와 불만사항을 조사하여 냉방기기 보급 및 운전의 효율을 상승시키고 모든 냉방기기 국산화를 위한 기초자료와 이를 위한 정책적 지원방안 및 향후 냉방기기 기술개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 냉방기기별로 문제점을 도출하여 향후 정책제도 개선에 반영할 수 있도록 하였다.

수도권의 과밀화 해소와 국가균형발전을 위해 출범한 세종시 행정중심복합도시. 이곳은 지난해 말에 청사 2단계 입주가 이루어지면서 본격적으로 행정기능 중심 도시로 재탄생했다. 이에 따라 세종시에는 현재 도시기반 확충을 위한 인프라가 한창 구축되고 있다. 이 가운데 행정중심복합도시 내부를 순환하는 도로를 연결하는 금강 4교 건설공사 현장은 많은 이들의 이목을 끌고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 개방형의 사장교가 시공되고 있는 것은 물론 주탑이 세종시의 상징인 매를 형성화하는 등 그야말로 명품도시의 랜드마크로 여겨지고 있기 때문이다. 때문에 이곳을 시공하고 있는 SK건설에서는 철두철미한 안전관리를 전기하고 있다. 그 결과는 안전분야 최고의 권위를 자랑하는 '안전경영대상'에서 토목부문 대상을 수상하는 것으로 나타났다. 이곳의 안전관리가 어떻게 펼쳐지고 있는지 찾아가 봤다.

본 논문에서는 여러 기관이 함께 투입되어 구조 및 진압 활동을 하는 특수재난현장의 소방대원은 각종 위험환경에 장시간 노출된 상태로 할동을 하고 있으며 또한 진압 및 구조 활동을 하는 동안 부지중에 팀에서 이탈하여 고립되는 경우가 발생되며 이로 인해 인명 피해가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 진압 및 구조 현장의 영상 및 각종 환경 정보 수집과 대원간의 위치정보를 수집하는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구단계에서 수집된 정보는 각기 보관하여 처리되고 있음으로 종합적인 데이터를 통해 신속하고 지능적인 의사결정지원시스템이 필요한 상황이다. 재난 환경 정보와 대원의 안전 정보 및 대원의 위치등 수집된 정보를 기반으로 신속하게 의사결정을 내림으로 안정된 구조 및 진압 활동을 지원할 뿐 아니라 불의의 사고로부터 소방 대원의 생명을 보호할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

사출성형에서 제품의 최종 품질에 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자들 중의 하나는 사출압력이다. 전통적으로 현장의 사출전문가는 오래된 현장 경험을 바탕으로 사출압력을 결정한다. 그러나 비전문가에게는 제품의 크기, 형상 그리고 사출공정의 전반적인 과정을 고려하여 적절한 사출압을 찾아내기가 쉽지 않다 본 연구에서는 퍼지 논리(fuzzy logic)를 이용하여 제품도면에 나와 있는 제품두께와 유동길이를 알면 쉽게 초기 사출압을 결정할 수 있도록 전문가의 경험을 규칙베이스화 하였다. 규칙베이스를 구성하기 위해서 현장 전문가들을 인터뷰하고 설문조사를 한 후 기술적인 문서를 작성하여야 하지만 본 연구에서는 C-Mold와 Mold FLOW와 같은 사출해석 프로그램을 이용하여 수 차례의 시뮬레이션을 반복 수행하여 규칙베이스를 구성하였다.

본고에서는 실감 영상회의와 몰입형 텔레프레즌스의 수준을 넘어 물리적으로 떨어져 있는 원격 다지점(Multi-point)의 공간을 초실감적으로 가상 연결할 수 있는 스마트월(Smart-Wall) 기술 개념에 대해 살펴본다. 여기서 초실감이란 UHD-4K/8K급 또는3차원 이상의 초실감 영상기술과 사람의 모든 발성대역을 재현할 수 있는 슈퍼와이드밴드 기반 초실감 음성처리 및 동급 수준의 미디어 통신 기술을 적용한 사용자의 서비스 인지품질 수준을 의미한다. 이러한 초실감 수준의 현장감과 몰입감을 멀리 떨어진 1:1 또는 다지점 간 사용자들에게 안정적인 고품질로 제공할 수 있는 스마트월 핵심기술의 확보는 초실감 스마트워크 뿐 아니라 동급의 원격교육, 원격의료 서비스와 제품에 시급히 요구되고 있다. 원격 다지점 공간을 초실감으로 가상연결 하는 스마트월 기술은 사용자가 마치 현장에 있는 것처럼 실감성을 제공할 수 있는 핵심기술로써, 실감 ICT 올림픽에 접목이 되면 현장에 참석한 것 이상의 실감있는 대면 대화, 인터뷰 및 협업작업이 가능한 서비스를 제공할 수 있어 실감 ICT 올림픽에서 가장 인기있는 세계 최초의 기가미디어급 미래서비스가 될 것으로 예상한다.

There is a growing interest in Co-operative education as an important way of university-industry collaborations for improving employment competitiveness, recruiting talented human resource, and promoting university-industry collaborations. In this study, we recognize that the paradigm of professional practice have to be changed from internship to Co-operative education. This paper examines the characteristics of Co-operative education in a regional public university through a case study of Central Washington University(CWU), USA. The results of the study and policy implications are as follows. First, the professional practice program of CWU is centered upon Co-operative education and has a high local and regional connectivity in terms of location of institutions that students work for professional practices. Second, the professional practice program of CWU has a high connectivity between majors and jobs, and is characterized by an active participation of students majoring in humanities, social sciences, arts and education. Third, the qualifications of Co-operative education are strict, but programs of Co-operative education are flexibly operated according to the characteristics of departments and colleges. We emphasize that universities in Korea need to focus upon the employment connectivity, the major connectivity, the local and regional connectivity, Therefore, when attempting to introduce Co-operative education. In addition, the management and governance of Co-operative education should be flexible.

The results of our study will help develope the education programs for a child-care teacher. The study was conducted to investigate the job request questionnaire. The subjects of the questionnaire were 257 people who are teachers, directors of child care centers and students. Frequency analysis, t-test, Chi-square, ANOVA, and Sch$\acute{e}$ffe were used to analyze the questionnaire as statistical tools. Firstly, public child care centers positively recruit teachers who graduate from college and consider their ability and sincerity to be the most important factors. Secondly, directors and teachers in public child care centers tend to consider preparing education, advice with child's parents, and managing facility the most important duties. Based on the results, the development of the education program will be focused on the child care field.

This research presents an experimental study of heat exchange rate of U, W, 2U and coil type ground heat exchangers (GHEs) measured by thermal performance tests (TPTs). The four types of GHEs were installed in a partially saturated dredged soil deposit of Incheon International Airport area. Thermal response tests (TRTs) were conducted for U, W and 2U type GHEs to deduce the ground thermal conductivity. Besides, TPTs were also conducted for U, W, 2U and coil type GHEs to evaluate heat exchanger rates under 100-hr continuous and 8-hr intermittent operation conditions for five days. Coil shaped GHE showed about twice higher thermal performance than the others GHEs. Furthermore, intermittent operation condition showed 30~40% higher heat exchange rates than continuous operation condition.

A steel wire-integrated deck plate that welds integrated triangle truss steel wires on a galvanized steel sheet is developed to reduce construction costs of a slab or formwork such as shores and supports, and it is already widely applied in many construction fields. This study selected upper and lower steel wires, lattice steel wires, span, and cutting methods of ends as variables, and conducted an experimental test by manufacturing a total of 32 full scale test bodies. According to the result, changes in final destruction types of the test bodies and cutting methods of ends didn't affect structural performance of test bodies, and for a 3.2m-span test body, there was no big problems in using ${\Phi}4.5$ of lattice steel wires.

According to the result, changes in final destruction types of the test bodies and cutting methods of ends didn't affect structural performance of test specimens, and for a 4.0m-span test specimen, there was no big problems in using bottom bar D7 or D8.
