Development of a Web-based A/S Management System in Apartment Housing Projects (웹 기반의 공동주택 AS관리 시스템 개발)

  • Recently, After Service(AS) management in apartment housing projects has been appeared as one of the major factors for improving customer satisfaction, and increasing competitiveness and raising image of a company in construction industry. The primary objective of this paper is to propose a web-based AS management system which enables field engineers to effectively collect AS information required from customers and effectively manage the statuses and results of AS performed. It is anticipated that the effective use of the system proposed in this paper would be able to improve communication efficiency among the AS participants, and help field engineers systematically manage and accumulate data that might be utilized as a reference in future construction projects.

  • There are considerable amount of man power and time spent for analysis and selection of various materials due to the inadequate application system and rapid searching process of material related information in each stage of building production process. Also, due to the insufficiency in recycling system of important information created for each process, they are hoarded at each task stage and project completion. As a result, because of the repetition of the similar/identical tasks on each process, it is the major reason for impeding the efficient employment of manpower of the company and decreasing competition of the company. Moreover, in selecting finish material in the project field, there are many difficulties due to the lack of technical information such as product characteristics and field applications. The construction quality also affects the profit and loss of the product which calls for a need to develop continued information management system that the finish material related examples could be shared in real time. The objective of this study is to propose a building finish material information which the real time research and application is possible to raise the productivity. TO do this, the current material information task status analysis and questionnaire research should be conducted to understand the demand of system development and reflect the result onto the system for easy access and application. Therefore, the building finish material information system for enhancement of productivity of construction task proposed in this study is expected to be utilized in enhancement of construction quality, maximization of company profit, and strengthening of company competition.

  • 최근 기업들 간의 경쟁이 치열해지면서 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위하여 경영 기법의 변화를 시도하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 물류비 절감과 업무처리 개선, 및 공급망을 효율적으로 통합하기 위하여 물류정보시스템을 개발하거나 도입하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 물류정보시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 물류 프로세스를 이해하고 유동적인 현장 업무환경을 고려해야한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 물류 프로세스와 현장 업무환경을 고려하여 효율적인 물류 관리를 위하여 모바일 기반의 물류정보시스템을 구현한다.

  • GS E&C had developed the construction management system, PMS which is based on EVMS in 1997. Recently, TPMS has developed for effective construction management through applying daily schedule management and JIT on material, labor, equipment focusing field work. TPMS realizes "Shielding" and "Make-Ready Process" which are the main concept of Lean construction. Through this system, it can manage and plan daily field work, support the field work related material, labor, and equipment planning, and minimizes the non-valuable process. This paper introduces the concept of TPMS, and through established system, it can lead the construction culture and raise the competitive power of construction industry

  • Since assembled temporary equipment is widely used for construction work that should be carried out before this construction begins, it is essential to secure quality during assembly and prevent safety accidents caused by assembled temporary equipment after installation. However, it was investigated that most construction site managers are not aware of its importance, such as recognizing the quality management of assembled temporary equipment as a task of managing temporary structures that are dismantled after installation for this construction. The quality management work of assembled temporary equipment at the construction site is carried out in different ways for each construction site because there is no formalized procedure and the subject of performing. In addition, it is analyzed that the manager of the general construction company inspects and reflects the parts that need to be inspected without evidence, so transparency is not guaranteed and the result leads to a serious disaster. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a document preparation-oriented system that provides systematic quality evaluation and management procedures for securing the quality of assembled temporary equipment, develops a checklist for quality evaluation and management, and supports history management on the web.

  • The efficient maintenance and management of steep slopes often require excessive professional resources and quantitative investigations. Therefore, it is important to develop technology for objective scientific site investigations and quantitative evaluations of steep slopes. This study proposes a 'Mobile System' for steep slopes in order to improve the effectiveness of site investigations compared with conventional methods using anevaluati on table. By analyzing site investigations and desktop studies, the required software and hardware are identified to develop the 'Mobile System', consisting of a 'Field Information Input System' and an 'Analysis System'. The applicability of the system is verified by its application to an area with steep slopes affected by debris flows. The use of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of maintaining steep slope sand to reduce the time and resources required.

  • 현재 어느 기업이든 업무 환경을 e-Transformation하는 쪽에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이의 성과는 곧 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 밀접한 관계에 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 건설산업에 있어서도 예외일 수 없으며 오히려 국내외 현장에서 Business가 이루어지는 건설산업에서는 더욱 업무환경을 e-Transformation화하는 것이 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 많은 기업들의 노력에도 불구하고 If의 실제적 가시효과는 크지 않은 것이 현실이며 Best Practice도 국내외의으로 많지 않고 이에 따라 건설업에서의 17 활용 수준은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 국내외에 널리 알려진 ERP Package도 국내의 건설 업무 Process에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 Solution은 없어 많은 기업에서 IT 적용의 방향 수립을 제대로 못하고 있는 상황이다: LG건설은 이러한 건설환경에서 IT를 활용하여 모든 업무를 공사과 손익이 연결된 사업관리를 이루고 언제 어디서든지 IT를 활용한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 통합정보시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있으며 현재 많은 성과를 거두고 있다. 또한 핵심 기술에 대하여는 정보화 사업 전략하에 건설업계에서는 드물게 정보화 사업도 추진 중에 있으며 이러한 성공사례를 공유하고자 한다.

  • 각 초등학교에서는 학년말이 되면 신학년도의 교육활동을 위해 진급학년의 학급편성을 새롭게 한다. 학급은 학교의 가장 기본적인 구성단위이며, 교육적 목적에 맞는 학급편성은 효율적인 학교 학급경영의 출발점이다. 그러나 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 학급편성 업무수행 실태는 해마다 반복적으로 이루어지는 업무이지만 정보처리과정이 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 업무의 효율성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 교육행정정보시스템에서 제공되는 진급반편성 관리 기능을 분석하여 개선점을 찾아보고, 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 업무수행 실태를 분석하여 교사의 반복적인 업무수행의 부담을 경감시키고, 학급편성 절차를 최적화할 수 있는 초등학교 학급편성 지원 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • Administrative information datasets are a kind of record produced based on an organization's work performance. A dataset is evidence of the act of recording and contains a lot of information that can be used for work. Datasets have been neglected in Korea's records management system. However, as the law was revised in 2020, the management of administrative information datasets was legislated. Organizations that require management of administrative information datasets have already gradually begun record management. The core of managing administrative information datasets is the preparation of the Management Reference Table for the dataset. Regardless, there is confusion with the Records Management Reference Table for Dataset in institutions that work on records management, and it is difficult to work because the Management Reference Table for Dataset has a new concept. This study looked into the problems in the records management of datasets that appeared at the beginning of work. It isuggests a method to effectively settle records management for datasets. In that way, the Management Reference Table was selected as the research subject, and the problems discussed so far were summarized. In addition, the items of the current Management Reference Table were analyzed. As a result of the study, we have proposed the simplification of items in the Management Reference Table, the reorganization of areas in the Management Reference Table, the introduction of the concept of retention periods, and the preparation process of the Management Reference Table.

  • Media relations is one of the most important areas of PR in Korea. And PR business ethics is the cause of misunderstandings and complications in PR media relationship. Therefore, PR practitioners' perception about PR business ethics is important part. Along with the rapidly developing PR industry, the ethical aspects of PR are gradually being taken seriously in executing PR projects and activities. PR practitioners have the social responsibility to preserve media clean in media relations because they primarily keep various information of organizations. In order to guarantee peoples right to know and the free flow and the free flow of information, the PR ethics must be closely examined.
