기업체를 방문할때 눈에 가장 많이 뜨이는 현수막이나 벽보의 문안이 000 제안왕이다. 요즈음 대기업이나 중소기업에서 인기가 높은 사람이 제안왕으로 선정된 사원이다. 기업체의 개혁바람이 불면서 무엇을 누가 개혁 할 것인가? 기업체의 각 부서마다 차별성을 키워 우수 부서로 인정받기 위해 부서별로 무엇을 개선할것인가에 대한 첫걸음으로 제안제도의 활성화가 부흥을 이루고 있다.

The structure systems with non-rigid member were classified by the composition type of line and surface members. As a result of the classification, there are 1-way cable structure, cable net and radial cable net structure in the line member system. And there are pneumatic structure and suspension membrane structure in surface member system. In addition, when the line and surface members are composed together, there is the hybrid membrane system which are divided into hanging type and supported type. In this paper, the Korean terms of structure systems with non-rigid member are recommended through this classification.

For constructing three-dimensional (3D) spatial information occlusion region problem arises in the process of taking the texture of the building. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to investigate the automation method to automatically recognize the occlusion region, issue it, and automatically complement the texture. In fact there are occasions when it is possible to generate a very large number of structures and occlusion, so alternatives to overcome are being considered. In this study, we attempt to apply an approach to automatically create an occlusion region based on learning by patterning the blocked region using the recently emerging deep learning algorithm. Experiment to see the performance automatic detection of people, banners, vehicles, and traffic lights that cause occlusion in building walls using two advanced algorithms of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) technique, Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) and Mask R-CNN. And the results of the automatic detection by learning the banners in the pre-learned model of the Mask R-CNN method were found to be excellent.

현재 현수막의 코팅에서 기능을 부여하는 수요가 늘고 있다. 본 실험에서는 코팅제의 유기용제 사용으로 인한 환경오염 문제및 폐기물 처리비용 부담을 줄이기 위하여 수성코팅제를 개발하려한다. acryl binder, 탄산칼슘, silica, 유화제등을 혼합한 코팅제를 knife coating한 후 170$^{\circ}C$로 1분 30초간 열처리 하였다. 이때 acryl binder의 첨가비율은 35${\sim}$55%로 변화를 주었다. 처리한 폴리에스테르에 DTP printing을 한 후 CCM 측정, 내수성, 접착성을 알아본 결과 acryl binder의 첨가비율은 45%일때 가장 우수한 발색성 및 printing 특성을 나타내었다. 기존 수성코팅제에 대비 20${\sim}$30% 발색성이 개선되었다.

This treatise is to study what kind of information marketing efforts each local autonomous entity makes to satisfy the inhabitants' right to know, followed by the abolition of Government Information Agency. Therefore I collected the efficient policy information methods and the data informing publicly policies by utilizing cartoons in each local autonomous entity. I intend to do the research focused on the information activity of local autonomous entities to secure the favor and trust by persuading the Information object of the policies based upon these data.

Structural systems have a lot of architectural meaning concerning historical context of structural technology. Therefore, surveying constructed examples and their constructed year, the character and development of various formations of structure systems with non-rigid member were investigated. At the result, the early modem structure systems with non-rigid member were made up from the cable structures, then membrane structures have mainly used after 1970's. The early structural systems had intended to make the large scale space, after 1970's, they have been adopted into the smaller scale space structure, and cable net structure, pneumatic structure and dome typed hybrid membrane system tend to compose the larger scale spare structure.
