국내외를 거세게 휘몰아쳤던 격변의 회오리가 채 가시지 않은 가운데 새로운 해를 맞는다. 국제질서의 급격한 변화만큼이나 많은 변화를 겪었던 지난해의 우리 출판계는 양적인 성장과 함께 상업주의 출판에 대한 경계가 심각하게 대두되었는가 하면 출판산업의 국제화, 현대화, 과학화를 위한 기초를 마련하기도 했던 해로 평가된다. 새롭게 대두된 과제를 해결하는 동시에 일구어놓은 성과를 발전시켜야 할 시점에 서있는 우리 출판계가 나아갈 방향은 어떻게 모색돼야 하는가. 일선에서 뛰는 출판인 31인의 목소리를 통해 92년 우리 출판계가 지향해야 할 바를 점검하고 새해의 설계를 들어본다.

최근 온실이 현대화, 대형화, 고정화 및 자동화와 함께 주년생산을 위한 년중 재배체계가 도입되면서, 여름철 작물의 생육환경 조성을 개선하기 위하여 기존의 방법보다 더욱 적극적인 냉방시스템을 활용하게 되었다. 지금까지 알려진 여름철 주간 온실냉방방식에는 여러 가지 있으나, 그 중에서 물의 기화열을 이용한 패드 ㆍ 팬방식, 미스트 ㆍ 팬방식, 포그 ㆍ 팬방식의 증발냉각법이 주를 이루고 있다. (중략)

Traditional agriculture technology is absolutely valuable not only to preserve biological diversity but construct an eco-friendly agricultural system. As the awareness of food safety has been growing, traditional technologies in the past agriculture literatures have obtained more attention sine chemical or synthesized fertilizer and agricultural pesticide were not used in these traditional agriculture ways. This study aims to evaluate development values on six kinds of agriculture literatures published before initial 1970s using Delphi technique and Correspondence analysis. The domains of assesment are include livestock sanitation, breeding management, feeding program and an extra part which 261 traditional agriculture technologies were first extracted from. From these technologies, livestock experts deducted 228 items and selected items more than 3.0 from all three areas including usefulness, scientific characteristic and economical efficiency utilizing Delphi technique.: 35 items from usefulness, 31 items from scientific characteristic, and 18 items from economical efficiency. The 23 technology items were finalized after adding five modern feasibility items recommended by experts to 18 items gaining more than 3.0 in at least three areas. The agriculture technologies were categorized into four areas where were analyzed using Correspondence analysis. The results revealed that 'sustainable farming technology', 'scientific character verification', ' modernized technology development', and 'intellectual property right' were placed closely one another except 'economy efficiency'. The result implicated that scientific verification and economy efficiency should be considered in order to sustain traditional agriculture technology into a modernized way and to protect intellectual property right of these technologies.

This thesis has an intention to reorganize the topic of Ontology that has not unnoticed, investigating the symbolic signs of Zhuxi. The symbols in Ontology visualize in an anthropomorphic form or a form of animals that we can usually find in the nature. The visible symbols have characteristics of the dynamic rather than the stillness. The symbols of human and a horse have developed as different interpretations depending on the relative importance. The movement of stream symbolize the Movement of Daoti that manifests thorough all things in the Dao and have a structure of 'Ti-Xiang-Yong'. The Substance of Metaphysics embodies an action thorough 'Metaphysics' or 'with Metaphysics'. Accordingly, 'a stream' symbolizes 'the Movement of Daoti' in that it manifests the form of Daoti makes body. A kite and a fish symbolize the form of a kite flies up into the sky and the shape of a fish plays in the pond. These not only represent an outlook on the world, but also symbolize the stage of the Movement of Daoti. 'Human', 'a stream', 'a kite' and 'a fish' include activeness, domination, dynamics, manifestation, visibility, naturalness.

본 연구는 다양화, 정밀화, 현대화되고 있는 해상교통관제 환경에 맞추어 신체적, 제도적, 환경적인 근무요건들을 분석하여 관제사의 집중도 향상을 위한 Workload 경감 방법에 대하여 고찰하였다. IALA Guideline No. 1045 - On Staffing Levels at VTS Centers Edition 1에 언급된 workload에 영향을 끼치는 요소들을 중심으로 현재의 국내 해상교통관제센터의 여건에 대하여 분석하였다. 항공관제센터 등의 순환근무체제를 비교 분석하고, 관제집중도 향상을 위해 보완해야 할 사항에 대하여 검토하였다.

시설현대화와 규모화, 자동화로 낙농시장 개방시대 경쟁력을 확보하고자 하는 목장주들이 많지만, 그런 흐름을 무작정 따라가기 보다는 자기 목장에 가장 적합한 사양방식을 찾아내 경영을 안정화시키는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 국내산 조사료 중심의 완전혼합발효사료(TMF) 급여시스템으로 전환하고 고정자산 투자를 줄여 생산효율성을 높이고 있는 큰별목장(경기도 포천시 자작동 소재)이 좋은 예다. 유사비를 절감하면서도, 장기적인 목표 아래 젖소에 대한 세심한 관찰, 부지런한 관리로 성공적인 목장경영을 이루고 있는 큰별목장의 송충석 대표를 만나봤다.

이 글은 지난 5월 4일 육군이 개최한 비무기체계 발전 세미나에서 발표된 내용으로 21세기 디지털 전장환경에서 요구되는 병사의 타격능력, 지휘/통제, 생존성, 임무지속성 및 기동성 등을 극대화 할 수 있는 병사체계에 대하여 선진국에서의 병사현대화 체계/기술 발전 추세를 분석하였다. 따라서 2025년경 실현될 체계개념과 전투원의 전쟁에서의 운영개념을 예측하고 병사체계와 관련 소요기술 및 핵심기술을 식별하며, 한국적 개념에 부합하는 독자적인 모델을 단계적으로 정립하고, 국내에서 개발 할 수 있는 첨단 센서 등 핵심기술과 한국적 병사체계에 대한 개방 방안을 제시하였다.

1990년대 말부터 IMO(International Maritime Organization)의 SOLAS(Safety of Life at Sea) 조약에 따라 300톤 이상의 모든 선박에 GMDSS(Global Maritime Distress & Safety System)를 탑재함으로써 전 세계 어디에서나 선박의 조난 및 안전 통신을 위한 육 해상 통합시스템의 기틀이 마련되었다. 최근에는 GMDSS의 현대화와 e-Navigation 개발전략에 따라 해상통신 기술의 디지털화와 음성에서 데이터 통신으로의 큰 변화가 예상된다. 이에 GMDSS 중심의 해상통신 기술현황을 위성, MF(Medium Frequency), HF(High Frequency), VHF(Very High Frequency) 등 다양한 통신 기술에 따라 설명하고 e-Navigation 개발전략에 따라 해상통신 기술의 발전 방향을 살펴보도록 한다.

시설하우스용 보온커튼지의 부직포는 시설에 이용되는 보온재중 그 비중이 15.9% 수준에 불과하나 최근 원예시설의 현대화 대형화 사업으로 급속히 증가하고 있는 추세로 온도관리에서 열에너지 절감에 매우 주요한 시설자재이다. 그러나, 시설원예의 구조와 환경관리에 관한 연구가 많은 반면, 보온커튼지의 중요성에 비추어 보온커튼지의 부직포에 관한 물리적 기계적성질이나 광투과성 및 보온성에 관한 연구는 매우 미진한 실정이다. (중략)

최근 시설재배에 대한 인식변화와 국민소득 향상과 함께 식품의 소비 형태도 변화되어 곡류의 소비량은 계속 감소하고 있는 반면, 신선한 과체류의 소비는 크게 증가하는 추세에 있고, 또 화훼류의 소비도 점점 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화와 더불어 시설도 현대화, 대형화가 이루어지면서 시설내의 보온 및 환기와 관련한 냉ㆍ난방문제, 자동화와 관련한 구조적 문제, 광 투과량, 탄산가스 시비, 방제 등 여러 가지 측면에서 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. (중략)
