준설은 수중굴착, 운반(배송), 매립 기술로 구분되는데, 국내에서는 아직까지 각 기술을 통합한 체계적인 연구가 수행되지 못하고 있다. 준설분야는 토질, 수리 등의 토목 분야 기술뿐만 아니라 기계, 제어, 환경 등 여러 분야의 기술들이 매우 복잡하게 연계되어 있으며, 제한된 소수의 기술자들과 특수 대형 장비-준설선에 의해 수행되기 때문이다. 최근에는 장비의 대형화, 첨단화가 진행되면서 선진국과의 기술격차로 인해 국제 경쟁력이 약화되어 심각한 위기에 처해있는 현장기술 분야이다. 유럽의 델프트 공대, IHC, 준설협회(CEDA)는 세계 기술 개발을 주도하고 있으며, 미국에서는 육군공병단의 수로국에서 준설을 담당하고 있으며 DOER(Dredging Operation & Environmental Research) 기술 개발을 주도하는 등 선진국에서는 이미 여러 연구가 진행되었으며 준설기술이 정착되어있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 현대건설에서 보유중인 아산3호를 모델로 축소모형을 제작하여 실험하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행실험으로 성층형성 및 석션펌프 작동시 물입자의 운동방향을 PIV로 촬영한 결과에 커터헤드를 추가 장착 시행하여 이를 바탕으로 수치해석시 발생할 수 있는 오류를 수정 보완 할 것이다. 차후 실험에서는 준설토의 조건과 기계적 조건 및 환경적인 영향력을 고려한 여러 가지 방법으로 진행할 계획이며, 실험 조건에서는 각 매개변수를 달리하여 이를 토대로 데이터를 구성하고, 측정을 통해서 얻어지는 결과 값을 기초로 하여 준설시에 환경과 매개변수의 조건에 따른 준설량의 특성을 파악하고 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 방향을 제시할 것이며, 이를 통해서 기본적인 메뉴얼을 구성할 계획이다. 수리실험의 결과값을 바탕으로 이를 현실무 작업에 적용할 경우 효율적인 준설작업을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. HDL-콜레스테롤 함량은 유의차가 없었다. 간조직 중 총지질, 총콜레스테롤 및 중성 지방 함량은 HC군이 NC군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되었다. HC-LREL 군과 HC-LREH군은 HC군에 비하여 간조직 중 총지질 함량만이 유의하게 저하되었다. 이상의 결과 연근 에탄올 추출물은 in vitro에서 HMG-CoA reductase 활성을 농도 의존적으로 저하시켰으며, in vivo 에서는 고콜레스테롤 식이급여로 증가되어진 LDL-콜레스테롤 및 중성지질 함량을 감소시키고, 감소되어진 인지질 함량을 증가시킴으로써 고콜레스테롤 혈증 및 지방간의 예방과 치료에 효과가 있을 것으로 사료되나 연근의 어떠한 성분의 작용 기전에 의한 것인지에 대해서는 더욱 체계적인 연구가 요구된다.}nlein$ nephritis가 3례로 가장 많았다. 미세변화 신증후군 71명 중 비재발군이 16명으로 22.5%, 비빈발 재발군 49.3%, 빈발 재발군 18.3%, 스테로이드 의존군 9.9%를 보였다. 결론 : 대전시에서의 신증후군 환아의 발생빈도는 15세이하 소아 10만명당 약 5명으로 추정되었으며 10여 년전과 비교하여 큰 변화를 보이지는 않았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나 좌측결장 통과시간의 감소 및 이로 인한 이 부위의 통과시간 비율의 저하가 가장 주요하였다. 이러한 결과는 차가운 생수 섭취가 주로 결장 근위부를 자극하는 효과를 발휘하는 것이 아닌가 해석된다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 생다시마를 주원료로 개발된 생다시마차와 생다시마 음료가 만성 기능성 변비 증세를 개선하는 효

Today air traffic at the airport is complicated including a significant increase in the volume of air transport, so aviation accidents are constantly occurring. Therefore, we should newly recognize importance of the Air Traffic Safety, the core values of the Air Traffic. The location of airport that is the basic infrastructure of the air traffic and the security of safety for facilities and equipments are more important than what you can. From this dimension, I analyze the step-by-step safety factors that are taken into account in the airport development projects from the construction or improvement of the airport within the current laws and institutions and give my opinion on the enhancement of safety in the design and construction of airport. The safety of air traffic, as well as airport, depends on location, development, design, construction, inspection and management of the airport including airport facilities because we have to carry out the national responsibility that prevents the risk of large social overhead capital for many and unspecified persons in modern society through legislation regarding intervention of specialists and locational criteria for aviation safety from the planning stage of airport development. In addition, well-defined installation standards of airports and air navigation facilities, the key points of the airport development phase, can ensure the safety of the airport and airport facilities. Of course, the installation standards of airport and air navigation facilities are based on the global standard due to the nature of air traffic. However, to prevent the chaos for the safety standards in design, construction, inspection of them and to ensure the aviation safety, the safety standards must be further subdivided in the course of domestic legislation. The criteria for installation of the Air Navigation facilities is regulated most specifically. However, to ensure the safety of the operation for Air Navigation Facilities, performance system proved suitable for the Safety of Air Navigation Facilities must change over from arbitrary restrictions to mandatory restrictions and be applied for foreign producers as well as domestic producers. Of course, negligence of pilots and defective aircraft maintenance lead to a large portion of the aviation accidents. However, I think that air traffic accidents can be reduced if the airport or airport facility is perfect enough to ensure the safety. Therefore, legal and institutional supplement to prioritize the aviation safety from the stage of airport development may be necessary.

In recent years, some of the brands of cosmetics in Korea have launched the BB Cream only for man. Cosmetics is not only necessary for woman and it has been accepted by the male. A programme hosted by 김기수 is aimed to teach the female how to make up. As a result, the comprehension of the gender and the development of the times have been combined closely. The understanding of gender has been developed from binary opposition to the diversity of gender. The movements that were aimed at advocating feminism caused by some events reminded us of that we should pay attention to the equalization of the gender. We can see that people want to liberate themselves from the sexual stereotype through these social phenomenons. Meanwhile, animation advertising has also experienced a transformation, which is from that to shape a role under sexual stereotype to that to pay more attention to the diversity of gender during the progress of shaping a role. During the initial stage of the animation advertising's prosperity, what it described was based on the male. The male was the permanent theme. On the contrary, the female only played a subordinate role. However, with the development of feminism, to realize self-worth of the female and to fight for the gender equality have been mentioned more and more frequently. All these factors have prompted the animation advertising to break the stereotype when shaping a new role and change the sexual stereotype in order to create new animation figures.

In modern society, damage caused by strong winds such as typhoons is expected to increase due to urbanization and global warming. In order to test the reinforcement performance of the newly developed window protection device, two-point force test and uniformly distributed load test were carried out on non-reinforced plate glass. It reinforcement performance of the window protection device was evaluated based on the flexural performance improvement. The analytical performance of the window protection device was evaluated by analysis using differential equations of elastic loading method and deflection curve and Midas-Gen. First, the analytical window protection device was evaluated by formulae derived using differential equations of elastic loading and deflection curve. The validity of the derived formulae investigated by comparing the maximum deflection of the central part of the plate with the experimental value and the theoretical value at maximum load. Then the results were compared with those by finite element FE method using Midas-Gen. Under the experimental conditions, with the window protection device, stress reduction effect up to 40% and deflection reduction up to 71.4% under the same load were obtained. It was also found that it is advantageous to perform the FE analysis using the plate element when the performance is evaluated because the error of FE analysis result using plate elements is far less than that using beam elements.

This study investigated the memories of the natives and the migrants who had been living with the 760-year-old Zelkova serrata located in the Keangnam Apartment Complex in Dogok 1-dong. Place memory is a newly illuminated concept since the 1980s, and is also used as a new research methodology for studying and recording multi-layered memories left in a place based on feelings and traces of vivid memories. The urban development of Gangnam, which began in the 1970s, quickly changed rural to apartment complexes. The natives of Yeokmal were scattered throughout the country, and new migrants moved in. In the process, zelkova serrata was managed in different ways from time to time, and residents also establish relationship in different ways. Natives used to take a rest in the tree or swing at Dan-o, and recognized it as a place to receive the god during the village ritual. In other words, they shared the entire process of life and death and were given various roles depending on the lives of the residents. It is also a direct experience that was experienced in detail and a place where collective memories of residents are melted. On the other hand, with the construction of Keangnam Apartment, the management of zelkova tree has become stricter, making it impossible for migrants to access. Migrants have come to enjoy zelkova serrata visually, and the annual Yeokmal Traditional Festival makes common memories in the city. In addition, many people personified trees and received mental comfort. In addition, the nature of the old big tree was highlighted in the background of the city, and the symbol of "uniqueness and speciality" was newly formed, which led to the formation of pride and attachment. Through the memories of the two subjects' zelkova tree, we were able to examine the memories of the tree value, and management of protected tree in the city.
