This study sought to determine the influence of perceived benefits of subscription services on attitudes toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. For this purpose, the perceived benefits of the subscription service were composed of perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, and the personal variable, innovativeness, was set as a control variable to examine its influence. As a result of the study, perceived benefits, such as perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, both showed a positive influence on attitude toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. The moderating effect of innovativeness on perceived usefulness was also confirmed. The influence of perceived usefulness on attitudes toward subscription services was found to be greater in groups with low innovation propensity than in groups with high innovativeness. These results provide implications about the value of personal characteristics for the continued use of subscription services.

부산대학교의 통합은 대학구조개혁과 캠퍼스별 특성화를 동시에 이룩한 국립대 구조개혁의 표본적 성공 사례라 할 수 있다. 통합으로 인해 입학정원 감축, 단과대학 및 산업대학원 통폐합, 유사·중복학과 통폐합, 행정조직 감축, 신입생 충원율 개선 등의 성과가 있었으며, 캠퍼스 특화 전략에 따라 부산캠퍼스는 연구중심대학으로, 양산캠퍼스는 세계적 의료 허브로, 밀양캠퍼스는 나노·바이오 분야로 특화하였다. 향후 부산대학교는 지속적 개혁을 통하여 혁신을 도모함으로써 단발성, 일회성이 아닌 일상적, 상시적 혁신을 추진하여 혁신의 시스템화를 정착시키고자 한다. 그리고 진정한 혁신을 위해 교육 분야 혁신, 산학연구 혁신, 행정 혁신에 더욱 박차를 가할 것이다.

현재 우리나라 혁신시스템은 기존의 성장 및 기술공급 위주의 발전전략이 한계를 노정하면서 새로운 전환기를 맞고 있다. 이에 새로운 혁신 경로 창출을 위한 과학기술 ICT 정책 패러다임 전환은 물론 지속가능한 에너지, 농업 농촌 등 다양한 영역에서의 시스템 전환이 필요한 상황이다. 이를 위해서는 과학기술 ICT와 에너지 환경 등 관련 분야 간의 연계 통합은 물론, 기술이 활용 확산되는 현장이나 사회, 사용자의 이해가 더욱 중요해진다. 리빙랩은 사용자 참여를 기반으로 하는 새로운 혁신모델이자 지속가능한 시스템 전환의 니치 실험으로서 최근 유럽을 중심으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술 ICT가 에너지 전환, 농업 농촌 시스템 전환, ICT 정책 패러다임의 전환에 적용된 리빙랩 사례를 살펴보고 우리나라에서의 시사점을 도출하였다. 유럽의 SusLab 프로젝트, C@R 프로그램, 대만의 리빙랩 사례 모두 사전기획 단계부터 지역 사용자의 배경과 경험을 적극적으로 수집하고, 사용자 주도의 혁신활동을 개발프로세스 전반에서 유지함으로써 적실성있는 문제해결은 물론 다양한 전환 실험을 성공적으로 추진하였다. 이러한 결과는 중앙정부와 지자체의 R&D사업에서 각각 리빙랩의 도입을 검토하는 우리나라에 다양한 시사점을 제공한다. 리빙랩은 국가 또는 지역 전반의 사회 기술시스템의 전환을 위한 전략적 니치 실험, 정책 간 연계통합의 수단, 새로운 지역혁신 모델로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 혁신정책 패러다임에서 강조하고 있는 사용자 및 수요 측면을 반영한 정책통합을 실현할 수 있는 중요한 플랫폼이 될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze and provide implications for the impact on performance, focusing on Environmental Sustainability, innovation orientation, and integrated activities among the factors necessary for sustainable management of SMEs. 366 copies obtained from executives and representatives above the department head level of domestic manufacturing SMEs through professional research companies were used for the final analysis, and the research hypothesis was verified using SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 25. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Environmental Sustainability had a significant effect on social integration and technology integration, and innovation orientation had a significant effect on social integration and technology integration. In addition, it was confirmed that social integration and technology integration factors had a significant effect on the sustainability performance of SMEs. Based on these research results, theoretical, practical, and future research directions could be presented. According to the results of this study, it can be expected that manufacturing SMEs will be able to receive help in establishing strategies related to innovation orientation, social integration, and technology integration to achieve sustainable performance.

With the recent increase in the demand for corporate trust based on transparency in accounting, such as management disclosures and autonomous management disclosures for Social Innovative Enterprises, the duties of Social Innovative Enterprises on accounting and tax affairs have become important. This study looked at the effects of NCS accounting, audit and tax functions on the sustainability of Social Innovative Enterprises, which have not been studied. In particular, issues such as management disclosures and adequacy of financial statements depend on how ethically the accounting officer performs the work. Accordingly, we looked at the intermediation of accounting ethics held by the person in charge of accounting in relation to the sustainability of the NCS accounting, audit and taxation functions. The research subjects surveyed 500 people in charge of accounting at 50 social innovation companies, including social enterprises established in special cities and metropolitan cities such as Seoul and Busan, as well as social cooperatives. A path analysis was conducted with 372 valid questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, NCS accounting, audit and tax functions have a significant impact on both economic value and social value and environmental value, which are the sustainability elements of Social Innovative Enterprises. It was also found that NCS accounting, audit and tax affairs had a significant impact on accounting ethics, and accounting ethics had a significant impact on social and environmental values, excluding economic values. In addition, accounting ethics were found to have a mediated effect between NCS accounting, audit and taxation functions and the sustainability elements of Social Innovative Enterprises. In particular, the relationship between NCS accounting, audit and tax affairs and social value was found to be completely mediated.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing continuous usage intention of mobile learning and suggest practical strategies to enhance learners' continuous usage intention of mobile learning. In this study, we hypothesized that system quality, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on effort expectancy and performance expectancy, which ultimately have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. In order to examine structural relationship among variables, we surveyed 279 students who took courses at W Cyber University in 2013 fall semester. After collecting data, we examined causal relationship among variables using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, system quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect effort expectancy. Second, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect performance expectancy. Last of all, effort expectancy and performance expectancy significantly affect continuous usage intention of mobile learning.

The Korean government designated 10 innovation cities throughout the country in 2005 in order to resolve concentration on the capital region and to promote balanced development of localities. An innovation city is a future-type city equipped with environment for innovation and high-quality settlement environment in terms of residence, education and culture by accommodating public institutions and facilitating close cooperation among companies, universities and research institutes. Thus, for the early settlement and activation of innovation cities, this study suggested a plan to operate the current innovation city business centers from a mid- and long-term viewpoint rather than for a limited time. Through this study, we attempt to establish the roles of the centers so that they can play central roles in the move of public institutions, the development of industry-university-research institute clusters, the creation of innovations, and the spread of innovations, which are the goals of the development of public institutions, after the sites have been prepared.

자연은 인간이 만들어낸 기술적 해결책들보다 현저히 적은 양의 에너지를 소비하며, 적은 물질로 다양한 구조를 창출해 내는 고효율 최적화 시스템이며, 스스로 정화작용과 선순환을 유지하는 환경 친화적 시스템이다. 이러한 자연에서 영감을 얻어 활용하고 응용하는 기술은 최근 나노-바이오기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 새롭게 각광받는 융합기술 분야로 부각되고 있다. 나노스케일의 생체물질을 관찰하고 특성을 평가할 수 있는 고성능의 장비가 개발되고, 생체 물질을 분자 단위로 조합하고 합성하는 등의 첨단기술이 발전됨에 따라 자연모사기술도 새로운 전기를 마련하고 있다. 자연 생명체/생태계가 지닌 혁신적인 해결 가능성(Innovation Potentials)을 구현하기 위해서는 자연모사기술 분야에 좀 더 체계적이고 지속적인 관심과 지원을 기울여야 할 것이며, 이를 바탕으로 인류가 당면한 에너지 자원 기후변화 환경 문제 등의 글로벌 이슈를 극복하고 선순환의 개념의 자연모사 에코 기술과 지속가능한 혁신 기술 달성이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
