창업학에서 프랜차이즈 비즈니스는 주요 연구분야이다. 또한 국가경제에서 프랜차이즈 산업의 비중과 중요성은 점차 증가하고 있다. 특히, 교육부문에서도 기존 중소형 학원의 점유율은 점점 낮아지고 대형학원 및 프랜차이즈 학원의 비중은 점점 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 프랜차이즈 학원의 경영자와 그 구성원들의 시장지향성 활동 및 경쟁우위의 창출의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 고객지향성 및 경쟁자지향성이 경쟁우위와 경영성과에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향을 프랜차이즈 학원을 대상으로 분석함으로써 학원 운영의 시사점을 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과 조직 내 고객지향성과 경쟁자지향성으로 구성된 시장지향적인 활동과 공유는 경쟁우위가 되는 시장차별화 및 혁신차별화에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이를 통해 창출된 경쟁우위는 시장성과 및 재무성과에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 시장지향성은 시장차별화와 혁신차별화를 매개로 경영성과에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 학원경영자에게 시장지향적인 활동과 조직 내 공유를 통한 경쟁우위 창출의 중요성을 알려주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 해양 및 수산 분야의 투자용 기술력평가모형 개발을 위하여 민간 VC투자 활성화를 위한 평가기법 선행조사를 수행하며, 국내 관련 전문기관 등의 기술투자 관련 기술력평가 모형개발과 활용수준 등을 조사하고, 해외 관련 전문기관의 기술평가모형 현황에 대한 조사·분석을 수행하였다. 또한 투자용 기술력평가 모형의 용도와 방향 설정을 위하여 국내 기술투자 관련 전문가 그룹을 활용하여 기술공급자와 수요자 관점에서의 견해를 반영한 투자모형의 용도와 방향설정을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 기술투자 목적의 평가요인을 도출하고, 기술투자자 입장의 평가결과 유효성 검증을 통해 평가결과의 실무적 활용성을 제고시키고자 한다. 기술보증기금에서 개발한 기존의 투자용 기술력평가 모형이 많은 타 기관에 파급되어 운영되고 있지만, 활용수준이 미미한 점을 검토하여 VC의 투자의사결정 요소에 관한 연구결과를 기반으로 해양수산분야 투자용 기술력평가 신규모형을 설계하였다.

이 논문은 제도적 관점에서 미국의 위성산업 사례를 통하여 복잡한 제품시스템(CoPS)의 공진화 과정을 살펴본다. 이는 공진화의 자세한 기술이라기보다는 그것의 주요 특징들을 이해하는 작업니다. 위성산업은 수출통제제도와 상호작용하며 국가안보와 산업경쟁력을 둘러싼 경쟁적인 입장들이 대립하는 상태에 있다. 역사적 제도주의와 행위자중심 제도주의 관점에서 미국 위성산업 사례를 분석해 보면, 냉전이후 미국의 위성산업과 제도의 경로는 지속적으로 산업경쟁력 지향 속에서 제도 도전자와 방어자들의 상호 대립적이면서도 타협적인 제도수정의 결과물이다. 결과적으로 국가안보의 제도 규칙은 변경되었으며, 이는 냉전이후 위성산업의 시장화의 경로를 다지는데 기여하였다.

본 연구는 Kingdon(1984)과 Howlett(2014) 모델을 결합한 수정모델을 적용하여 국제과학비즈니스벨트의 정책결정과정을 분석하였다. 그 과정에서 어떠한 사회 정치적 요인들이 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 알아보고 향후, 국제과학비즈니스벨트 사업과 거대기초과학 정책 추진방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 구체적인 분석은 정책결정과정을 정책의재, 정책형성, 정책집행의 단계로 구분하고, 문제 과정 정책 정치의 흐름과 창, 정책선도자를 변수로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 정책결정과정에서 정치의 흐름과 정책선도자의 역할이 중요하게 작용하였고, 과학자 집단보다는 정치가들과 정부 관료자들이 주도적으로 참여하였으며 그 과정속에서 정치적 혼란을 겪으며 급진적으로 진행되었다는 점을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 국내외 이주와 교육 분야에 관련 전문가 부재 현상에 대한 바른 방향을 제시해보고자 한다. 1998년 IMF로 많은 해외이주자와 유학생이 증가했지만 2010년 현재는 해외이주자와 유학생이 오히려 한국으로 역 이주와 유학이 증가하고 있다. 또한 한국 내에서도 국제결혼과 외국인 노동자의 증가로 단일민족이 아닌 다문화사회로의 준비를 해야 한다. 학교들 측면에서도 한국 내에 대안학교들의 학력인정과 국제학교와 외국 유명대학 연계 한국 내에 정착은 2007년 이래 외국인 100만 시대에 접한 우리 대학들이 다문화가족 자녀와 외국인 학생 유치에 방법을 찾아야 한다고 판단한다.

Recently, there are increasing to the interest in the organizational innovation DNA as the innovation origin and these interest mainly were approached through the case analysis of global innovative companies. The purpose of study is to investigate the applicability under the CEO of SMEs settings as global companies' cases. The research focused on the impact of innovator's DNA on innovative strategy by the empirical study that analyzed from 110 firm's data in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region. The results of empirical study, innovator's DNA has positive effects on the overall innovative strategy, especially the effects of discovery DNA are stronger than operational DNA. Included to the discovery DNA effects, operational DNA bring about negative on the product differentiation, though it has positive on the market differentiation. In terms of components of innovator's DNA, the questioning and association have strong impacts on the overall innovative strategy, and analyzing has positive on market differentiation, but specific task implementation has negative on the product differentiation. The results suggest that the logic of global innovation case is possible to the SME's CEO and need to learning efforts to promote discovery DNA for successful innovation.

Recently innovation cluster has been emphasized as a valid policy measure for innovation. For suggesting a new model of innovation cluster, we conducted literature review for the theories of regional innovation system(RIS) and innovation clusters. As a result, the success factors of innovation cluster were classified into system measures, physical measures, and social(human resources) measures from the perspective of RIS. The case of Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy was examined for an empirical analysis. For an in-depth analysis, a survey for the tenant companies in Pangyo technovalley(PTV) was conducted. As a result, it was found that Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy is evolving from 'a government-initiated system' to 'the 3rd-generation convergence RIS' and that PTV is closely related to the system measures of 'support for up-to-date management and technology information' and 'support for academic-research-industry cooperative research and technological cooperation,' physical measures of 'strengthening the function of PTV support division' and 'shared research equipment and other infrastructures,' and social measures of 'legal, financial, and administrative support system' and 'public childcare facilities'. Also, technology sector was divided into IT and non-IT for a validity check to find out that there was no significant difference in all factors, except for the public relations factors. This study is expected to provide resources for other related researches.

The study sets out to examine the relationship between the effects of government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing on the effects of innovative behavior on innovation performance. As digital-based networks and knowledge sharing activities are rapidly becoming common in the era of the spread of Covid-19, 357 questionnaires were analyzed for incumbent employees and the research hypotheses are verified using SPSS 24 and smart PLS 3 to prove the relationships between variables. As a result of the study, it is found that innovation performance increased when government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing increased. Innovative behavior is found to significantly mediate the relationship between network capability, knowledge sharing, and innovation performance, and government support was found to have a significant effect on network capabiltiy. Therefore, in order to induce innovative actions that are important in creating innovative results, various programs to enhance the network capabilities of entrepreneurs and promote knowledge sharing should be required as government support policies. This will serve as a driving force for entrepreneurs to voluntarily develop and implement ideas more flexibly and freely, thereby enhancing competitiveness through innovative growth of companies and industries. In other words, this study verified the effectiveness of government support in the network capability to help create innovative results by inducing innovative behavior along with knowledge sharing activities, and comprehensively demonstrated the relationship between factors in the overall structure.

프랑스는 원자력시설의 해체 과정에서 발생되는 방사성폐기물의 양을 최대한 줄이면서 그에 따른 비용과 작업자의 방사선 피폭을 최대한 줄일 수 있는 혁신적인 기술을 개발하고 있다. 이를 6개 분야로 나누어 소개한다.
