A Study on the Identification of fake Estimate Service using DID (분산신원증명 기술을 활용한 허위 부동산 매물정보 검출에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, O2O services for real estate sales are widely distributed in web platforms and apps. This allows sellers, buyers, and real estate brokers to quickly and conveniently conduct real estate sales and charter contracts. However, in the O2O-based real estate sales information system, it wastes time and money for real estate buyers due to the posting of fake information, partial correction of the sales information, and intentional non-posting of the sales information. Therefore, we propose a method of detecting the false or not of real estate property information that can occur on the web platform, and design and implement a proposal system for this. To this end, we propose a method of detecting personal identity and property information based on DID, a distributed identity authentication protocol. The false real estate sales information detection system proposed by us can determine the existence of real estate sales information, partially correct the false sales information, or prove whether or not intentionally unpublished in three steps.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a way to develop the information quality of mobile real estate service and improve the false property through search filter service. I compared the cases of typical mobile real estate apps that are currently in use and analyzed the usage and service status by adopting 13 search filters that are the first priority when searching for real estate information. As a result, it has been shown that the provision of high quality search filter service is required to improve the information quality in order to provide users with quick and reliable information organically at any time and anywhere according to the definition of mobile real estate service. As a result, it is more prejudiced than the countermeasures against false fraudulent products, and it is satisfied with the needs of the users and provides the improved search filter service, so that it can be trusted with the definition of mobile real estate brokerage service, Providing quality services can be said to prevent the victims of fraudulent products.

  • An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.

  • Online transactions are more familiar in various fields due to the development of the ICT and the increase in trading platforms. In particular, the amount of transactions is increasing due to the increase in used transaction platforms and users, and reliability is very important due to the nature of used transactions. Among them, the used car market is very active because automobiles are operated over a long period of time. However, used car transactions are a representative market to which information asymmetry is applied. In this paper presents a DID-based transaction model that guarantees reliability to solve problems with false advertisements and false sales in used car transactions. In the used car transaction model, sellers only register data issued by the issuing agency to prevent false sales at the time of initial sales registration. It is authenticated with DID Auth in the issuance process, it is safe from attacks such as sniping and middleman attacks. In the presented transaction model, integrity is verified with VP's Proof item to increase reliability and solve information asymmetry. Also, through direct transactions between buyers and sellers, there is no third-party intervention, which has the effect of reducing fees.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 중고거래 플랫폼들의 불편한 점들을 해소하고 사용자들이 효율적이고 편리한 중고거래를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 플랫폼을 개발했다. 조사를 통해 기존 중고거래 플랫폼은 허위 매물, 시세 파악의 어려움, 사기 피해 등의 문제점이 존재한다는 사실을 인식했다. 문제 해결을 위해 파이썬을 활용하여 주요 중고거래 플랫폼의 상품 데이터를 수집했다. 이에 IQR을 적용하여 가격의 이상치를 판별했다. 가격 비교와 허위 매물 판별이 용이하게 되는 장점이 있다. 또한 이상치를 제거한 상품들의 시세를 계산하여 데이터를 차트로 시각화했다. 플랫폼과 지역마다 상이한 중고 상품의 신뢰성 있는 시세를 파악할 수 있고 중고거래 사기 피해를 방지할 수 있도록 사용자에게 주요 사기 수법, 뉴스 등의 정보를 제공한다.

  • 비트코인이 제안된 후 금융권에 응용하고자 하는 연구는 다양하게 진행되어왔으며 다양한 분야로 그 응용범위가 확장되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술의 응용범위를 부동산 시장으로 확장하였다. 부동산 시장은 허위 매물로 신뢰도가 높지 않은 문제점이 있었기에 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 블록체인을 응용한 기술을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Efforts to incorporate blockchain into various fields are continuing as cryptocurrency transactions become more active. Blockchain has the characteristic that once recorded facts cannot be modified or deleted. Due to these characteristics, the use in the field of recording and proving certain facts, such as voting or proof of ownership, is attracting attention. In this paper, users who want to participate in the transaction process using private blockchain, one of the types of blockchain, are divided into real estate brokers, building owners, and purchasers (lessors), and roles are assigned to each user. In addition, we would like to propose a system to increase reliability through the participation of institutions. Through this, we intend to not only present a real estate transaction system that prevents damage from real estate fraud related to false sales and fraudulent contracts, but also enhances reliability and contributes to finding ways to utilize blockchain in the future.

  • After Bitcoin was proposed by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, studies have been carried out to apply the Block Chain technology in various environment, which was applied as a distributed transaction of Bitcoin. Smart contracts, voting and proof of ownership of digital contents are typical applications of Block Chain. They used the feature that it is impossible to modify or delete once recorded facts. They also applied to prove relevant facts and to provide data integrity. The applied cases are mainly made in an environment where the data should or could be open to the public, and they have been proposed as solutions to solve the problems occurred in relations. This fact has led to the attention that Block Chain can be applied as a good alternative in similar circumstances. In this study, real estate market service was selected to expand the application range of Block Chain. Although there are about 250 applications and web services in total, the satisfaction is not high due to false offerings. Thus we propose a countermeasure against the problem by applying the Block Chain to the real estate market service, and investigate the research direction of the Block Chain in the future market.
