최근, 우리나라에서도 전파에 대한 각종 규제의 완화와 경제의 발전에 따라 전파를 사용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 일반가정에서 사용하는 코드없는 전화기를 비롯하여 젊은 층을 중심으로 퍼져나가고 있는 무선호출기와 일반층까지 파고들고 있는 휴대전화 보급이 그예가 될 수 있겠다. 어디 그뿐인가? 우리주변에서 늘 함께하는 라디오와 텔레비젼은 이미 일상생활에서 없어서는 안될 가정용 전기용품중의 하나이지만 이것이야말로 사실 전파를 사용하는 기기의 대표적인 케이스로 보아야 한다. 그렇지만 역시 전파 또는 주파수가 일반인들의 관심을 끌기 시작한 것은 이동통신이 선풍적인 인기를 끌면서 이뤄낸 경제적 부각가치 때문일것이다. 약간의 전파를 이용하여 이동통신사업자들이 누리는 경제적 향유(?)는 대단하다. 실례로 불과 25kHz폭(FM라디오 1개채널의 약 1/8,텔레비젼의 약1/24에 해당)을 가진 1개의 주파수를 무선호출에 이용할 경우 매출액은 연간 1억원에 이른다. 따라서 경제적 가치로서 인식될 수 밖에 없는 것이 어쩌면 단연한 일인지도 모른다. 한편, 경제적인 가치는 인정하면서도 주파수에 대해 일반인이 이해하기란 여간 어려운 일이 아니다. 그 원인으로서 첫째는 눈에 보이지 않기 때문인데 보이지 않는 실체를 인정하고 이해하는 것처럼 어려운 일도 없을 것이다. 둘째는 주파수 스펙트럼(전파를 주파수에 따라 도표로 나열한것)상의 주파수마다 공간을 전파해 나가는 성질이 다르고 또한 이용분야도 다른데서 오는 혼동감(?)도 전파를 이해하기 어렵게 하는 커다란 원인이다. 따라서 본고에서는 전파분야에 종사하는 사람보다는 전파란 무엇인가에 대해 궁금하게 생각하는 일반인을 대상으로 전파(주파수)의 일반적인 사항에 대해 설명하고 유한한 자원인 전파자원의 효율적 사용을 위한 정부의 정책과 우리나라가 대비하여야 할 과제에 대해 알기쉽게 설명하고자 한다.

This thesis explores how JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon and the Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon scenario have transformed ShimChungJeon, a notable work of Pansori literature, dramatically for modern times. By analyzing the adapter's consciousness and changing direction in these two works, it was found that ShimChungJeon was tailored to audiences in the 1900s. JobGeuk and the scenario are attempts to transform ShimChungJeon to meet cultural needs in the 21st century and to make the works appealing to the public. The aspects of the transformation of JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon are 1) reinforcement of logical causality, 2) weakening the humor and simultaneously emphasizing the work's surreal nature, and 3) dramatic expression by song. The aspects of the change in direction of the Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon scenario are 1)the insertion of a new narrative, 2)trying to evoke both humor and tragic sadness, 3)seeking newness with the reassignment of time and events. JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon is the first example of the transformation of ShimChungJeon's dramatic style and Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon is the first transformation of its scenario. These two works show how ShimChungJeon can be adapted to modern times and new cultures, and how ShimChungJeon can be made relevant and be enjoyed by the public regardless of the era.

A variety of the approaches to the unification of the South Korea and North Korea have been implemented based on both the view of the national-centered unification and that of the reunification of the South and North Korea as a unit of nation through political, economic, military and diplomatics. A culture itself plays a significant role for people to understand one another through communicating and sharing cultural values. At this point, Korean-Wave called'Hallyu' should have various meanings and values for the reunification of South and North Korea. It has been expanded to the world beyond Asia as an icon of the culture. In this situation, North Korea is not exceptional. In other words, North Korea should be influenced by the Korean wave. Sharing a cultural value about Korean-Wave between South and North Koreans would be a way to speed up the reunification by having a common sense about the national identifications. The culture of Hallyu reflecting on the national identification could be helpful to enhance national pride and play a part for curing for the scarlet letters that they have got since the Korea was divided by two parts. The North Korean government's distorted policy to have blamed for the South Korean governing would be challenged if the Korean-wave would be epidemic in the Korean peninsular. In addition, if the North Koreans would be perceptive to the real freedom and universal value for the humanity, it would be more feasible for two Koreas to be reunified than before. In fact, it must serve as a catalyst for the reunification, two Koreas experiencing the Korean wave as a cultural value. As a result, the reunification for the people should have a meaning of the universal value as like everyone in the world can pursue for their own happiness. Through the Hallyu, That is, the change of the people's perception to the reunification will facilitate the reunification of two Koreas more than we expected.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify that the difference between past and present response to the same folktales relates to other cultural contexts. This is part of the research to explore the methodology of folktale education for intergenerational communication. This paper compares the reaction on a storytelling site from the past to with current college students' impressions. On the older site, the storyteller and audience sympathized with the characters of . Additionally, they were pleased with the conclusion that the characters would get a new family. However, university students thought that the characters of was incompetent. University students evaluated their success as depending on other people, accidentally obtained. Such a difference was closely related to the culture of the group intervening when understanding the folktale. In the past culture, empathy, interdependence, and unity were considered important values. Meanwhile, the new-generation culture emphasized the individual's free will and rights, diligence, and honesty. As a result, due to differences in cultural context, university students distorted , and communication with past generations was also broken. In this paper, we study the folktale education methodology that helps communication between generations. this paper proposes that It is more suitable to tile the story instead of for university students. That is because resembles the cultural context of university students. At the same time, it has the same problem as .

This study was peformed to systematize the concept of taste being recognized as new cultural values, as well as to ascertain the looks and aesthetical values presented in modern fashion in terms of taste. Taste is the life style being pursued individually, a preference and the important factor that characterizes each individual among contemporaries. In particular, the fashion is an important means able to differentiate respective tastes. The taste-based looks including; the dandy-look, the kitsch-look, fetish-look, the grotesque-look, and the kidult-look, etc. are reviewed as cases. Those are well expressing the phases of each times. The looks reflecting contemporaries' various tastes, are symbolic means showing the positive expectations on the present and the future. The looks are unifying fashion and society, and the designers are able to be key roles satisfying customer's taste by presenting of their collections. It is expected that the outcome of this study may provide academic basis of the tastes and a framework of interpretation of the tastes and fashion looks within culture by the aesthetical values presented as fashion.

In the debates of development gains, the general rule is that it results from actions other than those of the landowner, most notably of the public sector as in granting of permissions for the development of specific land uses and densities or through infrastructure investments, or of socio-economic forces due to a general capital accumulation in space. A huge academic literature has investigated the development gains capture that refers to the process by which a portion of or all land value increments attributed to the community effort are recouped by the public sector. Policy instruments for applying development gains capture are based on deepening land value taxation, financing infrastructure, controling land use. But one of the most basic for the efficient policy implementation is the accurate estimation of development gains. This paper estimates the development gains generated by the total 204 building land projects of Korea Land Corporation and Korea National Housing Corporation since 1995.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the problems caused by the lack of institutional establishment of broadcasting contents' concept, to present the categories and significance of broadcast contents concepts, and to promote discussions on defining broadcasting contents concepts. As the pattern of enjoying contents becomes fragmented, broadcasting contents such as dramas, entertainment, and documentaries are enjoyed in various ways through N-screens, beyond the distribution structure of the traditional broadcasting industry. But, the concept of broadcasting contents is subordinate to(or even absent from) the distribution structure of the broadcasting industry. This paper seeks to correct this problem by proposing a new definition of broadcasting contents. First of all, as a result of looking at the need to define the concept of broadcasting contents in various ways in principle, legal, and industrial aspects, broadcasting contents needed to be defined as a new concept independent of broadcasting media. Based on this, the existing discussions on the concept and type of broadcasting contents were reviewed to confirm the direction for establishing broadcasting contents concepts, and to define broadcasting contents into higher categories (liberal arts, entertainment), and lower categories ('documentaries, current affairs, education', 'dramas, animation, music, variety, sports').

최근의 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 향후 도시를 건설할 때 도시운영 및 관리뿐만 아니라 도시민들이 향유할 각종 서비스에 정보통신기술 변화를 반영하여야 할 것이다. 행정중심복합도시를 건설하기 위해서도 이러한 정보기술의 변화를 전망하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 추진방안이 모색되어야 한다. 행정중심복합도시는 과거의 전형적인 도시개발방식에서 탈피하고, 새로운 방식과 모델을 도입하여 21세기의 모범적인 도시를 건설하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 IT의 비약적인 발전에 따라 도시의 물리적 거리와 시간에 구애받지 않고 무한한 정보를 매체로 새로운 도시공간으로 구현되어야 한다. 또한 이러한 정보기술의 발전을 통해 행정중심복합도시의 가치를 높이고 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 u-행복도시의 비전을 '사람과 자연과 기술이 하나되는 세계제일의 지능정보도시'로 정의하고 이러한 비전을 토대로 행적 효율과 시민 편익이 제고되는 전자 행정중심 도시, 자연과 인간이 함께 하는 지능형 환경 도시, 시민 안전을 도모하는 첨단정보관리 도시, 사람과 사물이 연결되는 정보 네트워크 도시에 대한 구현방안을 모색하였다.

국민관광객과 방한 외래관광객의 증가(문체부, 2012)로 도서와 해안지역에 대한 관광수요가 확산됨에 따라 중앙정부와 지방정부는 등대(예 : 영도등대, 간절곶등대, 울기등대, 거문도등대)를 중심으로 국민생활속의 해양관광공간, 해양레저스포츠공간, 어촌체험공간, 유통관광중심의 어항개발 및 크루즈관광활성화를 위하여 노력하고 있다. 새로움을 추구하는 관광객의 욕구가 증가하면서 틈새관광(niche tourism)의한 형태로 도서 관광(small island tourism)이 주목되고 있다(김영준, 2011). 내륙 중심의 관광에서 해양 관광으로 관심이 변화 확산되면서 친수공간시설에 대한 관광수요의 증가가 예상된다(이한석, 심미숙, 2009). 이와 같은 현실에서 도서에 위치하고 있는 등대자원을 활용하여 관광객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 등대관광활성화가 기대된다. 등대가 전통적인 기능과 역할에 충실한 항로표지로서 뿐만 아니라 공공서비스장소로서 해양문화를 향유할 수 있는 체험의 장을 제공하고 건축문화유산으로서의 역사성과 등대 고유의 기능에 대한 관광객의 흥미와 욕구를 잘 접목시켜 해양관광자원으로서의 가치를 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 국내에서는 공연예술의 문화적 가치 향유와 보존에 주목하고 있다. 국가단위 움직임은 물론 민간단위에서도 공연예술 관리 기관이 속속 등장하고 있어 그 관심의 정도를 말해준다. 하지만 관심의 정도에 비례하여 공연예술자료가 지닌 고유한 특성과 맥락을 온전히 수집 정리 서비스되고 있는지는 의문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적 공연예술자료관리 기관인 한국문화예술위원회 예술자료원, 국립극장, 국립국악원 세 곳을 사례로 하여 국내 공연예술관리 기술 정리 현황을 조사 분석해 문제점을 알아보고 이 결과를 바탕으로 바람직한 정리와 기술을 위한 시사점을 도출하려 한다.
