사람이 음식을 섭취하는 목적은 생존과 건강 그리 사람이 음식을 섭취하는 목적은 생존과 건강 그리고 활동을 위해서 이다. 그러나, 음식을 섭취하는 것이 영양만을 위한 것은 아니다. 여러 가지 음식을 여러 가지 형태로 식사를 통하여 즐긴다는 것은 음식을 맛있게 먹는다는 것이며, 맛있게 먹기 위해서는 맛과 향이 조화를 이를 뿐만 아니라 음식이 맛있게 보이기 위해서는 시각적으로도 아름답게 보여야 한다. 따라서. 식품 재료를 신선한 상태로 이용하거나 조리와 가공을 통하여 음식물로 만드는 것도 음식을 보다 더 상미하기 위한 것이다. 식품을 조리할 때 소금. 간장, 식초, 설탕, 조미료 등 여러 가지 향신료를 다양한 형태로 사용함으로써 식욕과 기호를 증진시키게 되는 것이다. 문화의 진전에 따라 식생활이 더욱 다양해지고, 발전함에 따라 향신료의 종류와 형태도 더욱 다채로워지고 있다. 향신료의 수요증가와 변화욕구에 따라 인공 즉, 합성적인 제조품인 합성향료의 출현을 보기에 이르렀다. 그러나, 향신료의 경우 대부분이 아직도 자연품(분말, 추출물, 정유 등)이 대부분이며, 상당한 종류가 향신야채로서 상용되고 있다. 따라서 본 발표에서는 우리나라 식품산업에서 옛 부터 전통적으로 사용하였고, 현재에도 널리 사용하고 있는 향신료에 대하여 식품산업적 이용상황과 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

정보통신 기술의 발전은 양방향의 참여 문화를 형성하고 있다. e-러닝의 환경도 웹 기반의 환경에서 모바일 환경과 방송과 융합된 네트워크 환경으로 변화되며, e-러닝도 학습자의 직접 참여를 요구하는 교수-학습 교수법을 제공하고 있다. 다양한 네트워크 환경에서 원하는 정보를 생성, 추출하고 다른 사람과 의사소통할 수 있어야 한다. e-러닝의 발전으로 복합적 사고와 고차원적인 인지 사고를 위해 학습자 주도의 개별적자율적 학습, 협력적(collaborative)학습을 제공할 수 있다. 즉, e-러닝의 웹 기반에서 발전하여 무선 네트워크 환경으로의 변화가 학습 환경도 시간적, 공간적으로 자유로울 수 있는 모바일 환경(mobile environment)에서 방송과 통신이 융합되고 나아가 유비쿼터스 환경(ubiquitous environment)으로 전환되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-러닝의 콘텐트를 다양한 디지털 기기에 따라 재사용하고 재구성하여 제공할 수 있도록 메타데이터 맵핑 구조에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

This study collected and intensively analyzed the works and remains in Namwon(南原) province by Liu Ting(劉綎) of Ming Dynasty during the Imjin War (the Japanese invasion in 1592-1598; 壬辰倭亂). Liu Ting engraved characters on the rocks as passing by the Yeowon hill(女院峙) twice. A local official of Namwon built a memorial stone at the guest residence of Namwon district to appreciate the contribution of Liu Ting to care for the local people. During the second Japanese invasion in 1597-1598(丁酉再亂), Liu Ting often climbed up the Yongdu pavilion(龍頭亭) located at Mt. Yongtu(龍鬪山) and fell in love with the splendid scenery while enjoying fishing at Jogi(釣磯). Immediately after the war, Liu Ting renovated the Guanwang Shrine(關王廟) in Namwon and built the memorial stone claiming that he defeated the Japanese army with the divine power from Guanyu(關羽).

I in this article analyzed poetry and prose written by Ming Navy forces who visited Chungcheong Navy Castle(忠淸水營) in Ocheon(鰲川) during Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592(壬辰倭亂) and the remains concerning them. Chungcheong Navy Castle was used as a way station when Ming Navy forces came and went to the Southern Sea during Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. In April 1598, "Gyegong cheongdeok bi(季公淸德碑)" was erected to praise Gyegeum for his virtue. The villiagers have served "Gyegeum cheongdeok bi" as a god for the peaceful sea and good luck from the ancient times. Zhang Liangxiang(張良相) & Jia Xiang(賈祥) developed his great spirit to appreciate beautiful viewwhen he defeated Japanese force and ascended again to Yeongbo Pavilion(永保亭).

지난 50년 동안 TV 방송은 우리의 문화와 생활에 중요한 영향력을 가져왔다. 시청자들의 더욱 많은 콘텐츠와 서비스에 대한 요구는 급증하였다. 이전 방송서비스는 지상파, 케이블, 위성, DMB를 통하여 제공되었다. 최근 IP망을 통한 IPTV는 새롭고 다양한 서비스가 제공될 것으로 기대되어 시청자들을 충족시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 대표적인 인터넷 방송의 특징인 양방향성은 기존의 방송들과의 차이점으로서 새로운 서비스 기술개발이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 광고 서비스의 단점을 보완하여 인터넷 방송에서의 양방향성 이점을 이용한 개인별 맞춤형 타깃 광고 방송시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This research aims to consider the participatory behaviors and the relationship building of the Hong Kong Korean Wave fans on YouTube and to explores the effect of the behaviors in order to spread the Korean Wave. Furthermore, this research seek ways of developing the Korean Wave contents based on fan participation on YouTube. The research conducted both Focus Group Interview and three rounds of email interviews with the Korean Wave fans in Hong Kong. They actively participated in expressing themselves, replying to other comments, and providing video contents as a fan. Also, the fans delivered the YouTube video contents to other Social Network Services(SNS), including facebook, and online fan pages in order to build ties with friends and other the Korean Wave global fans in daily lives. Their YouTube participation contributes to creating two-way communication between the Korean Wave and its global fans by spreading and re-creating the Korean Wave contents.

This study is concerned with analysing complexity, flexibility and dynamism of social discoursive space. The developmental process of social discourse is analogous to that of a spatial structure of social discourse. Post-capitalist society has seen New-Liberalism and New-Conservatism have become dominant, resulting in the deterioration of the cultural politics of citizenship. It is argued that the position of otherness, in which those binary structures (inside/outside or centre/margin) collide and collapse, is where subversive discourse can emerge to dominant discursive power. Furthermore, it is necessary to democratize social discursive space, through which the Other becomes able to. participate in the social production, distribution and consumption of social discourse.
