  • Voice over Internet Protocol calls using administrative agency to build a national information and communication service, 'C' group, providers, the KT, SK Broadband, LG U+, Samsung SDS, as there are four operators. To prepare for an attack on Voice over Internet Protocol for administrative agency, security is a need for research to support the model. In this paper, the Internet telephone business of Administrative Agency to investigate and analyze the specific security measures to respond. Should set priorities around confidentiality about five security threats from NIS to Study of Voice over Internet Protocol Security Response Model for Administrative Agency. (1) Illegal wiretapping, (2) call interception, (3) service misuse, (4) denial of service attacks, (5) spam attacks, write about and analyze attack scenarios. In this paper, an analysis of protection by security threats and security breaches through a step-by-step system to address the research study is a step-by-step development of the corresponding model.

  • Under the influence of a paradigm shift for administrative service of public institutions in around the world, the 'Government Affairs Assessment Act' has been enacted in Korea in March 2006. By the law, each local governments have been obligating to conduct self-assessment and resident's satisfaction survey for improving administrative service. Thus, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the administrative service quality of district offices(in seoul) in order to meet the government's efforts, and to derive improvement point of administrative service quality in district office. Consequently, this study shows administrative service quality factors affecting resident's overall satisfaction degree, service value maturity and positive image maturity of district office and then, will explore improvement ways of each district office through attribute analysis of administrative service quality.

A Qualitative Study on the Information Seeking Conducted by Surveillants Against the Public Sector Organizations in Korea (우리나라 공공기관 행정감시자의 정보추구에 관한 질적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the information-seeking procedure of surveillants against public sector organizations in Korea. The surveillants used accountability mechanisms such as National Assembly Inspection and information disclosure to find out information they wanted. Examples of such group include social activists, professional supervisors, aides of the National Assembly congressman and the press members. Using data collected by in-depth interviews and participative observations, we studied their information seeking behaviors and factors that affect the procedure. Based on the Grounded Theory approach, we first generated 56 concepts, 17 categories and 6 super-categories about the participants' feeling, experiences and perception related to their information seeking. Then we developed a factor model among those generated concepts. The main contributions of this study are a) the results provide a useful guidance for the public information seekers b) we draw the requirements for enhancing public sector organizations' information management systems.

An Analysis of Publication Information Dissemination Guidance of Central Government Organizations in Korea (행정기관의 행정정보공표 현황 및 기준 분석)

  • Publication Information Dissemination Guidance(P.I.D.G.), in which a public organization opens it's information to the public in advance of requests, could be an appropriate medium to support the good governance. In other words, good governance could be established by adopting P.I.D.G. to guarantee the accessibility and usability of information to a public organization, to arrange an opportunity for conversation with the people, and eventually promote the participation of people in administration. However, the P.I.D.G. is not well-known among people due to lack of nation-wide advertisement, and a number of multi-laterally found flaws in the system operation, suggesting an urgent need of improvement. Disorders are found in the operation of P.I.D.G. due to un-standardized categories among the standards of Publication Information Dissemination, set by administrative organizations. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the P.I.D.G. and suggest the ways to improve it based on the criteria indicated above.

A Study on the Convergent Factors Related to the State Anxiety of Female Administrative Staff in Medical Institution (의료기관 여성 행정직원의 상태불안과 관련된 융복합적 요인)

  • This paper was attempted to identify the convergent factors related to the state anxiety of Female Administrative Staff in Medical Institutions(FASMI). For randomly selected 226 FASMI at 27 medical institutions in J region, from July 4, 2018 to July 25, 2018, we conducted an anonymous self-administered questionnaires. As a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the state anxiety of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which subjective happiness is lower, a group in which cynicism, sub-areas of job burnout are higher, a group in which psychosocial stress is higher, the explanatory power of them was 57.3%. In conclusion, in order to lower the state anxiety of FASMI, it is necessary to increase subjective happiness, lower cynicism, which is a sub-area of job burnout, and to lower psychosocial stress. These results could be used in hospital job management and mental health education to lower the level of state anxiety in FASMI. Future research needs to develop and interpret a structural equation model that affects the state anxiety of FASMI.

  • 2000년대에 들어오면서 전자정부 구현의 일환으로 중앙부처를 중심으로 전자문서관리시스템의 사용이 의무화되었다. 2004년 '공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률'에서 공공기관으로 규정된 국내의 모든 기관에서 전자문서시스템을 사용하기 시작하였고, 다가오는 2005년부터 자료관시스템의 도입이 의무화됨에 따라 국내의 공공기관에서 전자문서관리시스템의 사용은 더욱 확산될 전망이다 본 연구에서는 자료관시스템의 효율적인 도입 및 운영에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하기 위하여 먼저 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 호주, 일본 등의 국가에서 이미 시행되고 있는 관련 시스템과 2003년 8원 정부기록보존소에서 제시한 '행정기관의 자료관시스템 규격'및 이를 근거로 하여 행정자치부로부터 인증 받은17개의 자료관시스템에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 인증 받은 시스템을 도입하여 사용 중에 있는 4 군데의 시범 기관의 운영 사례를 시스템 자체의 문제점, 운영상의 문제점, 관리상의 문재점 등에 초점을 맞추어 살펴봄으로써 현행 자료관시스템 규격의 개선점 및 자료관시스템 운영에 있어서의 필수적인요건을 제시하였다.

  • I conducted a study on the capacity evaluation and management of the main homepage screen to improve the availability of government institutions. As a result of three times evaluating the size of the homepage main page of the major institutions, the capacity of the homepage of the institution was very enormous, and when there were many concurrent users, the server was easily loaded. Governmental management guidelines are needed to fundamentally solve these problems, with the periodic and ongoing homepage management of each institution. In the future, the web site management detailed checkpoints should be additionally established in the government web site installation and management guidelines, and the recommended checking items; homepage performance evaluation, lightening homepage capacity.

  • 본 고에서는 진동관점에서 특히 문제시되고 있는 장행정.소수실린더.저속 2행정 디젤주기관의 기진력 발생기구와 기관본체진동에 대하여 살펴보고, 박용디젤 추진축계의 진동문제와 관련해 서는 1980년 이후부터 본격적으로 시작된 국내의 연구사례들을 중심으로 이 분야에 대한 연구 현황을 소개하고 향후 중심적으로 연구해야 할 문제점들을 검토하고자 한다.
