FTA, TPP 등 개방시대에 맞서 우리나라 축산업은 경쟁력을 갖춰야한다. 충청북도 진천에 위치한 초원농장(대표 홍경표)은 지난 13년간 축적해 온 노하우를 바탕으로 경쟁력을 확보해 나가고 있다. 특히 초원농장은 지난 12월 16일 개최된 축산농가 행동강령 선포식에서 '신선에너지 우리축산 오리부문 우수농가'로 선정된 만큼 그 경쟁력을 인정받고 있다. 초원농장의 오리성적은 겨울철임에도 불구하고 43일에 3.6~3.7kg 정도로 오리농장 평균성적인 43일에 3.4kg인 것에 비해 매우 우수한 성적을 보여줬다. 초원농장의 농장운영 비결은 무엇일까? 홍경표 대표로부터 오리사육에 있어 가장 중요한 사양관리 요령에 대해 들어보았다.

지도는 지구표면의 입체적인 지형을 일부 또는 전부를 일정한 비율로 축소하여 자연물과 인조물을 규정된 기호로써 지면에 그린 것을 말하며, 등산 계획 및 산행에 있어서 절대적으로 필요한 것이다. 따라서 지도는 등산중에 언제나 손쉽게 펴 볼 수 있도록 휴대하여 등산중에 자기 위치를 알아보고 다음 목적지의 지형을 지도상에서 미리 연구한 후에 행동하여야 한다. 그러므로 지도는 산을 찾는 등산객의 눈이 되며 안내자가 되어 주는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 독도법 훈련은 평소부터 가까이 하여 충분히 읽을 수 있도록 노력해야 하겠다.

The evolution of the IT facilitated the social actions of the consumers by supporting social communication of the online users. At the same time it help for the consumer to post malicious comments on the Internet or to spread the unproven news for distorting the public opinion in the SNSs. Although the number of the consumer unethical behaviors and the estimated damage of the innocent companies have been increased, a few studies had investigate on this issue. Based on the Literature on the consumer unethical behaviors and the institution based trust, we had developed the defense strategies against the consumer unethical behaviors. This study would introduce the new perspective that the consumer could always not be innocent. Also, the defense strategy developed in this study could contribute to make the guideline for consumer service manual.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of DISC behavioral style on the knowledge and clinical performance of nursing students. The subjects of the study were nursing students in the fourth grade of university and the data collection period was from March 2015 to December 2016. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0. DISC behavioral style analysis showed that 10.6% were dominant, 33.8% were influence, and 48.5% were steadiness and 7.1% were conscientiousness. Knowledge score in accordance with the measured points of DISC behavioral style did not show differences in the first, but did show differences in the second and third. Conversely, clinical performance score in accordance with the measurement points of DISC behavioral style showed differences in the first, second and third.Knowledge and clinical performance scores revealed significant differences in the interactions between the groups, between measurement points and between groups and measurement points. As a result, DISC behavioral style of nursing college students vary, with each having merits and demerits. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an opportunity to understand these points and to develop merits in order to improve the learning outcomes of the curriculum.

본 연구는 객실승무원 교육훈련 만족이 자기효능감 및 서비스태도(서비스 몰입, 서비스 지향의 자발적 행동)에 어떻게 작용하는지 실증적으로 분석하여 바람직한 객실승무원 교육훈련의 방향을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 비행근무 중인 국내 K항공사 객실승무원 210명을 대상으로 자기 보고식 설문지를 배포하여 유효한 설문지 208부를 대상으로 기초 통계 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련 내용(용모 및 태도 관련 내용, 서비스자세 관련 내용, 대처요령 관련 내용)은 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 객실승무원 훈련담당강사는 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 객실승무원 교육시스템은 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 서비스몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 객실승무원 교육만족은 서비스지향의 자발적 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The development of North Korea's nuclear weapons has worsened to the sixth nuclear test in 2017, and despite the sanctions of the international community including our government, we have not been able to offer clear solutions and alternatives, and the current measures are not enough in case of North Korea is using nuclear weapons. This study suggests how we should be prepared against the use of nuclear weapons under the premise that North Korea will never give up development of nuclear weapons under any circumstances. The first chapter outlines the current status of our preparedness if North Korea makes a nuclear attack. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the power of nuclear weapons and North Korea's nuclear weapons threat. In the third chapter, we analyze North Korea nuclear attack and analyze the wartime emergency situation and civil defense posture. Finally, in order to implement the solutions presented in the text, we will identify priorities and summarize further developments.

The purposes of this study were to examine the coping behavior of the elderly in the warning phase of disaster and to explore factors influencing the coping behavior of the elderly. Data were collected from 130 senior citizens aged over 60 who are residing in Pyungchang and Injae of Kangwon province which had damaged by flood disaster in 2006. Perry & Lindell (1997)'s index, a series of six categories that represent coping behaviors which progressively approximate the action of evacuating in the warning phase of disasters was used. Results showed that respondents have high coping skills. Although Activities of Daily Living (ADL) has positive influence on the coping behavior, length of residence has negative effect on the coping behavior of the elderly. This finding proves the elderly are not uncompliant or uncooperative population in the warning phase of disaster. This result also emphasizes the importance of rapid and accurate giving of public warning system of disaster and necessity of prior notification of useful information about natural disaster and effective evacuation plan for the elderly.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the safety awareness and safety behaviors of personal assistant for visual impairments. Method: This study was targeted at 263 personal assistant for blind people from May to June 2021. Research subjects who wished to participate in the study expressed their intention to participate through the recruitment documents and gave written consent before participating in the study. Result: First, the safety awareness and safety behavior were high among the personal assistants who had practical fire extinguisher practice experience and education on how to act in a disaster situation. In addition, when the emergency rescue method was educated, the life safety awareness and fire safety awareness were high, but there was no difference in the awareness of disaster safety, and the safety behavior was higher. Third, the higher the life safety awareness, fire safety awareness, and disaster safety awareness of personal assistant for the visually impaired, the higher the safety behavior. Conclusion: This study revealed that it is important to provide appropriate safety education to personal assistant and implement a program to raise safety awareness so that the visually impaired can live a safer life.

재난방재시스템은 재난에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 단계별 활동을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템이다. 재난방재시스템은 여러 형태의 재난에 대하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보자원을 이용해야 하고 여러 임무를 맡고 있는 다양한 인적자원과 다양한 물적 자원을 활용하여 준비하고 빠르게 대응해야 한다. 기존의 재난방재시스템은 통합적인 상황분석이 부족하고, 지역재난상황에 따라 표준행동에 의한 자동적 실시간 임무부여와 실시간 보고의 처리, 재난관리자의 경험적 지식을 활용될 수 있는 정보시스템화는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 주로 국방, 경찰, 보안 분야에 적용되어온 정보융합(Information fusion)기술과 비즈니스 룰(BRMS)의 규칙기반 지능형 기술을 활용하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보를 종합 분석하여 통합적인 상황정보를 제공하고, 표준행동 요령과 지역 재난관리자의 지식을 활용하여 인적자원과 물적 자원에 대한 대응계획을 제시하여 대응조치를 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 현장 상황에 따른 실시간 임무 부여와 상황 보고를 처리할 수 있는 정보융합기반 지능형 재난방재 프레임워크를 제안한다. 본 연구의 프레임워크는 지역단위 재난방재에 적용을 고려하고 있으며 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 같이 활용하는 프로토타입 구현을 계획하고 있다.

재난정보시스템은 재난에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 단계별 활동을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템이다. 재난정보시스템은 여러 형태의 재난에 대하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보자원을 이용해야 하고 여러 임무를 맡고 있는 다양한 인적자원과 다양한 물적 자원을 활용하여 준비하고 빠르게 대응해야 한다. 재난은 지역별로 대응하게 되는데 기존의 시스템은 해당 지역에 대한 정보만을 파악할 수 밖에 없으며, 통합적인 상황 분석이 부족하고, 지역재난상황에 따라 표준행동에 의한 자동적 실시간 임무부여와 실시간 보고의 처리, 재난관리자의 경험적 지식을 활용될 수 있는 정보시스템화는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 지역단위 홍수대응을 위하여 지역별 재난정보시스템이 P2P 분산연결체제로 재난과 유관한 다른 지역의 재난정보를 공유할 수 있고, 국방, 경찰, 보안 분야에 적용되어온 정보융합(Information fusion)기술과 비즈니스 룰(BRMS)의 규칙기반 지능형 기술을 활용하여 여러 수준의 다양한 정보를 종합 분석하여 통합적인 상황정보를 제공하고, 표준행동(SOP) 요령과 지역 재난관리자의 지식을 활용하여 인적 자원과 물적 자원에 대한 대응계획을 제시하여 대응조치를 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 현장 상황에 따른 실시간 임무 부여와 상황 보고를 처리할 수 있는 지능형 지역 홍수대응 재난정보시스템 프레임워크를 제안한다.
