지방자치단체는 국가에서 지정한 재난 유형에 대하여 해당 지자체에 위험성이 높은 재난 유형을 선정하여 현장조치 행동 매뉴얼을 작성하고 운영하고 있다. 2016년 행정안전부는 이러한 매뉴얼 작성 표준안을 제시하였으며, 지자체에서 작성된 매뉴얼은 이 표준안을 준수하고 있다. 본 표준안은 기존에 정의된 13개 협업기능에 재난 대응 프로세스에 대한 세부 조치 사항(SOP)을 코드화하여 매뉴얼의 규격화를 제공하는 구조적 체계를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 내용적 관점에서 재난 유형에 따른 단계 체계의 명확성, 조치사항 추가에 대한 방향성, 그리고 동일 조치 사항에 대하여 재난 유형에 따른 내용적 차이 등에 대한 기술이 부족하여 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to examine what is the path that family and socio-environmental factors of adolescents lead to school dropout called educational crisis behavior. To investigate these research problems, the path was analyzed on the basis of the related data and variations after interview with 120 crisis adolescents in 'J Youth Counseling Center' in Jeon-ju City. By the results of this analysis, the family ties as a familial factor and the deviation friends as a socio-environmental factor had an effect on adolescents' school dropout behavior. These results indicate the need to reform the interpersonal relationship in family and school friends for preventing and solving the adolescents' crisis behavior such as school dropout behavior.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a chorus program in a local child center regarding character, social skills, problematic behaviors, and ADHD. Subjects of this study included 24 children in elementary schools participating in the daytime programs at a local child center located in Suwon, South Korea. The chorus program was comprised of 12 sessions of 60 minutes each, conducted from April 5-July 5, 2017. Results of this study were as follows: First, during the interviews on the character of the children before and after participation in the chorus program, it was noted that the children became more active in terms of the relationships with others and leadership. However, it was also noted that children were more active at the center than they were at their schools. Second, the differences in social skills before and after the chorus program among children were significant in overall social skills and their sub-variables, indicating that there were effective in adjusting social skills. Third, the differences in problematic behaviors before and after participation in the chorus program were significant only in overall problematic behaviors and excessive behavior. This indicates that the program was effective in improving problematic behaviors, particularly for excessive behavior. Fourth, the differences before and after participation in the chorus program in terms of ADHD were statistically significant for ADHD and its sub-variables of carelessness and hyperactivity impulsiveness. This indicates that there was an overall improvement in attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Therefore, the findings in this study showed that the chorus program was effective on enhancing character, social skills, problematic behaviors, and ADHD behaviors.

The large-scaled and high-rise construction structures in recent years have increased high place work, leading to an increase in falling accidents (hereinafter, "accidents"). The need for prediction and management of unsafe acts of workers at construction sites has been raised as unsafe acts of workers are identified as the main cause of industrial accidents. This research aims at deriving the improvement effect of unsafe acts by presenting the relationship between unsafe acts of workers and accidents at construction sites as a probability. Unsafe acts of workers were derived based on the analysis of accident cases. In addition, surveys were conducted to calculate the probability of occurrence of accidents caused by unsafe acts (hereinafter, 'accident probability'). The Event Tree Analysis (ETA) was utilized to confirm the final probability according to the combination of unsafe acts and improvement effect. The accident probability by unsafe act was found to be the highest for working after drinking (95.41%) and to be the lowest for equipment and machine utilization (65.70%). The accident probability according to a combination of unsafe acts was the highest when all of the unsafe acts were conducted (13.23%) and was the lowest when none of the unsafe acts were conducted (0.00%).

본 논문에서는 주행 중 안전운전에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 운전자의 행동을 찾아 분석한 뒤 세분화 하여 분류하고, 주의분산을 유발하는 운전자의 운전행동 구분을 바탕으로 차량을 주행함에 있어 위험요소를 찾아내도록 한다. 이를 통해 향후 자동차사고를 줄이기 위한 제도개선 및 문제점 보완에 기여할 수 있다. 운전 중 운전자의 주의분산을 유발하는 디바이스가 늘어나는 상황에서 본 논문의 분석결과는 운전자의 필수적이지 않은 위험행동을 줄이도록 유도하는 방안을 모색할 수 있다.

"습관을 바꾸면 인생이 바뀐다."는 말이 있다. 스티븐 코비가 지은 "성공하는 사람의 7가지 습관"에 나오는 말들은 우리가 익히 알고 있는 내용들이다. 예를 들어 목표를 가지고 행동으로 실천하라, 일의 순서를 정하고 중요한 것부터 처리하도록 하라, 경청한 다음 이해시켜라 등 그리 어려운 얘기들이 아니다. 하지만 왜 성공하기가 어려운 것일까? 스티븐 코비는 이렇게 말한다 '악의 이파리를 수천 개 잘라내는 것 보다 뿌리를 잘라 내는 것이 더 낫다' 우리가 자신의 태도와 행동에 지엽적인 변화만 주는 것을 그만두고, 그 대신 자신의 태도와 행동의 근본 뿌리인 패러다임을 변화시킬 때라야 비로소 획기적 개선을 달성할 수 있는 것이다.

The incidence of the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder secondary to the traumatic brain injury, such as traffic accidents, is increasing;the variety of the treatment modality is also increasing. This case was studied to see if OROS Methylphenidate(Concerta), which is one of the most commonly used medication in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder patients, not only improves the patient's attention, but also their impulsivity, hyperactivity and aggression. According to the case result, the medication showed an improvement of the impulsivity, aggression, and attention in the secondary Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder patients after the traumatic brain injury.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, and the moderating effect of psychological ownership in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 315 employees in manufacturing enterprises of Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) and innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation), 2) the moderating effect of PO(psychological ownership for organization) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, 3) the moderating effect of PJ(psychological ownership for job) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation). Second, there was no evidence of moderating effect of PO on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Third, meaning of work was more positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation) in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group. Fourth, impact was more positively related with idea implementation in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group.

It takes quite amount of time to study a game because there are many game characters and different stages are exist for games. This paper used reinforcement learning algorithm for characters to learn, and so they can move intelligently. On learning early, the learning speed becomes slow. Improved sequential prediction method was used to improve the speed of learning. To compare a normal learning to an improved one, a game was created. As a result, improved character‘s ability was improved 30% on learning speed.

각종 자연적 사회적 재난 위험의 증가와 함께 국내에서도 선진국과 같은 대국민 경보 전달체계의 정비가 진행중이다. 본 연구는 경보 전달 체계에 대한 시민들의 인식 실태를 조사 분석하고, 시민들의 인식을 바탕으로 한 시스템 개선 방향점을 찾아보고자 했다. 조사 결과에 의하면 현재 시민들의 경보 전달에 관한 인식은 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이런 경보 전달의 문제를 해결하는 시스템적 방법으로는 도심형의 야외 디지털 전달체계와 구내방송을 활용한 건물내 전달 체계 개선이 필요한 것으로 파악되었다. 또 한편으로는 경보 상황에서 사람들의 실질적 대응 행동 유발의 전략적 사회 맥락을 제공하는 연구가 필요하다는 것이 나타났다. 예를 들어 왜 사람들은 실제 경보 메시지를 받으면 방송에 주목하게 되는지, 또 그런 시민에게 어떤 식으로 대응 행동 가이드를 제공할지가 앞으로의 과제로 부각되었다.
