However, the difference between J(Judging) and P(Perceiving) types was not significant. Also investor group with ENF combination had the most aggressive investment disposition among other groups. On the contrary the group with ISF had an tendency to avoid the investment risk. In addition the correlation between cognitive and behavioral investment dispositions was 0.86. • This study investigated how drivers' cognitive characteristics, such as perception-motor skills and safety-seeking motivation; personal characteristics, such as sensation-seeking disposition coping with physical and social dangers; their self-perceived driving ability; and their normal driving behaviors influence the number of driving violations. 352 drivers participated in the study. MANOVA was performed in order to test the differences in their driving behaviors according to their level of sensation-seeking disposition and driving ability, and Structural Equation Modeling was used to examine the causal relationships among their demographic characteristics, sensation-seeking dispositions, driving ability, driving behaviors and the number of violations. The results indicated that drivers who had higher perception-motor skills seemed to be careful with pedestrians. From the results, drivers who had somewhat higher safety-seeking motivation tended to violate fewer traffic regulations intentionally or accidentally and showed more positive driving behaviors. Furthermore, drivers who had higher perception-motor skills, higher sensation-seeking disposition, and lower safety-seeking motivation had a tendency to violate intentionally more traffic regulations. The older drivers showed driving behaviors that were careful of pedestrians. The drivers who had higher sensation-seeking disposition and longer driving careers violated more traffic regulations, both intentionally and accidentally. Results from LISREL indicated that the predictive variables directly or indirectly influenced on drivers' violation numbers ($x^2$=341.62(p=.00), GFI=.94. RMR=.10).

Forty eight Hanwoo steers were video-recorded at 15, 17 and 19 months of age for behavioral measurement. Space allowance was kept consistence with either group. The results showed that eating behavior of Hanwoo steers was strongly influenced (p<0.05) during seasonal transition, being the lowest in summer and the highest in autumn. With seasonal transition, standing time would linearly increase (p<0.05). In summer, steers spent more (p<0.05) time tying down but relatively less (p<0.05) time walking and fighting, meanwhile they much less (p<0.05) scratching and rubbing. In autumn, steers showed more grooming behavior (p<0.05) contrasted to the other seasons. Steers spent more (p<0.05) walking time when raised in large group and increased (p<0.05) grooming frequency when raised in small group.

A research model and hypotheses are formulated using variables including Experience Quality (EQ), Perceived Value (PV), Attitude toward AWA (ATAWA) and Behavioral Intention toward AWA (BITAWA). Although AWA has strong the Instagrammable features in terms of PV, it provides aesthetic or healing experience rather than a pleasure. PV has a significant correlation with DOS and DOI, but it does not influence on BITAWA. In addition, DOS has a positive impact on the increase in DOI, length of viewing time and intention to upload and share photos on Instagram.

The main findings of the study are as follows: first, the study found that self-leadership was positively associated with creative personality while there was also a positive relationship between self-leadership and innovative behaviour as well as learning satisfaction. Second, the empirical analysis of the paper also shows that creative personality partially mediated the relationship of self-leadership and innovative behaviour, but not for the relationship between self-leadership and learning satisfaction. In addition, the hypothesis on the positive association between learning satisfaction and innovative behaviour was not supported. This paper contributes to our understanding of self-leadership and innovative behaviour research by expanding to university student context and highlighting the role of creative personality. This study proposes that developing the self-leadership and creative personality of student are required for better innovative behaviour and thereby, learning performance.

  • Career indecision has long been a phenomenon of interest to parents, faculty, school counselors, and others who advise young adults on their career choices. The earliest work on career indecision focused almost exclusively on the negative consequences that young adults faced as a result of lack of self-insight into their own skills and abilities, lack of specific information about various occupations and labor markets, and fear of commitment to any career path in particular. More recently, researchers have noted that some of the short run negative consequences of early career indecision may ultimately lead to long-term positive consequences, particularly if better person-occupation fit is achieved as a result of young adults' extended search behavior. Extroversion, agreeableness, emotional stability, and openness showed to have negative effects on indecisiveness. In case of lack of job information, only extroversion and emotional stability showed to have negative effects on indecisiveness, and openness showed negative effect. Indecisiveness has negative effect on preparatory job search behavior. Lack of information has negative effect on preparatory job search behavior and active job search behavior.
