The Effect of SNS Marketing Attributes of Convenience Corporate on Purchase Intention and Purchase Satisfaction of Convenience Store Consumer (편의점 기업의 SNS 마케팅 속성이 편의점 소비자의 구매의도와 구매 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The number of users of SNS has been steadily increased along with the popularity of smart phones, since marketing using SNS is easy to communicate and fast to spread, many companies are actively utilizing SNS marketing. In this study, we established a hypothesis by selecting SNS marketing attributes based on prior research as informational, interactive, entertainment and reliability. In this study, we are going to examine the impact on SNS marketing on purchase behavior at the convenient store to provide basic data for sale promotional strategy. Analysis of differences in SNS marketing attributes according to the characteristics of the survey participants showed that differences in information were significant in age and monthly income, and interaction was significantly different from gender. Among SNS marketing attributes, information, entertainment and reliability showed significant positive effects on satisfaction, and the interactivity was rejected because it did not have a significant impact. While interactivity, entertainment, and reliability of SNS marketing attributes significantly affected satisfaction, it was found that information has not significantly affected them. Satisfaction also had a significant impact on purchase intentions.

  • 본 연구는 소비자의 실제적인 의복 소비 행동을 설명할수 있는 가치 개념을 제시하기 위하여 의복 소비가치의 구체적 유형을 밝히고, 적합하고 신뢰성 있는 의복 소비가치 척도를 구성 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Sheth(1991)의 소비 가치 이론과 의류학 및 소비자 행동분야의 다양한 이론을 토대로 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview)을 통하여 소비가치에 대한 탐색적 접근을 시도한 결과를 논의하였다. 의복의 구매와 착용의 선택상황에 영향을 미치는 소비가치는 Sheth(1991)의 5가지 소비가치 유형인 기능적 가치, 사회적 가치, 감정적 가치, 진귀적 가치, 상황적 가치 및 의복제품의 특성에 따른 자기표현적 가치로 분류되었다. 기능적 가치는 물리적 속성, 물리적 기능, 도구적 성과와 관련되었으며, 사회적 가치는 사회계층, 준거집단, 인구통계 적 특성 집단, 문화-민족적 집단과의 관련성 에 대 한 가치로 구성되었다. 감정적 가치는 긍정적, 부정적 감정 및 심미성 요인으로 구성되었으며, 진취적 가치는 다양성추구행동 요인 및 유행성의. 새로움 추구 요인과 관련되었다 또한 상황적 가치는 의복착용상황, 구매상황, 커뮤니케이션 상황으로 구성되었으며, 자기표현적 가치는 성격, 이미지 표현, 개성추구, 유행추구 등의 요인으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 소비가치에 대한 양적 연구를 실시한다면, 보다 객관적인 구조를 파악하고 신뢰성 있는 측정 문항을 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Domestic and foreign tourists to visit the Baekdudaegan are increasing every year. The purpose of this study is to promote regional development in the Baekdudaegan and to improve the satisfaction of the people who visit the Baekdudaegan area recognized in underdeveloped area. It surveyed the age of 19 years old. Analysis of the factors of selection attributes importance and satisfaction, and the group was separated through cluster analysis. It analyzed a significant difference in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation by cluster groups. They were divided into four groups, according to the selection attributes importance and satisfaction. Groups showed significant differences in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation. The environment elements importance and satisfaction have affected revisit intention and intention of recommendation. It has found out that environment elements have an important factor in selecting the destination and these selection attributes satisfactions have a positive influence on future behavior intention.

  • 최근 인터넷 상거래가 급속히 확산되면서 기업의 경쟁이 실물세계와 가상세계에서 발생하는 현상이 전개되고 있다. 즉, 유통경로의 측면에서 볼 때 기존의 물리적 세계에 존재하는 전통적인(오프라인) 유통경로와 사이버공간에 존재하는 가상(온라인) 유통경로가 서로 경쟁하는 형국이 벌어지고 있는 것이다. 유통경로간 경쟁의 중심부에는 고객이 자리잡고 있다. 어떤 경로든 소비자의 욕구를 정확히 파악하고, 이들에게 최상의 유통서비스를 제공하는 경로는 생존·번영할 수 있을 것이다. 사실 현재 진행되고 있는 논의들과 현상들을 볼 때, 어느 한 유통경로가 다른 유통경로를 완전히 대체하는 제로섬 게임의 양상은 나타나고 있지 않다. 즉, 상당기간 두 유통경로는 상호 병존할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 초점을 맞추어 이들 두 경로가 자신들만의 차별화된 경쟁우위를 가지고 생존할 수 있는 마케팅전략을 구상하기 위해 시도되었다. 이러한 전략을 제시하기 위해서는 우선 이들 두 경로상에서 소비자의 구매(쇼핑)행동은 어떻게 다른가에 대한 비교연구가 선행되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 온라인 유통경로와 오프라인 유통경로에서 소비자 구매행동의 차이를 비교분석 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 특히 제품유형별로 온라인과 오프라인에서 구매속성중요도가 어떻게 달라지는가를 확인. 검증해 보기 위해 시도되었다. 캐주얼의류, 여행상품, 음악CD를 가지고 인터넷 사용자 500명을 대상으로 온라인조사를 실시한 결과, 온라인과 오프라인에서 구매속성 중요도에는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 오프라인 매장과 온라인 매장이 어떻게 차별화해야 하는가에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.통계적인 차이가 있었다(P<0.05). 계육내 CLAisomer는 1, 2, 3% 급여구에서 각각 12.23, 18.74, 25.67 mg/g으로 처리구간에 현저한 차이를 보였다(P<0.05). 본 연구의 결과 CLA의 급여는 SBO와 CT에 비하여 증체량을 개선하고 혈중HDL을 높여주는 경향을 보였지만 ND항체가는 개선되지 못하였다.으며, 그 효과는 농도에 의존적이었다, 고콜레스테롤 투여군(HC)의 분변 중 총 지질과 중성지방 농도는 정상대조군(C)에 비해 다소 높았고, 총 콜레스테롤의 경우는 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. 그러나 뽕잎첨가군(HC5M과 HC10M)의 총 지질, 중성지방 및 콜레스테롤 농도는 콜레스테롤 투여군(HC)에 비해 분변으로 배설량이 증가하는 현상을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 살펴보면 뽕잎 분말은 고콜레스테롤식이를 섭취하는 경우 혈청과 간장의 지질수준은 떨어뜨리고, 분변중 지질배설량을 상승시키는 효과가 현저한 것으로 보인다.둘째. 1990년대 한국과 미국 패션시장의 가격과 품질간의 상관계수의 범위는 제품군별. 산업범주별 로 상이한 분포를 보이고 있었다. 패션제품군별로 보 면, 한국의 경우는 가장 높은 '여행용가방(r = 0.707)' 에서 가장 낮은 '자외선 차단화장품(r = -0.58)'까지, 그리고 미국 패션제품군의 상관계수의 범위는 '팬티 스타킹'의 0.820에서 '남성용 런닝슈즈'의 -0.472까지의 분포를 나타냈다. 마지막으로, 제품의 가격과 품질에 대한 정보를 소비자가 알 경우 얻을 수 있는 소비자의 구매이득 을 추산한 결과 패션제품시장에서 완전한 품질정보를 가지고 있다고 가정한 '현명한 사람'은, 최고가격의 제품만을

  • This study investigated the link between esports spectators and their tourism intention using value-attitude-behaviour hierachy(VAB) and co-branding. We've conducted a survey on Chinese who had a direct spectator experience on esports. Using a total of 311 samples, this study found that the link between the attitude of esports shows a positive effect on the tourism intention of the venue. Also, esports attributes have a positive relationship with the attitude of the venue.

An Analysis of Nursing Research on Child Rearing in Korea (자녀양육에 대한 국내 간호학분야 연구논문 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze papers on child rearing in Korea and to suggest future research and nursing practice directions for child rearing. Methods: An on-line search via 5 web sites yielded 201 research papers. The analysis of key concepts was based on the attributes of parenting and type of knowledge held by the parents. Results: The research papers found in the search were 27.3% experimental and 72.7% non-experimental. Among the participants, 77.0% of parents raising the child were mothers and the children were mostly young children under the age of one year. Types of knowledge related to child rearing varied widely, but explanatory knowledge (55.2%) was the most common, followed by prescriptive knowledge (30.0%) and descriptive knowledge (14.8%). For attributes of parenting, reaction to parenting (49.9%) followed by parenting behavior/practice (43.1%) was most common. Conclusion: Findings of this study indicate that further research is necessary regarding fathers and surrogate caregivers and on prescriptive knowledge for health promotion of children at different developmental stages. Also the results suggest a need for research toward developing child care policies.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of local food selection attributes on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of local food selection attributes, customer satisfaction, Respectively. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the variables and the structure of each variable through literature review. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 249 consumers who used specialty food through local food restaurants and local festivals in Gangneung. Respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 statistical program. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that select local specialty foods and to provide them as basic data for increasing the number of tourists through local specialty foods and revitalizing the local economy. I would like to present a marketing strategy. In particular, consumers who have used local specialty foods must come up with a marketing strategy that will maximize customer satisfaction, and it is necessary to revitalize the taste, quality, and best service of food.

  • This paper is aimed at analyzing the relationship between users' actions in relation to a SNG (Social Network Game), which mainly targets communities, and the motivations that give rise to such selective actions. The subjects of existing researches on game area have rarely dealt with game users but mainly focused on the studies and utilization of game production technologies; and, in cases of studies on games users, their subjects have been hardly more than observations of users' behaviors in relation to the performance to achieve certain goals or themes of a game; for example, upgrading a character's level or obtaining rewards through "defeat". Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the actions of SNS game users from the perspective of behavioral selections caused by various motivations of human beings rather than approaching from the perspective of problem solving methods. In order to accomplish this goal, fist of all, Lazzaro's People Fun model and motivation theory of SNS users will be analyzed. Secondly, relevant materials from 13 SNG cases will be collected. Games' events and the functional actions of users will be classified. Lastly, the primary actions of SNG users will be classified into 8 different types and motivations - action patterns will be analyzed based on the classified materials.

The Relations between Aggression and Peer Status among Elementary Students: Moderation Effects of Prosocial Behaviors and Social Competence (초등학생의 공격성과 사회적 선호도, 지각된 인기도의 관계: 친사회적 행동과 사회적 유능성의 조절효과)

  • In a group of 353 elementary students, the present study examined the moderation effects of prosocial behaviors and social competence in the relations between overt/relational aggression and peer status (social preference and perceived popularity). The results indicate that both overt aggression and relational aggression lowered social preference regardless of gender. Prosocial behaviors and social competence did not buffer the negative influence of aggression on social preference. Among boys, overt aggression was a significant predictor of increased perceived popularity. Although inconsistent, relational aggression also predicted boys' perceived popularity. However, among girls, relational aggression, not overt aggression, was associated with perceived popularity. The moderation effects of prosocial behaviors and social competence were significant only among boys. In other words, boys' aggression, although it lowers social preference, contributes to their social influence and dominance when it is effectively combined with positive characteristics. It is necessary to develop new intervention strategies which reflect the adaptive function of aggression within peer groups.

  • The purpose of this study is to segment visitors for beer franchise restaurants. Total of 308 questionnaires were distributed to the beer franchise restaurant customers of Kangnam area, Seoul. To accomplish the aim of this study, author took the following three steps. Firstly, literature review was done to find out selective attributes for restaurant and bar and market segmentation. secondly, Selective attributes of beer franchise were analyzed and five factors, -'additional service', 'side dish quality', 'service class', 'accessibility' and 'outlet image'- were extracted. Lastly, customers of beer franchise shop were divided into two groups by the selective attributes, -'simple visiting group' and 'active lover group'. Those variables-loyalty, intent to recommend and overall satisfaction- have significant influence on 'active lover group'. Other than that, other variables -demographic characteristics and customer's behavior characteristics- didn't play important role to distinct two groups. As a result, only basic information for setting up marketing strategy of each market was provided.
