Development of Core Competency Diagnostic Tool for Police and Security Majority in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4차 산업혁명시대 대비 경찰·경비분야 전공의 핵심역량 진단도구 개발)

  • 본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Effects of extracurricular programs based on Smart Learning for enhancing competency of university students. (대학생 핵심역량 증진을 위한 스마트러닝기반 비교과교육의 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to design smart learning based extracurricular program of the university and to analyze the effect of core competencies. This program was formed by 10 teams with S and K University in Seoul, and run a daily camp format to use smart devices and apps. As a result, the participating students, communication skill, self-directed and creativity increased significantly. In addition, the educational effects of this program was positive changes in the areas of 'communication', 'self-directed', 'cooperative learning', 'problem solving' in the focus group interview. And the students responded that the use of smart devices and apps help to immerse in the program and increase their interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest new models and implications for the extracurricular program. In the future, we hope to develop the various smart learning based extracurricular programs for enhancing the competencies.

Comparative Analysis of Chemistry Curriculum between Korea and New Zealand (한국과 뉴질랜드의 화학 교육과정 비교)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the chemistry curriculum between Korea and New Zealand. Both countries state that they want to cultivate their key competencies through the curriculum, and Korea' key competencies are similar to New Zealand'. Also, we find a strong correlation between key competencies of Korea science and achievement aims of the nature of science in New Zealand. Specially, the achievement standards that cultivate the key competencies are presented separately in New Zealand curriculum and NCEA, and confirms the achievement level through internal evaluation. By comparison, the curriculum content for chemistry is a good fit because of the overlap in the content. The Chemistry I is in the 7th level of New Zealand curriculum and the Chemistry II is in the 7th and 8th levels of New Zealand. However, there are some differences in hydrocarbon, ideal gas equation, colligative property and understanding of spectroscopic data.

A Comparative study on Perceived Importance and Frequency of Core Nursing Skills between General and Special wards (일반병동과 특수병동의 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요성인식과 수행 빈도 비교)

  • This study was performed to compare the perceived importance and performance frequency of the core nursing skills between general and special department. Subjects were 182 nurses who work on the hospital. Data was collected using items made by Korean accreditation board of nursing education and analyzed by frequency, mean and t-test. There were differences of importance and frequencies about nursing core skill between general and special wards. Core nursing skills of general wards were higher importance on intradermal injection(p=.011), transfusion(p=.028), simple catheterization(p=.047), cleansing enema(p=<.001), preoperative and postoperative care(p=.035), management administration(p=.027) and oxygenation with cannular(p=.002) than special wards. Actual performance frequency core nursing skills of general wards were higher similar on transfusion(p=.002), intermittent tube feeding(p=.032), simple catheterization(p=<.001), cleansing enema(p=<.001), preoperative care(p=.001), postoperative care(p=<.001), management administration(p=.001), protection equipment for quarantine room and waste disposal(p=.021), oxygenation with cannular(p=<.001) than special wards. It is needed to develop efficient and sequential program to learning the nursing core skills for nursing students.

Analysis of relationship between K-CESA and creativity confluence competency and coaching skill of undergraduate students (대학생 핵심역량(K-CESA)이 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향과 코칭역량의 매개효과)

  • This study analyzes the relationship between K-CESA of undergraduate students, and their coaching skill and creativity confluence competences. Totally, 344 students attending private colleges in G province were evaluated for their competence. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Sobel test, using the SPSS/PC 22.0 computer program. Our results indicate that K-CESA, coaching skill, and creative convergence fulfill the assumption of normality. Moreover, significant positive relationships were determined between K-CESA and creativity confluence, as well as between coaching skill and creativity confluence. Furthermore, K-CESA was an important factor that predicts the creativity confluence competency, and coaching skill had mediating effects on the relationship between K-CESA and creativity confluence competency. In conclusion, our results indicate that K-CESA and coaching skills are important factors that will help strengthen creativity confluence competences.

A Method for Precision Improvement Based on Core Query Clusters and Term Proximity (핵심질의 클러스터와 단어 근접도를 이용한 문서 검색 정확률 향상 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a method for precision improvement based on core clusters and term proximity. The method is composed by three steps. The initial retrieval documents are clustered based on query term combination, which occurred in the document. Core clusters are selected by using proximity between query terms. Then, the documents in core clusters are reranked based on context information of query. On TREC AP test collection, experimental results in precision at the top documents(P@100) show that the proposed method improved 11.2% over the language model.

  • 스텔스 기능성 섬유의 위장은 주간의 경우, 육안 및 망원경 관측에 의해 결정되며 주변자연환경 color matching과 패턴이 핵심 스텔스 요인으로 구성되고, 가시광선 영역 스텔스로 표현할 수 있으며, 군 위장 체계에 있어 기본이 되는 기술 분야로 모든 군 위장제품에 활용되는 필수적인 기술 분야이다. 따라서 가시영역의 위장은 다양한 색상의 위장포와 포의 펀칭 등에 의한 파형특성을 부여하고 주위환경과 특성 조화를 이룸으로써 대상을 위장한다. 주요인자는 색상별 색도, 색차이다. 야간 위장은 근적외선 관측 장비의 탐지에 의해 결정되며 주변자연환경 NIR 반사율과 위장제품의 NIR 반사율 저하/제어기술이 핵심 스텔스 요인으로 구성되고, 근적외선(NIR) 영역 스텔스로 표시할 수 있으며, NIR 스텔스는 대개의 경우 기본적으로 섬유제품이 NIR 영역에서 높은 반사율을 나타내므로 NIR 반사율 저하/제어기술이 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 근적외선 영역(600~1250nm)의 적외선 반사특성을 산림지역의 반사특성과 조화시켜 위장효과를 부여한다. 위장포에서는 적외선 흡수 색소를 사용하여 적절한 반사특성을 나타나게 해야 한다. 위장용섬유가 detector의 탐지에서 벗어나려면 현재 700~1250nm의 근적외선파장영역에서 주변환경과 유사한 반사율을 지녀야한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "숲 연구소" 및 서울대학교 "지반공학연구실"의 자문을 받아서 우리나라에서 가장 많이 존재하는 자연환경시료를 선정하여, 선정된 시료의 근적외선영역에서의 반사율을 분석하였다. 자연시료는 산간, 해안, 평야지형으로 각각 구분하여 주변 자연지형에 따른 자연시료의 근적외선영역의 반사율값을 비교하였다. 북한산에서 산간지형의 시료를 채취하였고, 해안지형의 시료는 강화도 동막해수욕장 부근, 평야지형의 시료는 인천 강화도 평야지역에서 채취하여 분석하였다. 비교분석한 지형별 자연시료의 근적외선 반사율값의 데이터베이스구축을 통하여 기존의 위장복과의 비교 적용 및 차후 개선사항 등을 검토하고자 한다.

A Technical Assessment of Software Product Line Methodologies (소프트웨어 제품 계열 방법론의 기술적 평가)

  • Product Line Engineering(PLE) is an effective software development technique which produces applications using core assets. Because of reusing the core assets, PLE can save cost for developing products in a domain but increase reusability. There are about ten PLE methodologies available, but there are not yet common agreements on PLE process and artifacts. This makes developers harder to choose a methodology and to apply it in practice. A comprehensive technical evaluation and comparison on existing PLE methodologies would be essential for practitioners. In this paper, we present a technical assessment of representative PLE methodologies; FAST, SEI SPL, PuLSE, Bosch's PL proceis, FOPLE, ESAPS, KobrA/PoLITe, Alexandria, COPA, QADA. They are compared in the criteria of process, artifacts, instructions, and special features. And we identify common or variable elements between methodologies and confirm elements to be improved in each PLE methodology. The assessment result would be well utilized in defining a practical methodology for PLE projects and in choosing an appropriate methodology among available ones.
