A Study on the Key Competency of Converged Contents : Focused on the ICT and Eco-system Viewpoints (융합형콘텐츠의 핵심요소 연구 : ICT·가치사슬 관점을 중심으로)

  • 향후 도래할 융합시대의 국가적 발전을 위하여 6T 첨단기술 간의 융합기술을 예측하고 지원하기 위한 거버넌스 체계의 구축이 필요하며, 전략 산업 발굴 및 R&D 지원을 위해서 새로이 발생할 융합기술의 분류체계 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 6T중 문화(Culture)와 기술이 상호적으로 융합하여 만들어지는 CT(Culture Technology)를 기준으로 연구를 진행하며, 구체적으로 CT를 통해 생성되는 융합형 콘텐츠의 분류체계의 핵심요소 도출에 관하여 연구를 진행한다. ICT 관점에서 융합형콘텐츠의 핵심요소로서 시장성, 응용성, 독창성, 핵심성을 도출하였으며, 생태계적 가치사슬 관점에서 창작성, 가공성, 창출성을 핵심요소로 도출하였다. 또한 융합형콘텐츠의 융합 단계를 창의 혁신 단계로 바라보았으며, 이러한 단계에 따라 ICT 및 생태계적 가치사슬 관점에서 가지는 핵심요소가 다름을 볼 수 있었다. 본 논문은 융합형콘텐츠의 발전 단계로 구분하여 다양한 관점에서 융합형콘텐츠의 발전방향을 바라보아야 하는 시사점을 제시하는데 의의를 가진다.

The Leadership Core-Value of the Muaesabang(無碍四方, Intercommunication) (무애사방(無碍四方)의 리더십 핵심가치)

  • In this paper, I found the leadership core-value of the Sunbai(선배) a man of refined taste. I studied twelve Sunbai considered as a man of refined taste in this research. I focused on the aspect showing common worth among their various abilities and cultural contributions, a point of view of classifying them into one form called Sunbai a man of refined taste. As the core value is the basis of supporting the individual identity, so the leadership core-value is the source and philosophical base of displaying the leadership. Our Sunbai combining character and knowledge show common structure in their personal growth and showing the leadership. It is that they embodied the stage of cultivating themselves(修身, Self), considering the relation with others(齊家, Relation), leading the organization(治國, Team), and making efforts for and having influence on the community(平天下, Community) throughout their own life. I examined how to display the leadership in the four fields on a case by case basis and then constructed the leadership model of the Sunbai a man of refined taste by synthesizing them. As a result, I considered their leadership core-value as the intercommunication and named it 'Leadership of Muaesabang(無碍四方)'. Also, I confirmed that it is still very valuable in these days of aiming at the open society and the harmony of the diverse civilization.

An Empirical Study on the Effects of the Competitiveness of Intermediate Products and Enterprise's Core Competency on Customer Value and Enterprise Performance in Korean and Chinese Enterprises (한·중 제조기업의 중간재경쟁력 및 핵심역량이 고객가치와 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of the competitiveness of intermediate goods and enterprise's core competency on customer value and enterprise performance. And it is surely meaningful to investigate the intermediate product competitiveness with the variable of interest to recent corporate values and corporate customers with business performance by exploring their relationships. This research focuses on the intermediate goods competitive dimension and the company's core competency, and then several models are proposed. The research model is based on the existing core competencies of the conceptual model, which consists of intermediate goods competitive, core competencies, product innovation, product reliability, customer value and corporate performance. The automobile company in China and Korea are focused in this paper; empirical analysis method is applied to examine the relationships in these areas. The concept of core competencies in the existing competitive enterprises in product and process is defined as the relative advantage. Eight hypotheses are introduced for statistical hypothesis testing. Employees and typical intermediate products in automotive companies in China and Korea are investigated.

A Study on the Evaluation Method of Defense Technology Valuation Using the Readability Level Assessment of Core National Defense Technology (국방 핵심기술의 성숙도(Readiness Level)평가를 활용한 국방기술가치평가 방안 연구)

  • This study is intended to understand defense technologies that require the convergence of various technologies and the integration of systems, and to propose valuation methods that reflect the characteristics of each field. The measure of technology level, integration (system integration technology) between technologies, preparation of manufacturing, and maturity scale of the weapons system to be valued are measured according to the items of measurement factors to verify system performance, and to present a framework for estimating the quantitative values of core technologies using system maturity. Considering the characteristics of each technology field, the research suggests a proper valuation method. In evaluating the value of defense technologies, A proposal is made to evaluate the value of defense technology by competent technical experts in each field, using SRL, which can be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria reflecting the technical characteristics of each field, and to evaluate the completion of the entire system in quantitative terms.

  • The police have a responsibility to ensure the safety such as the Public peace and order, life and property of the people. Therefore the police system is to be provided in the organization and functioning. And the policemen should live correctly in public or private living. The police shall perform the duties matching the expectations of the people. But in reality the poloce disappointed, so the people were often to be angry. In this paper, I want to derive the core values of the police as a way to get the confidence of the people by analyzing the code of ethics, the moral of the police institution and the great acts of policemen. Core values are the most important values as the basis for action a nd the most important foundation that make up the organizational culture. Core values of korean police are justice and the spirit of sacrifice, honor.

Determinants of User Perceived Value and Its Influence on the Usage of Smartphone-based Mobile Commerce : Focusing on Service Ubiquity and User Control (스마트폰 기반 모바일거래 이용의 지각된 이용자 가치와 이의 결정요인 : 서비스 편재성과 이용자 통제성을 중심으로)

  • This study attempts to identify user perceived value as a major predictor of the usage of smartphone-based mobile commerce(m-commerce). More specifically, the study conceptualizes user perceived value of smartphone-based m-commerce along three dimensions, such as temporal, functional, and economic values. Moreover, this study proposes service ubiquity and user control that are uniquely defining characteristics of smartphone-based m-commerce and examines how the two variables are associated with the creation of user perceived value. Using a total of 164 data collected on users of smartphone-based mcommerce, we conducted PLS analysis to test the proposed model and hypotheses. The key findings are as follows : First, it has been found that the usage of smartphone-based m-commerce is determined by the three values, such as temporal, functional, and economic values. Particularly, the results show that temporal value is the most influential variable in predicting m-commerce use. Second, the results demonstrate that service ubiquity has a significant positive effect on temporal value, whereas it has no effect on functional value. Finally, user control is positively associated with temporal and functional values. Overall, the results indicate that service ubiquity and user control considerably increase temporal value, thereby accelerating the use of smartphone-based m-commerce. Discussions and implications of the results are provided.

Analyzing the Economic Value and Planning Factors of Hubs within Urban Green Infrastructure - Focusing on the Case of Sejong Lake Park - (도시 그린인프라 핵심지역의 경제적 가치와 계획 요소 분석 - 세종호수공원 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • This study targets the urban park corresponding to the core areas (Hubs) of Green Infrastructure and estimates their value utilizing the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and determines the planning factors which affect them. The research aims to provide basic data for supporting the value improvement in the planning stage for urban parks representing green infrastructure. The primary purpose of this research is to derive variables that affect economic value and planning factors to improve the use-value of urban parks, one of the Hubs of the green infrastructure. In this study, Sejong Lake Park, located in Sejong City, is the target site. This study collected the responses of 105 people by conducting a survey on the intention to pay for the use-value and the planning factors that affect it, targeting visitors to Sejong Lake Park. The study conducts Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) on this survey responses. The results are as follows: first, as a result of analyzing the variables which affect willingness to pay for use-value, residence and age influence the willingness to pay significantly among socioeconomic characteristics. Next, the survey responses of Double-bounded dichotomous choices (DB-DC) CVM are converted into variables through statistic techniques. Furthermore, the variables are used for a Logit model to draw coefficients. The average willingness to pay per person for the use-value of Sejong Lake Park using the derived coefficients was approximately found to be 8,597 won. Therefore, as of 2019, Sejong Lake Park, with a total of 430,000 visitors, is estimated to have an annual economic value of 3.7 billion won. Third, the average Likert scale of the planning factor affecting the decision to pay for the economic value of Sejong Lake Park was the highest along the waterfront landscape, and the convenience facilities and waterfront landscape showed the highest willingness to pay, 10,000 won. In the range between 2,500 won and 5,000 won, the waterfront area ranks highest. Therefore, it can be said that visitors to Sejong Lake Park take account of the economic value of using the waterfront landscape the most. This study is meaningful as a thesis on use-value and the planning factors that affected value evaluation results of urban parks, and the analysis of the correlation between the planning factors of urban parks as hubs located in urban areas.
