해운물류 통계는 해운항만분야의 정책수립 및 진단, 연구 학술활동과 경영계획 수립 등에 활용되는 중요한 기초 자료이다. 국내 관련 기관들은 각자의 역할과 목적에 따라 다양한 통계들을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 이들을 조사 분석하고 해운물류 통계에 대한 수요조사를 통해 기존 해운물류통계들의 이용도와 만족도, 문제점 그리고 개선방향을 분석하였다. 수요조사와 종합적인 물류분석의 체계를 반영하여 향후 해운물류 통계 표준화에 필요한 개선안을 제시함으로써 이용 편의성을 제고시키고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to extract and evaluate the factors to improve the quality of shipping logistics platform suggested as an alternative to the stagnant shipping logistics industry. For this, we selected factors through previous research and expert interviews, and conducted surveys on carriers, forwarders, shippers, and platform operators with experience using shipping logistics platforms. As a method of analysis, quality evaluation of the shipping logistics platform was conducted using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study are as follows "Competitiveness of services provided", "Connectivity with other transportation mode", "Competitiveness of freight", "Transparency of freight", and "Stability of booking space". For the shipping logistics platform to be activated in the future, priority should be given to focusing on these factors. This study has academic significance for establishing configuration function of shipping logistics platform and deriving evaluation factor. Additionally it is an industrial significance for suggesting strategies to improve users' participation in the shipping logistics platform.

이 연구는 해운산업의 해운물류통합에 적용된 ICT기술들의 적용현황을 문헌연구를 통해 자료를 수집하고 정리하여 요약하여 conceptual model을 개발하고 전체적인 로드맵을 제시하였다.

일반적으로 국내 기업의 매출액 대비 물류비 비율은 미국, 일본 등 선진국에 비해 높기 때문에 여전히 물류관리 수준 향상을 위한 많은 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 그러나 우리나라는 물류관리 수준 향상을 위해서 가장 중요한 요소인 해운항만물류인력이 부족한 상황이며 수급현황을 살펴볼 때 더욱 부족해질 전망이다. 그래서 정부는 2005년부터 '해운항만물류전문인력 양성사업'을 시행하고 있는 상황이며, 인력양성의 주축인 대학 역시 관련 학과를 개설하며 해운항만물류인력의 부족 현상은 점차 완화될 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 상황에서 해운항만물류인력 양성의 구조적 측면을 살펴봄으로써 지금까지의 양성 현황에 대해 살펴보고 앞으로의 양성 방향에 관해 연구해 볼 필요성에 따라 본 연구를 진행하였다.

해운물류를 통해 컨테이너 화물 운송에 소요되는 기간은 목적지에 따라서는 3개월 이상의 시간이 소요된다. 또한, 육상운송, 항만적치, 해상운송 등의 다양한 경로를 거치며 이동하며, 이때 필요로 하는 기능 또한 다양화 된다. 따라서 임베디드 장치를 이용한 해운물류 모니터링에서는 상황에 따라 사용해야할 통신방법과 센서 등이 달라지게 되며, 따라서 일반적인 배터리로는 화물 도착시까지 상태 모니터링의 라이프 타임을 보장 받을 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 해운물류의 흐름에 따라 필요한 통신모드 및 센서만을 사용하고, 배터리 관리를 통해 동작을 제어하는 방법을 제안한다 따라서, 다양한 통신 모드와 센서를 효율적으로 제어하고, 배터리 상태를 모니터링하고 관리함으로써 해운물류에서 화물의 출발부터 도착까지 라이프타임을 유지하여 지속적인 모니터링 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

With the development of the 4th industrial revolution technology, smartization in various fields is accelerating. The shipping and logistics industry is also promoting smartization by combining advanced new technologies such as digital twin, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. In Korea, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is promoting a strategy to spread the smart shipping logistics system in line with the changing global shipping logistics trend, and through this, it is creating a foundation for smart shipping logistics. This study aims to present the concept of a communication tool that recognizes the importance of communication between each logistics entity and exchanges opinions between logistics entities in a virtual digital twin environment to cope with the changing shipping logistics process. In addition, for the development of these communication tools, this study derive a software design model, including architecture.

세계 물류시장은 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며, 글로벌 해운·물류기업은 M&A를 통해 시장지배력 및 글로벌 네트워크를 확장하고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 물류산업에서의 글로벌 선도기업 부재, 물류 네트워크 열악 등으로 인해 고품질 SCM 서비스 지원이 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 해운·물류기업의 해외진출 확대 및 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 M&A 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 M&A 성공 및 확대를 위한 M&A 효과분석 연구를 실시하고자 한다.

This paper examines Korea's top 30 authors, in the maritime transportation field to compare their world ranking. The analysis covers the affiliation of the authors and their articles published in 65 SSCI and SCI journals on maritime and transportation over a 16-year period (2000-2015). The following three indicators are used for ranking: number of papers; the weighted score that reflects the contribution of the authors; and the impact score, which considers the impact factor. The two most active two schools are Pusan National University and Inha University. Star players are deemed to have contributed greatly to boosting the ranking of their affiliated institution. The institutions that are located in a city that is a seaport show higher research outcomes. Because of the fall in the proportion of Korean papers in the total papers published globally on maritime transportation, the country's future rankings are likely to suffer.

우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

This paper analyzed tendency of research of articles published in the Journal of Shipping and Logistics from Vol. 51 to Volume 60. The results of the analysis are as the following: First, the subjects mainly researched in shipping and in logistics are port economics/management and logistics management/operation in the proportion of 35.0% and 13.7%, respectively. Second, university professors carry out research more actively than other research groups. Third, quantitative analyses are more often used than qualitative analyses for research method. Finally, Korean literatures and English literatures are used at the same rate for reference. In conclusion, for the development of the Journal of Shipping and Logistics, the subjects should be diversified, systematic collaboration between educational and industrial circles is required. and cooperation with foreign academies should be continued.
