This paper investigates how the agent specificity of economic infrastructure-related public company proceeds in overseas investments. At first this paper examines general features focused on investment region, project type, starting year, and then analyzes overseas investments based on specific cases with three classifications which are composed of special consulting type that do not accompany capital investment, FDI type, and type of overseas energy resources development that go with capital investment and business risk. Finally nationality issues that is generated by agent characteristics of infrastructure public company are interpreted in perspective of duality which is financial pressure and dependency of host county's position, and relationship with private capital of home country.

건협은 지난10월 27일'89년도 본회 해외연수자 중 과장급 이상 직원13명이 모여 간담회를 개최했다. 이 간담회는 해외연수에 참가해서 배우고 느낀 점을 함께 나눔으로써 협회 발전에 도움이 되도록 하기 위해서 개최되었으며,특히 그동안 중단 되다시피한 해외 교류사업을 보다 적극화 하고자 했다는 데에서 큰 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

The paper examines the determinants factor and business performance of global supply chain management. Precess innovation, information capability and partnership were used as proxy for the characteristics of determinants factor of global supply chain management. Agility of business performance was used as proxy for the business performance of global supply chain management. Overseas expansion were used as proxy for the intermediate factor. Based on the analysis of seventy two global supply chain management cases, the following results are found. Firstly, it was found that the process innovation, information capability and partnership of determinants factor affects agility of improved business performance. Secondly, process innovation, information capability and partnership of determinants factor improved more agility as overseas expansion. However, there are several limitations such as characteristics of process innovation, information capability and partnership, etc.

Recently, international plants construction markets are expending. Specially, oil/gas plants constructions in Middle-East are booming. However, international plants construction projects are high risky. So a risk assessments and managements methodology for international plants construction is needed. In this study, the risk assessment methodology for international plants construction is proposed on the basis of the literature review in the international construction risk assessment methods and the knowledge of experts explored by interview. In addition, case study in Middle East was applied for reviewing these risk assessments and managements methodology for international plants construction.

Many construction developers have tried to develop the international PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects but frequently failed to gain loan investor approval from loan investor. Many of these failures were caused by the risk attitude gaps among project stakeholder. This study aims to compare the risk attitude between the construction investor and loan investor. This study investigated how much differently 21 construction investors and 21 loan investor recognize the risk magnitude corresponding to the same three risk status of 27 risk factors. Construction investors show a more risk-seeking attitude than loan investor in 58 of 81 risk status. Loan investors show a more risk-averse attitude than construction investors in 9 risk factors. These results will contribute to developing the successful PPP project by reducing the risk perception gap between construction investors and loan investors.
