A Study on the Development of Software Supporting the Superstructural Design of Offshore Plant (해양플랜트 상부구조설계 지원 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 연구)

  • On an offshore plant topside, various types of offshore facilities for processing energy resources, such as oil and gas, and equipment and outfitting for connecting these facilities are installed in a limited space. An offshore plant superstructure is composed of numerous supporting rack structures and reinforcements for securing and supporting offshore installations and the related equipment. This paper describes the development of design support software to support this superstructure design efficiently. The developed design support software, which was based on AVEVA Marine's PML(Programmable Macro Language), supports the parametric method for superstructure design. A method of batch 3D modeling from 2D drawings for supporting rack structure produced in the basic and detailed design was also developed using AutoLisp. In addition, through the application example of superstructure module design, the design support software introduced in this paper can be expected to reduce the design time by more than 90% compared to the use of only basic functions of AVEVA PDMS.

  • There are two main software in COMS ground station at the normal mode operation - stationkeeping and wheel off-loading. In this paper, ground software validation test for wheel off-loading is summarized and described. The wheel off-loading was performed the design change from E3000 heritage and analyzed. The wheel off-loading of ground software has two part; one is wheel off-loading management for parameters change at the thruster set switching time and the other is wheel off-loading set-point being sent to satellite for the reference momentum.

  • DGPS Reference Station the national infrastructure generates the DGPS correction information for Differential GPS. Currently, South Korea operates the software based DGPS reference station using the next generation DGPS architecture in order that upgrade the hardware based DGPS reference station. However the software based DGPS reference station proposed by USCG has not changed just a form of its structure but intimate architecture. Accordingly, It can't strengthen the advantages of software based architecture. In this paper, I will propose a new software architecture design that is integrated with DGPS reference station and integrity monitor. This architecture is more simple than existing one so can use the maritime DGPS reference station which is required more simple structure.

A Study on the Development Policy of S/W Industry in Busan Metropolitan (부산지역 소프트웨어 산업의 발전방안)

  • Currently, Busan Metropolitan City is under the economic depression. To solve these problems, this study attempts to provide strategies for building local IT policies, especially for vitalizing software industry. Firstly, it analyzes the trends and basic status on the Busan software industry. Secondly, case studies by S/W policy initiators are conducted, and followed by empirical studies including in-depth interviews from government officials, researchers, and businessmen in Busan metropolitan city. Finally, it provides policy alternatives and strategies for building the local S/W development policies including the role and necessity of S/W industry in vitalizing the local economy, improving financial capacity of local governments, reorganizing of relationship among different levels of governments, and the possibility of integration of policy instruments and organizations.

  • 본 논문에서는 DGNSS의 현대화에 대비하고 국제적으로 논의되고 있는 소프트웨어 기반 RSIM 시스템의 기능구현을 위하여, 해양용 DGPS 기준국의 무결성 감시 기능을 설계한다. 무결성 감시국(IM)의 핵심 기능은 기준국 시스템 이상에 따른 알람정보의 생성과 피드백 메시지를 기준국(RS)으로 전송하는 것이다. 이러한 기능의 설계 및 실험적 차원의 성능검증을 위하여, 먼저 소프트웨어 RSIM의 아키텍처에 대해 살펴보고, 다음으로 RTCM SC-104 RSIM의 해양용 DGPS 기준국 무결성 감시를 위한 성능표준에 대하여 분석한다. 그리고 DGPS 기준국의 무결성 감시국 기능을 설계하고, 무결성 정보 생성 및 처리과정을 제시한다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능분석과 시스템 구현을 위한 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의한다.

  • 현재 한국에서 설치, 운영되고 있는 DGPS 기준국은 RTCM의 DGPS 기준국 관련 표준인 RSIM 버전 1.2를 기반으로 제작되어져 있다. RSIM 버전 1.2는 GPS의 보정정보를 생성하는 기준국을 위해 제정된 표준으로 현재의 다양한 GNSS들에 대한 보정정보를 서비스하는 것은 불가능하다. 이에 RTCM에서는 GPS외에 다양한 GNSS들을 지원할 수 있도록 새로운 기준국 표준 버전인 RSIM 버전 1.3을 제정하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서, 한국의 DGPS 기준국이 DGNSS 기준국으로 발전하여 각 GNSS의 보정정보를 서비스하기 위해 필수적인 신규 버전 기반 소프트웨어 RSIM 시스템을 개발하기 위해 본 논문에서는 RSIM 버전 1.3의 특징을 분석하고 소프트웨어 RSIM에서 구현되어야 하는 필수 기능들을 도출하였다.

  • This paper deals with the network interface of research and observation instruments in the oceanographic research vessel with an establishment of related database for measured information. The system is implemented to integrated communication network system which allows to effective survey by using real time observation and GUI(Graphic User Interface). The system also consists of the LAN systems and serial interface to link chemical, physical, biological and environmental relations. And, other network service and vessel data service for data communication between vessel and earth station such as INMARSAT-B, WWW service, BBS, E-Mail etc. are needed for integrated communication network system.

  • IMO는 e-navigation을 구현하기 위한 전략이행계획에 따라 e-navigation 소프트웨어 품질보증 가이드라인을 개발하였고 이는 IMO의 회람문서로 등재되었다. 이 가이드라인에서 e-navigation 설계 시 고려해야 하는 품질 특성으로 사이버보안에 대해 언급하고 있다. 2016년 6월 MSC 96차 회의에 미국과 BIMCO 등 주요 IMO회원국 및 기구에서 제출한 사이버보안 가이드라인을 주요 의제로 다룬다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 품질 관점에서 IMO 사이버보안 가이드라인과 e-navigation 소프트웨어 품질 가이드라인의 연계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Hardware dedicated off-the-shelf maritime differential GPS RSIM lacks the open architecture to meet all the minimum maritime user requirements and to include future GNSS improvements after recapitalization. This paper carries out a study to replace existing hardware dedicated differential GPS RSIM with software differential GPS RSIM in order to make up the weak point of hardware dedicated off-the-shelf maritime differential GPS RSIM. In this paper, the architecture of software RSIM is proposed for maritime DGPS recapitalization. And the feasibility analysis of the proposed software differential GPS RSIM is performed as the first phase to realize the proposed architecture. For the feasibility analysis, the prototype RF module and DSP module are implemented with properties as wide RF bandwidth, high sampling frequency, and high speed transmission interface. This paper shows that the proposed architecture has the possibility of real time operation of software RSIM functionality onto the PC-based platform through the analysis of computation time. Finally, this paper verifies that the L1/L2 dual frequency software differential RSIM designed according to the proposed method satisfies the performance specifications set out in RTCM paper 221-2006-SC104-STD.
