해상교통 환경 재현을 위한 항해사 인지행동 분석모델 연구

  • 해상교통과 같이 선박, 항해자, 관제센터, 해운선사, 기상시스템, 지리정보시스템 등의 높은 복잡도와 방대한 범위의 요구사항을 갖는 시스템의 M&S를 위해서는 인간을 포함한 체계가 필요하다. 디지털 환경에서 해상교통을 모의하기 위해서는 주요 요소인 인적요인에 대한 모델링 필요하며, 현실감 있는 해상교통 상황의 재현 및 예측을 위해 항해자의 인지과정, 행동양식, 항해전문성, 항해오류 등을 모델링하여 반영하는 것이 타당하다. 본 발표에서는 해상교통류 분석을 위한 지능형 선박 에이전트 개발을 위해 선박운항과 관련된 항해자의 인지 및 행동을 분석하고, 이를 통해 분석된 정보를 이용하여 항해자의 행동과 유사한 에이전트 기반의 인지 및 행동 모델 개발 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

Derivation of Candidate Sites for a Tidal Current-Pumped Storage Hybrid Power Plant Using GIS-based Site Selection Analysis (GIS기반 적지분석을 통한 조류-양수 융합발전시스템 설치후보지 도출 연구)

  • This study aimed to determine candidate areas for tidal current-pumped storage hybrid power plants using GIS-based site selection analysis. The study area is the southwestern sea surrounding Jindo Island in South Korea. Factors to be considered for the site selection analysis were derived considering the design and installation characteristics of the hybrid power plant. Numerical simulation to predict tidal speed was performed using the MOHID(Modelo HIDrodin?mico) and the results were converted into spatial data. Subsequently, a GIS-based overlay analysis method proposed in this study was applied to derive the installation candidate area. A total of 10 regions were identified as candidate sites. Among them, it was determined that the power generator could be installed in relatively wide sea areas in Jindo, Seongnamdo, and Hajodo.

  • 선박의 설계, 건조로부터 인도와 용선, 운항, 폐선에 이르기까지의 전 생명주기에 걸쳐, 선박에 탑재된 제반 항해, 통신, 엔진, 장비 및 기자재 등으로부터 데이터를 수집, 축적, 분류 및 분석, 가공하고 조선소, 선주, 용선회사나 국제기구 등이 필요한 형태로 제공하여 선대의 관리, 운항수지의 분석 및 개선, 경제선박의 설계 등에 활용할 수 있도록 선박운항 빅데이터를 구축할 필요성이 있다. 글로벌위치시스템, 선박과 해상에서의 통신시스템, 지리정보시스템 및 센서의 발달은 선박운항 빅데이터의 출현을 가능하게 하였다.

  • Electronic Navigational Charts(ENCs) are official nautical charts which are equivalent to paper charts with supplementary information. Although their main purpose is to be used for the safe navigation of ships, they also contain much information on coasts and seas which may be interesting to ordinary people. However, there is no easy way to access them because of their specialized data format, access method and visualization. This paper proposes m implementation of SVG for the access and services of ENCs. SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic) makes it possible to make use of Vector graphics for map services in basic internet browsing environment. Implementation of SVG for ENC applications by this research is free of special server side GIS mapping system and client side extra technology. The Implementation of SVG for ENC Applications can be summarized as follows: Firstly, SVG provides spatial information to possess searching engine to embody SVG map. Secondly SVG can provide high-quality vector map graphics and interactive facility without special Internet GIS system. It makes it possible to use services with very low cost. Thirdly, SVG information service targeting on maritime transportation can be used as template, so it can be used dynamically any other purpose such as traffic management and vessel monitoring. Many good characteristics of SVG in mapping at computer screen and reusability of SVG document provide new era of visualization of marine geographic information.

  • 최근 들어 U-City 구축 사업을 수행하고 있는 대다수의 지자체에서는 U-City건설지원법에서 규정하고 있는 U-도시기반시설의 서비스 모델을 정립하고 체계화 하기위해 노력하고 있다. 그 중 공간정보 수요가 높은 도로, 상 하수도 시설물은 국토해양부의 주관하에 90년말부터 현재까지 매칭펀드 사업을 통해 DB 및 시스템을 구축하도록 유도해 왔다. 그러나 정부차원의 이러한 사업이 지자체 지리정보 담당부서와 지하시설물 관리 담당 공무원들 중심으로 단순히 공간정보의 조회 및 편집차원에서 추진되고 있어 활용에 대한 한계가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 국토해양부에서 주관하고 있는 '지능형 도시 지하시설물 관리 기술 개발' R&D 사업을 통해 이러한 한계를 극복하고 기존 상 하수도 단위시스템에서 제공하는 조회 및 편집기능이외에도 USN 및 RFID를 적용하여 활용할 수 있는 지능화된 지하시설물 관리업무를 도출하고, 기존 상 하수도 단위시스템과의 연계 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Improvement of RIMGIS for an Efficient River Information Service (효율적인 하천정보 서비스를 위한 RIMGIS 개선방안 연구)

  • The RIMGIS(River Information Management GIS) has been developed since 2000 for public service and practical applications of related works after the standardization of national river data such as the river facility register report, river survey map, attached map, and etc. The RIMGIS has been improved in order to respond proactively to change in the information environment. Recently, Smart River-based river information services and related data have become so large as to be overwhelming, making necessary improvements in managing big data. In this study a plan was suggested both to respond to these changes in the information environment and to provide a future Smart River-based river information service by understanding the current state of RIMGIS, improving RIMGIS itself, redesigning the database, developing distribution, and integrating river information systems. Therefore, primary and foreign key, which can distinguish attribute information and entity linkages, were redefined to increase the usability of RIMGIS. Database construction of attribute information and entity relationship diagram have been newly redefined to redesign linkages among tables from the perspective of a river standard database. In addition, this study was undertaken to expand the current supplier-oriented operating system to a demand-oriented operating system by establishing an efficient management of river-related information and a utilization system capable of adapting to the changes of a river management paradigm.

  • 선박경제운항이란 파도와 바람과 같은 해양 기상정보 예측을 바탕으로 선박의 운항방법에 따른 연료 소모량과 운항시간을 예상해보고, 가장 경제적인 운항을 하는 것을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 실용화할 수 있는 범용의 경제운항시스템 개발에 중점을 두었다. 기존의 시스템들을 살펴보면 임의의 정해진 경로를 대상으로 실험하는 경우가 많은데, 이를 개선하여 임의의 출발점과 도착점이 주어지면 A*알고리즘을 통해서 지리상 최단경로를 찾아내도록 하여 시스템을 자동화하였으며 적용범위를 세계 전역으로 확대 하였다. 그리고 기존의 엔진출력을 고정하거나 속력을 일정하게 운항한다는 가정에서 벗어나서 엔진출력을 탐색하여 보다 효율적인 운항 솔루션을 찾아내도록 하였다. 그리고 사용측면에서는 운항사들에게 보다 효용성 높은 시스템이 되기 위해서, 일방적인 권고보다는 연료소모량과 운항시간 별로 다양한 솔루션들을 제공하여 운항사의 판단을 존중함과 동시에 운항보조시스템으로서의 역할에 충실할 수 있도록 하였다.

Development on Real Time Application System for Fisheries Oceanography Information (실시간 어장정보 생산 부이시스템 개발 및 활용연구)

  • To provide observed oceanography data at coastal fish and shellfish farm in the northeastern sea of the Korean peninsula on real time base, we developed real time application system for fisheries oceanography information. The system has been made up a mooring buoy system, a server for oceanography data collection, a server for archiving data and a database system, and a web server for providing fisheries oceanography information using internet. Futhermore, to support letters service on a cellular phone, we developed the communication system from mooring buoy to cell phone on real time base. The oceanography data derived from the system are water temperature speed and direction of current in surface layer middle layer and bottom layer in hour. We were able to quantify short term variation of ocean conditions within several days at shellfish farm such as a scallop sea farm using our system. To reduce damages of fish and shellfish farm from abnormal phenomena of ocean conditions such as a broken stratification of water, an occurrence of abnormal coastal cold water and warm water we will be able to move vertically and horizontally the sea farm facilities to proper conditions using real time oceanography information derive from the system.

A Study on Spatial Modeling Framework for Marine GIS (에이전트 기반의 해양공간정보시스템 모델링 연구)

  • With a rapid growing of information networks and development achievements in mobile technology the spatial information is one of the most important resources for modern daily life. But the speed of spatial information technology trends are far from the real service demands as compared to the other relevant fields, and it would be natural that this unbalanced gap between the supply and demand of spatial information technology is being resulted from the absence of appropriate modeling concepts at some extents. In this paper there would be shown a new approaching model for the spatial information system based on agent concepts, which is able to perform some spatial tasks if properly implemented afterward. And to give resonable background of the new modeling framework here also some known critics for the commonly used modeling approaches when they applied to spatial information modeling followed by several alternative requirements for a good spatial modeling framework. And also there would be some considerations for applying this approach to the marine geographic information communities.

  • Today, satellite remote sensing and geographic information systems plays an important role as a advanced science and technology, and becomes a superpower tool of the study and research in various fields of Earth Science. This study reviews the application of satellite remote sensing and geographic information systems for many specialists in the fields of the fishery and ocean science. In future, satellite remote sensing and geographic information systems will be greatly used to observed, monitor and predict various phenomena associated with the fisheries and oceans, in order to seek safety in a natural disaster, and menage and conserve the fisheries and resources and the oceanic environments.
