  • 본 논문은 일 라이트의 항균 방취 및 세균 흡착 능력을 공기조화기 및 공기청정기의 프리필터로 함침하여 사용함으로서 필터의 탈취 시험결과는 암모니아, 메틸멀캅탄, 트리메틸아민, 황화수소를 가지고 실험결과 거의 모든 가스를 흡착하였고 필터의 항균시험 결과 두가지의 균주를 사용하였는데 균주 1 - Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538과 균주 2 - Escherichia coli ATCC 25922는 균 감소율이 99.9% 이상을 보였다. 따라서 본 논문이 의도하였던 모든 특성을 만족한 결과가 도출되었다.

  • Pefloxacine(PFX)은 기존 quinolone계 항균제의 단점을 보완한 fluoroquinolone계열의 합성 항균제로서 그람양성균과 그람음성균에 대해서도 살균효과가 뛰어날 뿐 아니라 내성균 출현 가능성이 비교적 낮은 장점이 있는 항균제로 보고되고 있다. 이러한 약리학적 특성 때문에 우리 나라에서도 양식어류 세균성 질병 치료제로 최근 사용량이 증가하고 있으나 현재까지도 어류를 대상으로 한 체내잔류 PFX의 정량분석방범과 PFX의 흡수, 분포, 해설 등 실제 약제 사용방법 설정에 필수적인 임상동태에 관해서는 연구가 되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 양식어류에 대한 PFX의 효과적인 사용방법을 확립하기 위하여 고속액체크로마토그라피(HPLC)를 사용하여 실험조건의 특이성 등을 검토하여 어체내 잔류 PFX의 최적 분석조건을 설정하였다. 그리고 주요 양식어류를 대상으로 PFX를 경구 투여한 후 시간경과에 따라 혈액을 채취하여 혈종에서의 약물동태학적 Parameter를 조사하였다. A Preparation and Characteristics of Functional rchitecture Materials Made frm Non-metallic Minerals (비금속광물 분체의 기능성 건축소재화 특성)

  • Recently, application fields of non-metallic minerals by utilizing their structure properties are broadening. Especially, layered minerals have not only excellent shielding or covering ability but also absorbing and storing characteristics of chemical elements between a layers. We considered about the above mentioned characteristics and added functional substances onto their surfaces for the preparation of new environmentally friendly functional materials. In this study, natural graphite and sericite were mainly used to produce for the new environmentally friendly functional building materials. Graphite surfaces were modified with a surfactant (Alkyl Benzyle Demethyle Ammonium Chloride) for anti-bacillus and penicillium. Surface modification mechanism are that primary adsorption by differential zeta potential between graphite and ABDM and secondary adsorption by interaction between surfactant chains take place. Surfactant layers were fully formed and it was expected up to 99.7% up the efficiency of anti-bacillus and penicillium. Also the prepared functional samples have a effect to improve a various efficiency such as electromagnetic wave shield(up to 95%), deodorization(up to 80%), heat storage(5%) etc.

Adsorption and Biological Properties of Ni-treated PAN Based Activated Carbon Fiber (Ni가 처리된 PAN계 활성탄소섬유의 흡착특성과 생물학적 특성)

  • The study on the adsorption, the surface properties and the antibacterial effects of the Ni-treated PAN based activated carbon fibers was carried out. In the adsorption study on the Ni-treated PAN based ACFs, Type I isotherms for N1-N3 and Type II-Type III isotherms for N4-N6 were obtained, respectively. Futhermore, their adsorbed volumes slowly were decreased with the increase in the mole concentration of Ni on the treated PAN based ACFs. From the BET equation, the specific surface areas of the Ni-treated PAN based ACFs were in the range of $692.58-895.24m^2/g$. The micropore volumes obtained from ${\alpha}_s$-method using common-t value were $0.19-0.56cm^3/g$. The surfaces of PAN based ACFs partially blocked by metal after the treatment were observed from the SEM micrographs. Finally, from the antibacterial effects using Shake flask method against E. coli, the percentage of the effects was 92.5-100% and the antibacterial effect was increased with the increase in mole concentration of Ni treated.

  • 알코올 환원법(alcohol reducing process)은 화학적 환원제가 필요하지 않은 화학합성법으로 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올 등 C1-C4의 알코올류, 에틸렌 글라이콜, 디에틸렌 글라이콜, 프로필렌 글라이콜과 같은 글리콜류 등이 용매이자 환원제로써 사용된다. 전형적으로 금속 전구체를 상기의 알코올류나 글리콜류에 용해 또는 분산시킨 후 그 용액을 환류 조건하에서 가열하게 되면 금속 이온과 용매간의 산화, 환원반응에 의하여 금속이온이 금속원자로 환원되며, 환원된 금속 입자들은 핵 행성과 성장 과정을 거쳐서 입자를 형성하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 알코올환원법을 이용하여 나노크기의 은입자제조를 시도하였고, 이를 PET 칩과의 마스터배치 제조을 시도하였으며, 이의 항균성능을 연구 고찰하였다. 30 ~ 80 nm의 은파우더를 제조할 수 있었으며, 우수한 항균성능을 갖는 Ag/PET 마스터배치를 제조할 수 있었다. 이를 활용하여 나노은입자기반의 항균섬유을 제조하여 이를 활용한 기모경편성물 제조의 기초데이타로 활용이 가능하리라고 사료된다.

Antibacterial Properties of PU/$TiO_2$ Hybrid membrane Films after Photodepositing of Silver (은(Ag) 광증착에 의한 폴리우레탄/$TiO_2$ 하이브리드 멤브레인 필름의 항균특성)

  • 투습방수필름으로 많이 사용되고 있는 폴리우레탄(PU)에 광촉매 기능성을 가지고 있는 나노-$TiO_2$(Degussa P25)를 1~10wt% 복합시킨 후, 은(Ag)이온 수용액에서 자외선 조사에 의한 광증착시키는 과정을 거쳐 은이 도핑된 PU/$TiO_2$/Ag 하이브리드 멤브레인 필름을 제조하였다. (주)비에스지에서 제공받은 PU/DMF/MEK 용액에 $TiO_2$를 초음파로 균일하게 분산배합한 후, 필름캐스팅하여 만든 필름을 AgNO3 수용액에 침지시키고 254nm의 자외선을 30~120초 동안 조사하는 광증착법으로 은을 환원시켜 도핑시켰다. 은 도핑된 하이브리드 필름을 Shaking flask method에서 폐렴간균, 황색포도상구균에 대한 항균성을 측정하고, Clear zone method에서 대장균에 대한 항균성을 측정한 결과, $TiO_2$ 함량이 3wt% 이상이고 UV조사시간이 60초 이상인 경우 99.9% 이상의 항균성을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.

  • An antimicrobial peptide was purified from the roots of Phytolacca americana L. and was designated as PAMP-r. Purification was carried out by DEAE-cellulose anion exchange, sephadex G-75 gel filtration, Mono S cation exchange, and Resource RPC reverse phage chromatography. The molecular weight of PAMP-r was estimated to be about 4,900 Da by 15% SDS-PAGE under reducing condition. PAMP-r exhibited a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. PAMP-r was stable against heat and pH treatment; its activity was not diminished by the heat treatment up to $80^{\circ}C$ for 30 min, and it showed a pH stability in the range between pH 3.0 to pH 8.0.

  • This study was performed to screen antimicrobial activities of 198 extracts from 66 Korean mushrooms against 19 human pathogenic microorganisms using paper disc method. Mushrooms were extracted with petroleum ether 80% ethanol and distilled water in that order Among the extracts with antimicrobial activities, 1 water extract of Amanita virgineoides, 8 ethanolic extracts including Amanita and 1 petroleum ether extrac of Psathyrella hydrophila were highly active against fungi, respectively. In addition to, 24 extracts including Amanita pseudoporphyria, Amanita spissacea, 3 extaracts including Paxillus curtisii were highly active against Gram negative and positive bacteria, respectively.

Isolation and Characterization of Inhibition Helicobacter pylori from Culture Media of Fomitopsis pinicola (Fomitopsis pinicola 균사체배양액의 Helicobacter pylori에 대한 저해물질의 분리 및 특성)

  • The culture media from Fomitopsis pinicola were extracted by methanol and examined growth inhibition against Helicobacter pylori. The culture media from 8 days fermentation of F. pinicola showed maximum inhibition activity on H. pylori in 0.25 mg as MIC value. The highest activity against H. pylori by MHCS agar diffusion medium by Fp-P1 in 22.7 mm ID among 3 peaks from methanol fraction of 8 days culture media of Fomitopsis pinicola which purified by ion-exchange chromatography. The Fp-P1 from DEAE-Sephadex A-25 have been analysed by TLC as Fp-T1, Fp-T2 and Fp-T3 by ninhydrin staining. Fp-T3 (Rf value : 0.67) was higher activity against H. pylori in 14.4 mm ID. Fp-T3 was identified as single band by HPLC and TLC. It was assumed to aminosugar by BioLC analysis and TLC staining.

Antimicrobial Activity of UlGeum (Curcuma longa L.) Extract and Its Microbiological and Sensory Characteristic Effects in Processed Foods (울금 추출물의 항균효과 및 첨가식품의 미생물학적.관능적 특성)

  • In order to develop a natural food preservative, UlGeum (Curcuma longa L.) powder was extracted with ethanol, and its antimicrobial activity was investigated. This ethanol extract showed antimicrobial activity against Bacillussubtilis, Escherichiacoli, and Staphylococcus aureus, and the resulting inhibition zones against the microorganisms by the extract (4 mg/disc) were 11, 10, and 8.5 mm, respectively. To test for further food preservation effects, solutions of the extract were added to rice cakes and noodles at concentrations of 0%, 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, and 1.00%, respectively. Microbial growth was less in the UlGeum ethanol extract-added groups than in the control group. In sensory evaluations, there were significant differences among the groups of rice cakes and noodles in terms of color, taste, flavor, chewiness, and overall acceptability (p<0.05), and the 0.5% added groups received significantly higher scores than the other groups. Furthermore, as storage time increased, the sensory scores of the rice cakes and noodles significantly decreased in all groups (p<0.05). These results suggest that UlGeum is effective for increasing the shelf-life of rice cakes and noodles.
