  • CC ver.3 is widening evaluation range extent about Security product. As a result, The security product evaluation research need more definite standard that serves to evaluate composition style product. The paper propose a development guide for composition style TOE. This research is suitable in evaluation basis of CC ver.3, and presents Korean-made composition style product estimation plan. This paper used European ITSEM component guide and TOE analysis to present estimation guide method of composition style product.

  • 합성윤활유(synthetic lubricant)라 함은 현재까지도 계속되고 있는 광유(mineral oil) 전성시대의 광유에 대응되는 말로써 광유계 윤활유로 부터 얻기 어려운 높은 점도지수, 우수한 저온 유동성 등의 특성을 얻기 위해 유기합성방법에 의해 인위적으로 제조한 윤활유의 총칭이며 작용기의 종류, 합성방법, 등에 따라 다양하게 분류된다. 합성윤활유의 종류에는 합성방법에 따라 폴리머형(P형), 비폴리머형(N형)으로 대별되는데, 폴리머형 합성유에는 poly-butene, poly-$\alpha$-olefin, Polyalky lenglycol, Silicon oil, Chlorofluorocarbon, Perfiuoroalkylpolyether 등이 있으며, 비폴리머형 합성유에는 Alkylbenzene, Dibasicacidester, Polyolester, Silicate-ester Polyphenylether, Complex ester 등이 포함된다. 전자의 경우에는 중합반응 조건을 조절하므로써 여러점도 등급의 합성유들을 얻을 수 있는 반면 후자의 경우에는 분자량이 크지 않으므로 저점도의 것만 얻어지는 것이 특징이다.

Effects of Interactions between the Concrete Deck and Steel Girders on the Behavior of Simply Supported Skew Bridges (단순 사교의 거동에 미치는 콘크리트 상판과 주형간의 상호작용 효과)

  • Although composite construction has many mechanical advantages over noncomposite construction, the design of noncomposite construction for skew bridges with large skew angels has been often checked because composite construction caused large stresses in the bridge deck. But there is somewhat difficulty to apply noncomposite construction in the field because of the structural problem such as the slip at the interface between the concrete deck and steel girders. In this study, the validity of the application of the composite construction to skew angles with large skew angles is investigated by analyzing effects of two interactions such as composite and noncomposite actions between the concrete deck and steel girders on the behavior of skew bridges. A series of parametric studies for the total 27 simply supported skew bridges was conducted with respect to parameters such as girder spacing, skew angle, and deck aspect ratio. The improvement of the behavior of composite skew bridges was examined by using the concept of the stiffness adjustment of bearings which I suggested in previous research. Results of analyses show that a more desirable behavior of skew bridges can be obtained from composite construction instead of noncomposite construction and the method of the stiffness adjustment of bearings results in a more rational and economical design of composite skew bridges and substructures.

  • Although composite construction has more mechanical advantages compared to noncomposite construction, the design of noncomposite construction for skew bridges with large skew angels has been often checked because composite construction may cause large stresses in the bridge deck. In this study, the analytical model considered dynamic behaviors for noncomposite skew bridges was proposed. Using the proposed analytical model, the validity of the application of noncomposite construction to skew bridges was checked. Also, the effects of interactions between the concrete deck and steel girders such as composite construction, partial composite construction, and noncomposite construction on the dynamic characteristics and dynamic behaviors of simply supported skew bridges were investigated. A series of parametric studies for the total 27 skew bridges was conducted with respect to parameters such as girder spacing, skew angle, and deck aspect ratio. Although the slip at the interfaces between the concrete deck and steel girders results in the reduction of seismic total base shear in the transverse direction due to period elongation, it causes an undesirable behavior of skew bridges by the modification in mode shapes and distributions of stiffness. Shear connectors placed by minimum requirements for partial composite action have an effect on reducing the girder stresses and deck stresses; except case of some skew bridges, the magnitude of the girder stresses and deck stresses obtained from partial composite skew bridges is similar to or slightly more than those acquired from composite skew bridges.

  • Recently portable terminal is received attention by wireless networks and mass capacity ROM. In this result, TTS(Text to Speech) system is inserted to portable terminal. Nevertheless high quality synthesis is difficult in portable terminal, users need high quality synthesis. In this paper, we proposed Distributed TTS (DTTS) that was composed of server and terminal. The DTTS on corpus based speech synthesis can be high quality synthesis. Synthesis system in server that generate optimized speech concatenation information after database search and transmit terminal. Synthesis system in terminal make high quality speech synthesis as low computation using transmitted speech concatenation information from server. The proposed method that can be reducing complexity, smaller power consumption and efficient maintenance.

A Study on Flexural Behavior of Composite PHC pile with CT Structural Steel (PHC파일과 CT형강을 합성한 합성형 벽체파일의 휨거동에 대한 연구)

  • This study verifies the structural capacity of the composite PHC pile (Pretensioned spun high-strength concrete) consisting of a PHC pile and two CT structural steels. Four full-scale specimens are fabricated and the experimental tests were performed to investigate the flexural behaviors of the composite PHC piles. The composite PHC pile can enhance both the structural capacity and functional convenience, since the web of CT structural steel with holes in the web acts as a shear connector (referred to as the perfobond rib), which can connect concrete and steel. All specimens exhibited flexural failure and the ultimate strengths were larger than the anticipated design strength according to the design standard. Thus, the composite PHC pile can be applicable to wall structures with sufficient strength. In addition, it seems that the web of the CT structural steel with holes performs its role as shear connectors.

A Study on Deflection Characteristic of Composite Girder with Incomplete Interaction (불완전 합성형의 처짐특성에 관한 연구)

  • In order that the steel girder and the concrete slab act as a composite structure, the connectors must have adequate strength and stiffness. If there are no horizontal or vertical separations at the interface, the connectors are described as rigid, and complete interaction can be said to exist under these idealized circumstances. However, all connectors are flexible to some extent, and therefore incomplete interaction always exists. This paper presents a practical structural analysis of composite girders with incomplete interaction by three methods. One is the stiffness matrix method derived from the general solutions of differential equation, another is the finite element analysis that alternate method of solution treats the structure as a frame and defines the spring as an additional member, and the other is the finite element analysis using principle of virtual work. The deflection characteristic of composite girder is investigated using these three methods. Also, this paper propose a simplified procedure of estimating a degree of imperfection for a composite girder with incomplete interaction using the sectional properties of girder and spring constants of shear connectors.

An Experimental Study on the Bending Behaviour of Steel Grid Composite Deck (격자형 강합성 바닥판의 휨거동에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • To take advantage of reduced on-site construction periods and minimize traffic impacts various types of steel grid composite deck have been developed since 1930's. Modular prefabricated unfilled grid decks permit a long-distance transportation and construction under unfavorable condition, for example, in mountainous regions due to its comparatively light-weighter structure than fully filled grid deck. In this study bending tests of unfilled grid decks for the deck member of various kinds of infrastructure are carried out, bending strength and behaviour of composite action are experimentally evaluated. In this bending test, design variables are considered, such as type of shear connection between steel grid and concrete slab, spacing between cross bars and thickness of concrete slab. Through test results bending strength and behaviour of composite action are evaluated, reference data for proper type of shear connection and other details of the deck, such as spacing between cross bars, are obtained.

A Study on the Experiment of Represtressed Preflexional Composite Beams (RPF 합성보의 실험 연구)

  • The conventional preflex beams are designed by the method of paritial prestressing and allow the tensile stresses at the lower concrete of beams. As a consequence, most of preflex beams experience the tensile cracks under the service loads. This study was conducted to develop the most effective preflex beams, which do not allow tensile stress under the service load, by introducing additional prestressing called 'represtressing' at the lower concrete of beams. The objective of the study was accomplished by developing a computer analysis and design program and conducting experiments. Using the developed computer program, standard sections of the represtressed preflex beams were determined by computer modeling. In the experiment, two actual size of represtressed beams were tested under the imitated service loads. The results of test have shown that the performance of the represtressed preflex beams is generally excellent. A remarkable improvement was made in the design of preflex composite beams. Since the represtressed preflex beams(RPF) do not experience the tensile cracks under the service loads, the use of this beam for the bridge structures will lead to easy bridge maintenance and management. Furthermore, due to the low beam depth, high clearance and economical design can be realized in the bridge design using RPF.
