수리시설개보수사업을 통해 농업용저수지를 보강하는 방법은 여수로의 통수능력을 증대시키기 위해 물넘이 길이를 확장하는 방법과 예비방류가 가능하도록 부분게이트를 설치하여 홍수조절효과를 기대하는 일정량 방류방식을 혼합한 형태로 설계를 하고 있다. 이는 현실적으로 투자가 가능한 예산범위 안에서 최소한의 피해를 줄이기 위해 적절히 적용가능한 방법이다. 하지만 아직까지 게이트의 설치 위치나 형식에 관한 고찰이 없었으며 홍수배제능력검토 방법 또한 일관성 있게 이루어지고 있지 않다. 그리고 유지관리측면에서도 현재 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 비상게이트 설치에 따라 홍수기시 하류지역의 침수피해가 발생하며 유지관리비용도 과거에 비해 상당히 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 최근 국내 기상여건하에서 저수지제체 안전도를 높이기 위해서는 농업용저수지에도 여수로 게이트가 반드시 필요한 실정이다. 농업용저수지의 설계홍수량 증가에 따라 홍수량 배제시설의 규모도 커져야 하나 지형적인 여건상 물넘이의 확장이 불가능한 지역도 많으며 물넘이 시설의 확장으로 인해 저수지 하류지역의 피해에 따른 민원도 제기됨에 따라 농업용저수지 여수로 게이트의 합리적이고 표준화된 모델이 제시되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Korea's current Land Category Classification System(LCCS) can not accurately register of complex and diverse Status of land use in Cadastral Record. Therefore, in order to draw implications for the improvement of LCCS in Korea, Shin SW and four others published a paper titled 'A Study on Land Category System of Domestic and Foreign Country' in 2013. This paper compared the 'land category', 'land use' and 'land cover' of six countries on the same line, and Some non-factual content was described. So, presented a new perspective on this. Looking forward, I hope that reasonable alternative will be presented based on the understanding of LCCS of Germany, Japan and Taiwan. In the future research project, to study the history of LCCS in Germany and Taiwan and suggest to refer to improvement of LCCS of Korea.

인간은 누구나 고령자가 된다. 특히 과거와 달리 고령자로의 생활기간이 더욱 연장되는 것이 현실이다. 건강한 젊은 시절과 달리 신체 및 지각 능력이 퇴화된 고령자들의 생활은 불편함이 클 수 밖에 없다. 더불어 다양한 고령자 프로그램이나 사회적 배려에 대한 관심과 시장 또한 급속도로 증대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 고령자의 식품 섭취 편익을 위한 합리적 포장구조, 형태디자인을 탐구하는데 있었다. 연구방법은 간단편의 식품 포장구조, 형태를 국내외 사례를 실증적으로 조사, 분석, 효율적 방향을 제안하였다. 연구결과 건강한 노인생활을 위한 필수 요건의 식품 포장분야는 국내외 모두 미약한 실정이었다. 아직 고령자를 위한 식품개발을 별도 진행하는 기업이 적었고 포장물 또한 별도의 기능성을 제공하지는 않았다. 다만 일부 글로벌 기업의 상품들에서는 취급과 개봉, 사용하기 편리한 식품포장구조, 형태가 판매되고 있었다. 구체적으로 고령자들이 쉽게 개봉할 수 있는 뚜껑의 크기 및 요철의 확대, 금속재질의 오프너의 형태와 구조 디자인의 개선 등은 큰 효과가 있었다. 간단한 구조, 형태를 통해 소비자들의 포장욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 우수한 마케팅요인으로 작용될 수 있음을 예상할 수 있는 디자인들이다. 큰 투자와 시설 보완을 최소화시키고 편익성을 충분히 제공하는 식품 포장구조디자인은 결과적으로 고령자시장을 확대하며 독자적 브랜드 이미지구축에 큰 영향을 주게 될 것으로 전망되기에 적극적 연구가 절실하다. 고령자들이 좋은 식품을 쉽고 편리하게 섭취할 수 있는 식품패키지 구조디자인을 통해 시장 확대와 경쟁력 있는 국제적 브랜드가 되길 기대한다. 이번 논문은 한국브랜드디자인학회 제23호 논문집에서 발췌하였다.

It is the content and scope of this study to analyze the problems of the current wireless service and the classification system of the radio station, and to examine the case of radio control in Japan and to establish a reasonable and efficient radio wave management plan. The results of this study can be used as basic data for reorganizing the legislation on radio wave enforcement ordinance, radio services and radio station classification standards. It is expected that it will be possible to improve the compliance and efficiency of the radio station licensing and inspection service while enhancing the policy compliance in the practical work by providing detailed explanations on the definition and classification system of the new radio task / radio station in the future.

This paper presents an optimum deck and girder system design for minimizing the life-cycle cost(LCC) of steel box girder bridges. The problem of optimum LCC design of steel box girder bridges is formulated as that of minimization of the expected total LCC that consists of initial cost, maintenance cost and expected retrofit costs for strength, deflection and crack. To demonstrate the cost effectiveness of LCC design of steel box girder bridges, the LCC optimum design is compared with conventional design method for steel box girder bridges. From the numerical investigations, it may be positively stated that the optimum design of steel box girder bridges based on LCC will lead to mote rational, economical and safer design.

Recently, the constructions of widening bridges or new bridges are often undergoing as a part of road widening because traffic volumes are rapidly increasing caused by fast-growing population and urbanization. But in general, there is no rational decision process and specification to justify the validity of the bridge widening. Moreover, there are also numerous events including various uncertainties involved in widening bridges. In this paper, therefore, a decision making model is proposed for widening bridges using decision tree based on quantitative LCC analysis considering a variety of uncertainties for the rational and practical approach to a quantitative decision making for alternatives.

대부분의 국가들이 노선버스의 운영을 공공부문에서 담당하고 있으나 우리나라를 비롯한 일부에서만 민간이 운영하고 있어 시민들을 위한 공익성만을 추구 할 수는 없는 입장이며 노선의 선정 또한 사업자와 공공이 협의하여 시행할 수밖에 없다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 버스노선 개편, 공동배차제 등 개선방안을 많은 지자체에서 시행하였지만 시민${\cdot}$업체${\cdot}$공공부문에서의 합의 도출은 지난한 상황이며 실행력이 없는 계획이 되고 있음을 여러 사례에서 볼 수 있다. Internet등 통신기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 통신을 통한 의사표출이 자유롭고 용이해지면서 일반지자체의 경우에 전체 민원 중 교통부문이 차지하는 민원이 $50\%$를 상회하고 있으며, 교통민원 중 $45.3\%$가 노선버스의 정시성 확보 및 운전기사의 불친절, 무정차 통과 등에 관한 것으로써 시민들이 가장 알고싶어 하는 사항이 버스의 실시간 운행상황임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실시간 버스정보제공을 통해 노선버스 이용자들의 대기시간 감소 및 이용편의를 증진시키고, 이를 통해 승용차 이용자를 대중교통수단으로 유도하여 대중교통을 활성화시키는 버스정보시스템(BIS ; Bus Information System)을 정립하며, 충주시 교통여건을 감안한 버스정보시스템 도입전략을 수립하고, 도입에 따른 기대효과를 분석하여 합리적이고 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 지방자치단체 특히 충주시의 지능형 교통정보 시스템을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

홍수피해를 예방할 수 있는 대책에는 여러 가지 방법이 있으나 비구조물적인 방법 중에서 대표적인 것이 홍수예경보이다. 이에 합리적인 설계홍수량 산정을 위해 하천유역에서 강우-유출과정의 정확한 해석과 유출예측은 수자원의 효율적인 활용과 하천의 이수, 치수를 위한 수문학적 해석에 있어서 매우 중요하며, 이를 위해서는 강우로부터 정도 높은 유출량 예측이 요구된다. 뿐만 아니라 하천범람 등의 재해로부터 인명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 홍수예경보 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 홍수예경보 시스템의 효율적인 관리를 위해서는 실시간 홍수예측(Real-time Flood Prediction)기법의 개발이 필요하다. 홍수유출모형에 있어 공간적 변화특성과 평균 강우량의 공간분포를 반영할 수 있는 분포형 매개변수 모형(Distributed-Parameter Model)인 분포형 모델을 대상으로 앙상블 칼만필터(Ensemble Kalman Filter, EnKF) 이론을 적용하여 비선형시스템에서 오차를 포함한 반응을 실시간으로 처리하여 불확실성을 정량적으로 감소시켜 홍수유출을 예측하는데 그 목적이 있다. 하천유역특성을 이용한 홍수유출예측을 위하여 비선형시스템에서의 앙상블 칼만필터 기법을 적용한 분포형 모형을 이용하여 더욱 정밀한 홍수유출을 예측하게 되고 향후 홍수예경보모형으로서 적정 유역분할 규모를 결정해주는 근거를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The use of reinforced earth is not new. But available information on basic proper.ties like strength and deformation behavior of reinforced earth materials is not adequate. Therefore, tile purpose of this present investigation is first to research the frictional characteristics of the reinforcement and standard rand using a shear testing appratus. The second purpose of this articles are to report the results of comparison test on the strength and stress-strain behavior of a dry sand einforced with aluminium fcils and geotextiles under different confining pressures. Finally, the paper explores the possibility of geotextile reinforced earth masonry walls. It was observed that the stress-strain response of sand ai.e considerably improved by the introduction of geotextiles. The results of tests are used in developing the geotextile reinforced earth masonry walls. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful in providing the basic data for the rational design and construction methods of reinforced earth structures.
