The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the Emotional Expressiveness, Smartphone Addiction, and Self Concept of college students and investigate whether the Self Concept mediate the relationship between the Emotional Expressiveness and Smartphone Addiction. The subjects of this study are 175 college students of 3 colleges located in M-si, J-si and G-si and data collecte for 21 days from June 1 through June 21, 2017. As Emotional Expressiveness increase, Self Concept increase (${\beta}=.286$, p<.01); as their Self Concept increase, their Smartphone Addiction decrease (${\beta}=-.269$, p<.05); and their Self Concept full mediate the relationship between their Emotional Expressiveness and Smartphone Addiction(Z=3.447, p<.01). To alleviate the Smartphone Addiction college students, their Emotional Expressiveness and their Self Concept need to be improved.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of teaching based on analysis of a hierarchy of the concepts associated with astronomical observation as well as each learner's status of knowledge through analytical methods of the knowledge state. A test instrument was developed to measure high school students' concepts associated with astronomical observation before instruction. The learners' psychological hierarchy associated with astronomical observation that the participants possessed showed the order of 'motion of the earth${\rightarrow}$coordinate system${\rightarrow}$astronomical observation (mechanism of the telescope${\rightarrow}$installation of the telescope${\rightarrow}$observation through the telescope)', and so was the hierarchy of teaching (70.6%). The learners' knowledge state that is supposed to be similar each other in the ability of observing celestial bodies was different even through they scored the same on the concept test. There were cases with the knowledge state well-structured and not well-structured, which suggests that differentiated instruction with appropriate teaching-learning prescriptions be prepared. An analysis of the knowledge state can play the role of both preparing individualized learning prescriptions and formative evaluation. In the unit dealing with astronomical observation of Earth ScienceI, teaching according to the psychological hierarchy of learners rather than the order in which the textbook syllabi were presented scored significantly higher (p<0.05) on the level of concept achievements. This result suggests that the teacher can help students achieve more efficient in learning by analyzing the learner's knowledge state and reordering the syllabi of the textbook in teaching the concepts associated with astronomical observation.

Rapid process of industrialization and modernization in Korea has caused earning differentials between the rich and the poor, the feeling of alienation followed by excessive competitions among the members of community as well as the conflict between generations. Because of those factors, Koreans have come to undergo several mental problems such as anxiety, melancholy and suicide. However, scarce concern or effort has been given to solve those mental problems in the professional field of mental health. Social work service for mental health in Korea has been delivered on the basis of the Law of Mental Health, most of which are focused on treatment or care of mental patient himself or his family. Therefore ordinary people who have no mental disorder but have desire for mental health have no way to take service in the field of public mental health except for counselling programs given by some of the private social welfare institutions. In this context, the process of clarifying the concept of mental health is demanded before we develop the mental health program. As social welfare is the practical science that helps people seek after happiness and meaningful life, so clarifying the concept of mental health is needed not only for the field of mental health itself but also for every field of social welfare. In order to achieve this purpose, this study firstly arranged concepts of mental health in Korea using Q methodology. As the result, we found 21 dimensions including spiritual one and self-wellbeing one which newly identified in this study as well as 19 dimensions of Jahoda. We also found Koreans perceive concepts of mental health as independently as 5 types of Communalist, Rationalist, Individualist, Humanist, and Religionist. Secondly, on the basis of the result, we suggested that mental health programs in social welfare should be oriented to the positive concept of mental health. This study could furnish fundamental data that enable the concept of mental health to be spread to that of the growth for a better life not limiting on that of the prevention or the treatment of the mental disorder.

This paper aims to examine the meaning of 'Xuan(玄)' in the cosmogony, especially in the view of Yang-xiong(揚雄) and Ge-hong(葛洪). The concept 'Xuan' is thought to have originated in the XianQin text Laozi & Zhouyi. After the XianQin period, this concept has been defined as philosophical concept, and it has a variety of meanings. This paper discussed about the cause of creation, the differentiation process, and the existence principle, within the cosmogony of Yang-xiong & Ge-hong. First, the cause of creation in the Yang-xiong is efficient cause in the state of the elementary substance, but also is the principle that is applied to the phase of the creation. While the cause of creation in the Ge-hong is comprised of the cause of the creation and the existence principle. Thus, the meaning of the concept 'Xuan' in the both scholar is different from the matter monism. Second, the concept 'Xuan' in the both scholar contains the tendency of cosmogony and ontology. Yang-xiong maintains the cosmogony, but he also hold on the rudimentary view of ontology. While Ge-hong display a tendency of ontology. Third, Ge-hong accepted the view of Yang-xiong and he developed the meaning of the existence principle. And finally, the concept 'Xuan' in the both scholar forms a philosophical system. Yang-xiong insisted that the concept 'Xuan' is the basis of the universe, the human-being and the society. While through realizing the concept 'Xuan', Ge-hong tried to pursue the human-being's agelessness and the eternal life.

한국후지제록스가 국내에 디지털 인쇄를 처음으로 소개하기 시작한 1990년대만 해도 '디지털 인쇄'라는 개념 자체가 시장에 성립돼 있지 않았다. 하지만 이제는 그 누구도 디지털 인쇄의 필요성에 대해 의문을 갖지 않는다. 지난 수년간 웹, 모바일, SNS 등 미디어의 급속한 변화와 함께 소비자들의 행동 양식과 커뮤니케이션 수단이 바뀌었고, 그에 따라 인쇄 시장에 대한 요구 또한 달라졌다. 이러한 변화의 급물살과 함께 2014년에도 큰 성장이 예상되는 디지털 인쇄 시장에는 어떠한 변화들이 있을까?

디지털 컨버전스 개념이 속속 도입되고 있다. 휴대폰은 어느덧 디지털 카메라 기능과 MP3기능은 물론 DMB수신 기능을 갖춘 방송 수신기기의 역할 까지 맡고 있다. 또 최근에는 혈당 및 체지방 등 건강 관련 수치를 측정하고, TV리모콘 기능에 하드디스크 기능 까지 갖추고 있다. 콘텐츠 분야에 있어서도 마찬가지다. 이제 콘텐츠 분야에서는 유선 콘텐츠와 무선 콘텐츠의 경계가 없어지는 양상을 보인다. 유선에서 사용하는 인스턴트 메신저를 무선에서 바로 이용하고, 유선 인터넷 사용자와 함께 게임을 즐긴다. 이러면서 유무선의 경계는 점점 옅어져 간다. 이제 소비자들은 콘텐츠의 종류를 가리지 않고 그저 같은 콘텐츠로 느끼기 시작했다고도 할 수 있다.

study investigated the relationship between conceptual understanding and mapping errors induced in learning chemistry concept with two analogies presented in current science textbooks. Each of the two groups from 7th graders (N=260) in three middle schools studied with one of the analogies, and then a conception test and a mapping test were administered. Analyses of the results indicated that students conceptual understanding has a significant relationship with their understanding about the mapping. The scores of the conception test and the mapping test for the unshared attributes were lower than those for the shared attributes. Five types of mapping errors were also identified: overmapping, mismapping, failure to map, rash mapping, and artificial mapping. Many representative misconceptions were found to be associated with their mapping errors. Educational implications are discussed.

Stevin is known as the inventor of decimal fractions, even though many mathematicians had the concept of decimal fractions and used it before Stevin. Why? To respond to such a question, we studied about its significance which 'La Disme' had in the history of mathematics. These can be summarized as its notational aspect, the manner of developing the book, the conceptual revolution and the practical purpose. And the chapter and verse of are little known when compared to its reputation. So in this paper we considered its contents in detail and discussed some didactical implications in relation to teaching and learning of decimal fractions in elementary school : importance of place values, similarity of calculation to natural numbers, using common fractions to justify, emphasis on the applications of decimal fractions, relation to measuring units, necessity of teaching number sense, using notational aspects.

The purpose of this paper is that it analyzes the historical development of the concept of trigonometric functions and discuss some didactical implications. The results of the study are as follows. First, the concept of trigonometric functions is developed from line segments measuring ratios to numbers representing the ratios. Geometry, arithmetic, algebra and analysis has been integrated in this process. Secondly, as a result of developing from practical calculation to theoretical function, periodicity is formalized, but 'trigonometry' is overlooked. Third, it must be taught trigonometry relationally and structurally by the principle of similarity. Fourth, the conceptual generalization of trigonometric functions must be recognized as epistemological obstacle, and it should be improved to emphasize the integration revealed in history. The results of these studies provide some useful suggestions to teaching and learning of trigonometry.
