Reconstruction Effect of the Spectral Entropy for the Voice Activity Detection (음성 활동 구간 검출을 위한 스펙트랄 엔트로피의 재구성 효과)

  • Voice activity detection is important Problem in the speech recognition and communication. This paper introduces feature parameter which is reconstructed by the spectral entropy of information theory for the robust voice activity detection in the noise environment, analyzes and compares it with the energy method of voice activity detection and performance. In experiment, we confirmed that the spectral entropy is more feature parameter than the energy method for the robust voice activity detection in the various noise environment.

  • This paper describes a simulation model and a scaled hardware model to analyze the dynamic performance of Unified Power Flow Controller, which can flexibly adjust the active power flow through the ac transmission line. The design of control system for UPFC was developed using vector control method. The results of simulation and scaled hardware test show that the developed control system works accurately. Both models would be very effective for analyzing the dynamic performance of the Unified Power Flow Controller.

  • This paper presents the power system application of a PWM base UPFC through EMTP simulation. A PWM base UPFC model is constructed and detailed switching-level simulation is performed using EMTP. The dynamic responses of UPFC are analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the appropriate equivalent impedances of UPFC voltage-source model which represent similar dynamics with PWM based UPFC are determined by optimization routine. This paper also analyzes the influence of the power system strength on the dynamic responses of UPFC. Finally this paper shows that the performance of UPFC is improved by control parameter tuning when UPFC is installed to weak power system.

  • In general it has been considered to be the difficult problem that we divide continuous speech into short interval with having identical phoneme quality. In this paper we used Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) related to probability density to divide speech into phonemes, an initial, medial, and final sound. From them we peformed continuous speech recognition. Decision boundary of phonemes is determined by algorithm with maximum frequency in a short interval. Recognition process is performed by Continuous Hidden Markov Model(CHMM), and we compared it with another phoneme divided by eye-measurement. For the experiments result we confirmed that the method we presented is relatively superior in auto-segmentation in korean speech.

  • The thyristor controlled series compensator can vary the impedance continuously to levels below and up to the line's natural impedance, thus enabling transmission line capability to be increased and power flow to be controlled. The dynamic performance of TCSC to increase the power system damping is mainly analyzed in this paper. The TCSC controller used here is of the PID type and the input signal to the controller is the active power flow through the TCSC. The TCSC parameters are determined so as to minimize the modal performance measure for duping of power system oscillations.

  • FACTS concept is the control of power flow and increase of the loading on existing lines to the thermal limuts. This paper focuses on the ability of the thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC) to stabilize the disturbed power systems. The result shows the potential benefit of the TCSC in addition to the role of controlling the steady state power flow. In order to show the effectiveness of controlled series capacitor, power system dynamic model is augmented and the effect of the SC into the power system dynamics is included. As a control algorithm, Linear Optimal Control theory is applied.

  • 본문에서는 예측형 회귀신경망과 HMM의 하이브리드 네트워크인 회귀신경망 예측 HMM을 구성하였다. 회귀신경망 예측 HMM은 예측형 회귀신경망을 HMM의 각 상태마다 예측기로 정의하여 일정치인 평균벡터 대신에 과거의 특징벡터의 영향을 받아 동적으로 변화하는 신경망에 의한 예측치를 이용하므로 학습패턴 설정자체가 시변성을 반영하는 동적 네트워크의 특성을 가진다. 따라서 음성과 같은 시계열 패턴의 인식에 유리하다. 회귀신경망 예측 HMM은 예측형 회귀신경망의 구조에 따라 Elman망 예측 HMM과 Jordan망 예측 HMM으로 구분하였다. 실험에서는 회귀신경망 예측 HMM의 상태수를 4, 5, 6으로 증가시켜 각 상태 수별로 예측차수 및 중간층 유니트 수의 변화에 따른 인식성능을 조사하였다. 실험결과 평가용. 데이터에 대하여 Elman망예측 HMM은 상태수가 6이고, 예측차수가 3차, 중간층 유니트의 수가 15차원일 때, Jordan망 예측 HMM의 경우 상태수가 5이고, 예측차수가 3차, 중간층 유니트의 수가 10차원일 때 각각 99.5%로 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

  • 블록체인으로 물류부문에서의 플랫폼을 구죽하고 이를 통해 국내외 유관기관 사용자들을 연동하여 정보를 안전하게 공유하고 물류부문에서의 생산성을 도모하고자 하는 노력이 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 관세청의 통관물류 블록체인 플랫폼구축, 삼성 SDS의 젤로에서 딜리버로 이어지는 물류플랫폼 구축, 케이엘넷의 블록체인형 물류입줄항관리 이외에 다양한 프로젝트들이 있다. 해외에서는 머스크와 아이비엠의 블록체인형 글로벌 물류플랫폼인 TRADELENS 프로젝트, 전세계 항만네트워크사업자들의 모임인 IPCSA 에서 추진하는 블록체인형 전자선하증권등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 물류라는 것이 관련 기관들이 워낙 다양하고 이용되고 있는 서류들이 많아서 쉽게 블록체인으로 플랫폼이 구현되기는 어려울 수 있다. 물류부분의 플랫폼은 기술의 문제라기 보다는 업무 처리 및 이해당사자들의 문서호환 및 정보 공유 또는 보호의 문제이기 때문이다. 새로운 기술로 거론되고 있는 블록체인을 효과적으로 잘 이해하고 우리의 물류부문의 경쟁력을 제고시키는 위해서는 블록체인 플랫폼구축에 대해 보다 바른 방법으로의 접근과 시스템구현이 무엇보다 절실하다 이에 국내외 블록체인 플랫폼 구현현황을 살펴보고 이에 대한 문제점 및 대 응방안을 모색하며 미래의 바람직한 플랫폼 구현방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on Preparation and Characteristics of SPE-Composites for Water Electrolysis (물 전기분해용 SPE-composites의 제조 및 특성 고찰)

  • SPE-composites which was prepared with impregnation-reduction method for hydroen production were investigated with morphological and electrochemical analysis. As Pt reagent's concentration increased, Pt loadings increased. However, reductant's concentration had a little effect on Pt loadings. By the morphological analysis, it was found that Pt was deposited inside of SPE. Furthermore, with electrochemical analysis, we found that Pt loading, electricity, roughness factor and active surface area were $2.05mg/cm^2$, 14.20 mC, 21.55, $10.51cm^2/mg$ respectively at reducing agent concentration 0.05 mol/L. Therefore, we found the deposited Pt inside of SPE would give an effect on electrical characteristics of SPE-composites.

  • In this study, Poly-urethane acrylate (PUA) was synthesized by the reaction between Polycaprolactonetriol (PCLT) and Isophorone dissocyanate (IPDI) and hybridized with inorganic materials. Tetraethylortho silicate (TEOS) and nano clay (Closite 20A) were used as inorganic particles. For the hybridization of TEOS with PUA, sol-gel method is used, in which TEOS is made into spherical particle in the firsthand. In the case of Nano clay, hybridization is carried out through the dispersion as Nano clay has a layered structure. The solution of PUA hybrid was made into a film after UV curing and its thermo and electrical properties were measured. The experimental analysis and result demonstrate that the PUA hybrid shows an improved thermal properties and lower dielectric constant than that of the non-hybrid PUA. The trend of improved properties was different depending on structure of inorganic materials.
