For the effective responsiveness toward Management Evaluation System of Public Institutions and continuous development as a public corporation, internal performance management is essential. In this study, the effect of employees' perceptions on the effectiveness and acceptability of the internal performance evaluation system on organizational commitment was tested, and we attempted to find implications for efficient performance management. For this purpose, we obtained valid responses from 208 members of A corporation and the hypotheses were verified through multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, 'performance evaluation effectiveness' and 'performance evaluation acceptability' for internal performance evaluation had positive effects on 'organizational commitment'; however, the effect of 'differential performance compensation' on 'organizational commitment' was not significant. Also, among the control variables, 'age' and 'job group' were found to have a negative (-) effect on 'organizational commitment'. To derive more generalized conclusion, other researches using bigger samples are needed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze cyber security risk modeling of critical infrastructure, draw out limitations and improvement measures. This paper analyzed cyber security risk modeling of national critical infrastructure like as electricity sector, nuclear power plant, SCADA. This paper analyzed the 26 precedent research cases of risk modeling in electricity sector, nuclear power plant, SCADA. The latest Critical Infrastructure is digitalized and has a windows operating system. Critical Infrastructure should be operated at all times, it is not possible to patch a vulnerability even though find vulnerability. This paper suggest the advanced cyber security modeling characteristic during the life cycle of the critical infrastructure and can be prevented.

The purpose of this study is to find out quantitative vulnerability assessment about COTS(Commercial Off The Shelf) O/S based I&C System. This paper analyzed vulnerability's lifecycle and it's impact. this paper is to develop a quantitative assessment of overall cyber security risks and vulnerabilities I&C System by studying the vulnerability analysis and prediction method. The probabilistic vulnerability assessment method proposed in this study suggests a modeling method that enables setting priority of patches, threshold setting of vulnerable size, and attack path in a commercial OS-based measurement control system that is difficult to patch an immediate vulnerability.

Businesses recognize the importance of empathy among members for achieving organizational goals. Accordingly, they have developed and implemented communication programs aimed at enhancing mutual understanding between the MZ generation and the older generation. However, recent communication programs conducted by businesses differ in that they involve compulsory participation driven by the organization. This study sought to empirically examine their effectiveness. Data was collected from 697 participants in communication programs to validate the proposed research model, which was empirically tested through regression analysis. The results of the analysis confirmed the effectiveness of communication programs even in non-voluntary situations and highlighted intergenerational perception differences. The findings of this study emphasize the significant role of communication and empathy within organizations. Consequently, they have impacted the development of communication strategies and culture within organizations, and are expected to provide theoretical and practical insights valuable to researchers and practitioners interested in intergenerational perception differences from a knowledge management perspective.

본 논문은 유아기 아이들에게 올바른 위생관리 습관 확립과 화장실 내 안전사고 예방을 도와주는 "Kids Self Care Mirror" 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 주요 기능은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적외선/온습도 센서 등을 통해 실내 LED 및 환풍기 제어와 습도로 인한 미끄러움을 경고등과 경고음을 사용하여 방지한다. 둘째, 카메라 모듈을 사용하여 사용자를 인식하고 디스플레이를 통해 아이들을 위한 양치 교육 동영상을 재생시킬뿐만 아니라 치아 상태에 따른 치약을 추천한다. 또한 액체비누 디스펜서 버튼을 누르면 손 씻기 교육 동영상이 재생된다. 셋째, 액추에이터를 사용하여 사용자의 키에 맞게 거울의 높낮이를 자동으로 조절한다. IoT 기술과 OpenCV, 치아 관리 알고리즘을 활용한 "Kids Self Care Mirror" 시스템을 통해 아이들에게 발생할 수 있는 각종 질병과 사고를 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

PMU 정보를 이용하여 실시간으로 전압안정도를 감시하는 기술은 계속적으로 연구가 진행되고 있다. 전압안정도를 해석하는 수많은 방법 중에서 국내계통에 가장 잘 맞는 알고리즘을 찾는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 또한 PMU의 설치는 현재에는 한정적일 수 밖에 없으므로 최소의 PMU를 가장 적절한 위치에 설치하여 계통의 전압 안정도를 감시하는 것이 중요 하다. 본 논문에서는 소수의 PMU를 이용하여 실시간으로 전압안정도를 감시하는 기술을 제안하고자 한다. 계통데이터 중선로임피던스를 이용하여 최소한의 PMU로부터 전압안정도를 감시하도록 한다. 본 방법을 검증하기 위하여 한전 실계통을 사용하도록 한다.

The parameters of electromechanical modes offer considerable insight into the dynamic stability properties of a power system. This paper presents a results of a LFO(low-frequency oscillation) based on the time-synchronized signals measured by synchrophasor in the rolling blackout. Spectral analysis was performed, and critical parameters were estimated using the data acquired from synchrophasors installed in the KEPCO system. As significant modes, a 0.68 Hz oscillation mode that occurred prior to the forced load shedding in the rolling blackout was estimated. Such an oscillation mode can cause an uncontrollable blackout. Therefore, the system should be operated so that significant oscillation modes are not activated. This results can serve as a reference in the future for reliable system operation in the event of a similar blackout.

This paper describes a result for extraction of dynamic parameters from synchrophasor measurements collected on the KEPCO system. Dominant modes of the system are estimated by oscillation detecting program. The critical wide-area modes of KEPCO system have frequencies in the 0.68 Hz and 0.92Hz. This results can serve as a reference in the future for reliable system operation in KEPCO system.

PMU로부터 전압, 전류 Phasor 정보를 실시간으로 취득하게 되면서 실시간으로 전압안정도를 감시하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. PMU 정보만을 이용하여 전압안정도를 감시하는 기술은 기존의 SCADA/EMS 데이터를 전혀 사용하지 않고도 매우 빠른 속도로 계통의 전압안정성을 판별해 낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 광역전압안정도를 감시하는 기술을 응용하여, 수도권 정보만을 사용하여 실시간으로 전압 안정도를 감시하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 방법보다 적은 수의 PMU를 필요로 하며, 대신에 계통데이터 중 선로임피던스를 필요로 한다. 본 방법을 검증하기 위하여 한전 실계통을 사용하도록 한다.

최근 코로나 관련 온라인 강의가 늘어남에 따라 적은 도구를 이용한 온라인과 오프라인 강의의 장점은 부각, 단점은 보완한 새로운 LMS가 필요함. 웹캠과 마이크를 이용하여 수강자의 수강태도를 파악 후, 수강자의 수업태도를 향상시키는 시스템임.
