1. The acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea is focussed on bloody uterine discharge, leukorrhea and we must carefully diagnose the etiology & the machanism of disease. 2. The causes of hysterorrhea are dampness, impairment of seven emotion, irregular food intake, excessive intercourse and they are impotantly related to liver, spleen, kidney, the ren channel the chong channel 3. Using external medical treatment for Leucorrhea is washing and fumigation on vagina, to wash vagina, to insert vagina, cleansing theraphy and use with Suppository such as YONGYEOMGO(龍鹽膏), KAMISASANGJASAN(加味蛇床子散), SASANGSACHUNGSEJE(蛇床子洗劑). 4. The efficacy of medicines to use external medical treatment is as follow to helpcirculation of blood, to warm spleen and stomach, to warm blood, to warm uterus and remove cold, to remove heat and dry moisture, to down heat-product, to contract bloodvessel, to counteract poison and destory virus, to make enerey and blood.. 5. The diagnosis is grossly divided into the flowing downward of damp-heat, the weaknessof the qi of the spleen, dificiency of yuan of the kidney and according to the each diagnosis we should select adquate points representing the treatment of cooling(zhongji, yinlingquan, xingjian, etc), desiccation, heiping qi(qihai, zusanli, sanyinjiao, etc), tonificating yang (guanyuan, mingmen, shinshu, etc). 6. The moxibustion is the warming the lower jiao and eliminating the cold, the points are the mingmen point, the zhongji point, the guanyuan point, etc 7. Besides the acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea, we can make use of acusetor, ear acupuncture, endermosis, dong shi shen fa.

In the Literal Study on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment on the Bungru, the results were as follows. 1. The Bungru means an abnormal bleeding of femail genetalia. and is devided to Bungjung and Bungha. 2. The etiological factors of Bungru are heat of blood, asthenic coldness. asthenia of chong and ren channels. deficiency of blood, deficiency of vital energy, stagnated blood. and asthenia of spleen & stomach. 3. In the frequency of practical use in Acupuncture treatment, the order was Ren channel, Bladder meridian. Liver meridian, Spleen meridian and Kidney meridian. 4. In the frequency of practical use in Moxibustion treatment, the order was Extra Points, Ren channel, Bladder meridian, Spleen meridian, Liver meridian and Kidney meridian. 5. The most using points of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment on the Bungru were Samumgyo(Sp6), Taechung(Liv3), Hyoihae(Sp10), Umgok(B10), Kihae(CV6), Chung-guk(CV3), Kwanwon(CV4), Unbaek(Spl) and etc. 6. The charicteristics of the most used points were nourishing the spleen, regulating the middle warmer, cleaning the blood, promoting blood circulation, activating blood circulation, promoting the vital energy, regulating the obstruction of vital energy, nourishing the kidney and so on. 7. In the new Acupuncture therapy, Ear-acupuncture, Head-acupuncture, Foot-acupuncture and Skin-acupuncture were used.

After the $\ll$Decoction Materia Medica$\gg$, orintal dortors use Rehmanniae Radix's effect is removing heat from the blood and Rehmanniae Radix's effect is enriching the blood. 3. Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is kinds of durgs for enriching the blood, because Rehmanniae Radix Preparat's effect do nourishing yin and supplementing blood. Therefore, Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is uesd simple recipe or Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is used with another herbs that shows so good effect of hematogenous functions at laboratory work. 4. 1. The obesity is the aggregation of symptoms accompanied with the metabolic disorder and the increase of fatty layer accumulation by the enlargement or increase of fatty cells, which is the condition that has 20% overweight than the standard. 2. The final metabolic of fat depends on the defensive energy. The shape of fatty layer is changed by the point where is the defensive energy is replenish or not. So Goin, Bein and Yuckin is made a discriminated and there is different between Besudaeso and Herlgidaso. 3. In case of liver overacting spleen by seven emotions, we can use reinforcing the spleen and don't use depressing energy. 4. Damp, weakness of Qi(氣), weakness of spleen came from seven emotion, and social stress can occur obesity. Obesity is reason of C.V.A, dizziness, dementia, schizophrenia, etc. 5. The obesity which can occurs various adult diseases came from eating disorder and various stresses at the standpoint of western medical. This is cured by diet, kinesiatrics, operation, pharmacotherapy, etc.

According to the literature on the genital cold sign, results were as follows. 1. Genital cold sign is that patient feel cold the part outer reproductive system. 2. The primary cause of genital cold sign is the kidney yang vacuity, and the others are the spleen vacuity, fulling down damp-heat, vacuity consumption, frenetic movement of ministerial fire, dedilitation of kidney yin, insecurity of kidney yang, impairment spleen with vacuity consumption, 3. The primary treatment of genital cold sign is warming and recuperating kidney, and the others are enrich yin and norishing blood, supplement the vital energy and enrich blood, clearing away dampness, etc. 4. For the medical prescriptions are used PalMiHyan(八味丸), GeJiGaYongGolMoReoTang(桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯), GoJinTang(固眞湯), GaGamNaiGoHyan(加減內固丸), SipBoHyan(十補丸), YoSuYuTang(吳茱萸湯), ChungHonTang(淸魂湯), HuiChunSan(回春散), JoYangSan(助陽散), ChungHonTang(淸魂湯), YoncDamSaGanTane(龍膽瀉肝湯), SiHo-SoengSoepTang(柴胡勝濕湯).

The study was done to evaluate the aetiology, symptoms, and treatment with acupuncture about climacteric syndrome on literature. The results were obtained as follows. 1. The aetiologies of the climacteric syndrome are insufficiency of Chung-Im, outside evil, injury of the five emotions, Labor, exceeding of lust, blood heat, insufficiency of Yin(陰), gathering of phlegm. 2. The climacteric syndrome is to connected with conception vessel, the pulse of Spleen, and Liver. 3. The treatments of climacteric syndrome are nutrition of Kidney and Liver, that of Kidney heat, descending Yang(陽) of Liver, nutrition of blood of heart, having a comunication with Kidney and heart, nutrition of Spleen and Stomarch. 4. For treatment with acupuncture, they have been used the conception vessel, the pulse of Spleen, Bladder, and they use acupuncture points for nutrition of Yin(陰), paece of soul, nurition of blood of Spleen. 5. The acupuncture point in ear for treatment of climacteric syndrome are Pi-Jil-Ha(皮質下), Kyo-Gam(交感), Nae-Bun-Bi-Jeom(內分泌點). These acupuncture points are to connected with estrogen and Kidney functure.

From the reference research, the results obtained were as follows. 1. Until the "Song" dynasty, the predominant cause of facial nerve paralysis was the attack of Pathogenic Wind to "the Stomach Channel of Foot Yangming, (St.C.); and "the Small Intestine Channel of Hand Taiyang, (S.I.C.). They recognized the facial paralysis as an aspect of palsy. 2. In the period of Jin-Yuan(金元), the predominant cause was described as "Xuexu"(the deficiency of blood) and phlegm. They recognized that the facial palsy was a palsy. However, they also acceded to the possibility that there could be other explanations. 3. In the period of "Ming & Qing", there were numerous kinds of causes. For example, the following were identified as attacking the Meridian: the Pathogenic Cold; Pathogenic Heat; "Xinxu"(the deficiency in the heart); Fire and Heat combined as a pathogenic factor; "Pixu"(the deficiency in the spleen); and, "Xinxu"(the deficiency of blood). 4. In the past, Koreans have explained the facial paralysis according to the Chinese theories mentioned. However, recently there has been an emergence of another Chinese theory; whereby, facial paralysis is classified into causes and symptoms, and then medical treatment is applied accordingly. 5. From the occident medical perspective, the facial paralysis is categorized into two causes. The first is called central facial nerve paralysis and the second is called peripheral facial nerve paralysis. The latter is mainly caused by Bell's palsy, Herpez zoster oticus, and trauma.

We came to the conclusion after considering all the information from many kinds of book on herb medicine which is treatment method of "quickening blood and transforming stasis" for external wound. 1. Angelicae sinensis Radix and Angelicae Gigantis Radix are account for 16%(57times) of monarch drug and ministerial drug in all. It means that effect of "quickening blood and transforming stasis" of Angelicae sinensis Radix and Angelicae Gigantis Radix are more excellent than any other herb medicine. 2. In the case of the monarch drug, Angelicae sinensis Radix and Rhizoma Rhei are used at most, treatment method is divided into "expel stasis" and "quickening blood and transforming stasis". 3. In the case of the monarch drug, there are Dolomitum, Eupolyphaga, Dracinis Resina, Crinis Carbonisatus, Acronychiae Ligum, Pini Ramulus etc which have strong treatment effect and pecunliar sort. 4. In the case of the ministerial drug, there are Dracinis Resina, Brassica Rapa, Pyritunm, Liquidambaris Resina etc which are unusual sort. 5. In the order of frequency in use of monarch drug and ministerial drug in nature, it is hot, mean, cold drug. In the order of frequency in use of monarch drug and ministerial drug in flavors, it is sharp, pungent, sweat.

Through the thought of etiology and pathogenesis of convulsion disease in past document, we concluded as follow. 1. Convusion disease brings about some symptoms such as myotonia, neck stiffness, myospasm of four limbs, and in the ancient times it was called in Gye-Jong, Chu-Pung(抽風), Chi. 2. Etiologies of convulsion disease are external invasion of Pung-Han-Seub(風寒濕) and Ybul-Sa(熱邪), mistreatment, great loss of blood, deficiency of Gi-Hyul(氣血), stagnation of phlegm and blood. 3. There are four pathologic cases which arise convulsion disease. They are muscular denutrition from meridian stagnation by external invasion, muscular denutrition of heat injury, stagnation of phlegm and thrombus in meridian, muscular denutrition with deficiency of Gi-Hyul(氣血). 4. The treatment methods of convulsion disease are divided into three. If caused by external invasion, the methods are San-Han-Hae-Gi(散寒解肌), Hwa-Yung-Jo-Joong(和營調中). If caused by deficiency of Gi-Hyul(氣血), the method is Bo-Gi-Ik-Hyul(補氣益血). If caused by stagnation of phlegm and blood, the methods are Hwal-Hyul-So-Eo(活血消瘀), Do-Dam-Gun-Bi(導痰健脾).

1. According to causes of attack and symptoms, tinnitus is divided into two categories; deficiency and excess. Causes of excess syndrome of tinnitus were wind fire in the liver and gallbladder, phlegm fire, blood stagnation, and heat in meridian system and the causes of deficiency syndrome of tinnitus were qi deficiency or blood deficiency after an illness or delivery, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, and deficiency of sea of the marrow. 2. Tinnitus was related to the vicera and bowels, especially to liver, gallbladder and urinary bladder. 3. In regard of method of treatment, tonify kidney, nourish heart, clear the liver and discharge heat are used according to visera and bowel theory. Clear phlegm and downbear fire are used for phlegm fire. Tonify spleen and kidney is used for ancestral vessel deficiency. Dispel wind and dissipate fire can be used according to theory of five elements' motion and six kinds of natural factors. 4. The basal meridian of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were the channels of Shaoyang.. 5. Regarding neuropsychiatric aspect of tinnitus, sudden anger and depression of mind were the main mechanism of disease and liver fire was the main cause. The prescriptions for neuropsychiatric tinnitus were Dangguiyonghuehwan, and Yongdamsagantang.
