The following results were obtained. 1. The Urticaria is similar to the korean medical name of yeun-jin, yum-leu, pung-jin-geu(風疹槐), Pung-sa, Pung-so-yeunjin. 2. The most part of the causes that induce Urticaria are like that, the sup-yeul(濕熱) that caused by the sa-gi(邪氣)'s invasion, food and behavior's fault, is gathering in the gastrointestinal tract. 3. The symptomes are like that, the severe pruritic blisters are spread on the whole body, and the color of the blisters is red or white, and nausea, vomitting, abdominal pain, chest discomfort are induced with the Urticaria. 4. The Su-Chok yangmyong Kyong(手 足陽明經), Chok taeum Kyong(足太陰經) and Chok taeyang Kyong(足太陽經) are used for the acupuncture therapy of Urticaria. 5. The acupuncture points of the Kokchi(曲池), Hyolhae(血海), Chok-Samni(足三里), Samumgyo(三陰交), Hapkok(合谷) are used for the acupuncture therapy of Urticaria. 6. the Pye-area(肺區), Shinmun(神門), dammajin-area(蕁麻疹區), Shinsangsun(腎上腺), Chimbu(枕部) are used for the acupuncture therapy of Urticaria in the ear-acupuncture therapy of Urticaria.

The literatural study on the effect of acupuncture for tinnitus was studied from the viewpoint of acupuncture effect. The conclusions are as follows. 1. The ear manages kidney, it relates with the heart meridian of hand soeum, kidney meridian of foot soeum, lung meridian of hand taeeum, spleen meridian of foot taeeum, stomach meridian of foot yangmyeong, gallbladder meridian of foot soyang, triple energizer meridian of hand soyang, small intestine meridian of hand taeyang. 2. According to classification of meridian in acupuncture treatment of tinnitus triple energizer meridian of hand soyang 18.0%, gallbladder meridian of foot soyang 16.6%, bladder meridian of foot taeyang 16.6%, small intestine meridian of hand taeyang 9.7%, large intestine meridian of hand yangmyeong 8.3%, stomach meridian of foot yangmyeong 5.5%, spleen meridian of foot taeeum 4.1%, pericardium meridian of hand gworeum 4.1%, lung meridian of hand taeeum 2.8%, heart meridian of hand soeum 2.8%, kidney meridian of foot soeum 2.8%, liver meridian of foot gworeum 2.8%, conception channel 2.8%, governor channel 2.8% have been used much in turn. 3. In the general points GB2 24times, TE3 22times, TE17 22times, SI19 20times, TE21 20times, KI 3 19times, BL23 17times, LI4 15times have been used much in turn.

1. The external treatment of sprain and strain using the herb used adhesive(貼敷), using soaking in medicinal smoke to focuses and rinsing methods(熏洗), rubbing(擦擦) and hot compression(熱熨). 2. In the external treatment of sprain and strain using the herb, Adhesive(貼敷) is used most. Because Adhesive(貼敷) brings fast reactions, has less side effects, and can control the processing time. 3. The effects of herbs used in this external treatment are almost the same as oral herb-medicines such as, promoting blood flow to remove blood stasis(活血化瘀), relieving rheumatic conditions(祛風濕), and removing obstruction in meridians and collaterals(通經絡).

I have come to conclusion as follows about Bangpungtongsungsan after literatural study. 1. Bangpungtongsungsan is the medical treatment of heat, wind and dryness. 2. Bangpungtongsungsan is used in head-wind, dizziness, both eye disease, tinnitus, both ear deafness, nasal polyp, uriticaria, sajuabi, beard and hair falling, apoplexy, paralysis of hands and feet, dull mentality, tetanus, epidemic disease characterized by swelling and redness of face, carbuncle, daepungchang, pustule, syphilis, tinea capitis and so on. 3. Bangpungtongsungsan is used in the disease of cerebral hemorrhage, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, constipation, rosacea, hemorrhoids, cutaneous disease, empyema, eye disease, diabetes, asthma, obesity, beriberi, erysipelas, baldhead, fatty heart, chronic nephritis and so on. 4. Bangpungtongsungsan fits in Taeumin who has much wetness-heat and those who have much heat or have much heat but don't give off well. And it doesn't fit in the disease of intolerance to cold and fever in the form of weakness headache, asthenia of the spleen and stomach, cold by internal disorder and so on.

I have come to next conclusions in consequence of documentary study about medical books of many generations regarding Medical treatment with Acupuncture Point of Flank pain. The urinary bladder channel of foot-taiyang is most used. Next there are the ren channel, the gall baldder channel of foot-shaoyang, the liver channel of foot-jueyin, the triple-warmer channel of hand-shaoyang, the kidney channel of foot-shaoyin, the stomach channel of foot-yangming, the spleen channel of foot-taiyin, the pericardium channel of hand-jueyin, the lung channel of hand-taiyin, the small intestine channel of hand-taiyang, the large intestine channel of hand-yangming, the heart channel of hand-shaoyin in the order of frequency in used channel among the twelve channels. The liver channel of foot-jueyin is most used. The gall baldder channel of foot-shaoyang, the urinary bladder channel of foot-taiyang, the triple-warmer channel of hand-shaoyang, the spleen channel of foot-taiyin, the stomach channel of foot-yangming, the ren channel, the small intestine channel of hand-taiyang, the kidney channel of foot-shaoyin, the pericardium channel of hand-jueyin, the large intestine channel of hand-yangming, the lung channel of hand-taiyin, the heart channel of hand-shaoyin in the order of frequency in used point among the twelve channels.

In the literatual study on the hiccup, the results were as follows; 1. Hiccup is usually named as Hae yek, Hyel yek, Yel yek. 2. The cause of hiccup are stomach cold, rising of stomach fire, stagnation of vital energy and stagnation of phlegm, yang deficiency of spleen and kideny, deficiency of stomach-yin, or mental disorder due to the stagnation of phlegm, dyspepsia, depressed vital energy. 3. The treatment of hiccup are dispel cold by warming the middle warmer due to stomach cold, expel the heat-evil to loose hollow-organ due to rising up of stomach yin, regulate vital energy and dissipate phlegm due to stagnation of vital energy and stagnation of phlegm, warm and recuperate both of spleen and kidney due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency, nourish the stomach to promote the production of body fluid due to deficiency of stomach yin. 4. The prescription of hiccup are frequently used Gamchogungangtang Gangwhalbujatang Leejungtang Guelpigungang-tang due to stomach cold, Sosihotang Daesihotang Sojaganggitang due to rising up of stomach fire, Sunbokdaejasuktang due to stagnation of vital energy an dstagnation of phlegm, Bojungikgitang Goakhwanganwyisan Samsoeum due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency, Jaeumganghawtang Daebohoan due to deficiency of stomach yin, Hwanglyenjuklyetang Leejintang Guelpitang due to the stagnation of phlegm, Daewhajungeum due to dyspepsia, Mokhwangjogisan due to depressed vital energy.

1. The acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea is focussed on bloody uterine discharge, leukorrhea and we must carefully diagnose the etiology & the machanism of disease. 2. The causes of hysterorrhea are dampness, impairment of seven emotion, irregular food intake, excessive intercourse and they are impotantly related to liver, spleen, kidney, the ren channel the chong channel 3. Using external medical treatment for Leucorrhea is washing and fumigation on vagina, to wash vagina, to insert vagina, cleansing theraphy and use with Suppository such as YONGYEOMGO(龍鹽膏), KAMISASANGJASAN(加味蛇床子散), SASANGSACHUNGSEJE(蛇床子洗劑). 4. The efficacy of medicines to use external medical treatment is as follow to helpcirculation of blood, to warm spleen and stomach, to warm blood, to warm uterus and remove cold, to remove heat and dry moisture, to down heat-product, to contract bloodvessel, to counteract poison and destory virus, to make enerey and blood.. 5. The diagnosis is grossly divided into the flowing downward of damp-heat, the weaknessof the qi of the spleen, dificiency of yuan of the kidney and according to the each diagnosis we should select adquate points representing the treatment of cooling(zhongji, yinlingquan, xingjian, etc), desiccation, heiping qi(qihai, zusanli, sanyinjiao, etc), tonificating yang (guanyuan, mingmen, shinshu, etc). 6. The moxibustion is the warming the lower jiao and eliminating the cold, the points are the mingmen point, the zhongji point, the guanyuan point, etc 7. Besides the acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea, we can make use of acusetor, ear acupuncture, endermosis, dong shi shen fa.

In the Literal Study on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment on the Bungru, the results were as follows. 1. The Bungru means an abnormal bleeding of femail genetalia. and is devided to Bungjung and Bungha. 2. The etiological factors of Bungru are heat of blood, asthenic coldness. asthenia of chong and ren channels. deficiency of blood, deficiency of vital energy, stagnated blood. and asthenia of spleen & stomach. 3. In the frequency of practical use in Acupuncture treatment, the order was Ren channel, Bladder meridian. Liver meridian, Spleen meridian and Kidney meridian. 4. In the frequency of practical use in Moxibustion treatment, the order was Extra Points, Ren channel, Bladder meridian, Spleen meridian, Liver meridian and Kidney meridian. 5. The most using points of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment on the Bungru were Samumgyo(Sp6), Taechung(Liv3), Hyoihae(Sp10), Umgok(B10), Kihae(CV6), Chung-guk(CV3), Kwanwon(CV4), Unbaek(Spl) and etc. 6. The charicteristics of the most used points were nourishing the spleen, regulating the middle warmer, cleaning the blood, promoting blood circulation, activating blood circulation, promoting the vital energy, regulating the obstruction of vital energy, nourishing the kidney and so on. 7. In the new Acupuncture therapy, Ear-acupuncture, Head-acupuncture, Foot-acupuncture and Skin-acupuncture were used.

After the $\ll$Decoction Materia Medica$\gg$, orintal dortors use Rehmanniae Radix's effect is removing heat from the blood and Rehmanniae Radix's effect is enriching the blood. 3. Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is kinds of durgs for enriching the blood, because Rehmanniae Radix Preparat's effect do nourishing yin and supplementing blood. Therefore, Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is uesd simple recipe or Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is used with another herbs that shows so good effect of hematogenous functions at laboratory work. 4. 1. The obesity is the aggregation of symptoms accompanied with the metabolic disorder and the increase of fatty layer accumulation by the enlargement or increase of fatty cells, which is the condition that has 20% overweight than the standard. 2. The final metabolic of fat depends on the defensive energy. The shape of fatty layer is changed by the point where is the defensive energy is replenish or not. So Goin, Bein and Yuckin is made a discriminated and there is different between Besudaeso and Herlgidaso. 3. In case of liver overacting spleen by seven emotions, we can use reinforcing the spleen and don't use depressing energy. 4. Damp, weakness of Qi(氣), weakness of spleen came from seven emotion, and social stress can occur obesity. Obesity is reason of C.V.A, dizziness, dementia, schizophrenia, etc. 5. The obesity which can occurs various adult diseases came from eating disorder and various stresses at the standpoint of western medical. This is cured by diet, kinesiatrics, operation, pharmacotherapy, etc.
