I explained about the process of enactment revision, background and main prints of Library Law enacted on October 28, 1963 and the subsequent revised or enacted laws, dealt with the important contents of the laws and suggested the problems md improvements of the early laws and the late laws by compraing, analyzing and examining.

This study intends to develop a model of nation-wide library cooperative system for Korea. It analyzes and investigates the definitions, types and models of library cooperation; and current status and problems in operations of major cooperative systems in Korea and other nations. There are some cooperative systems such as cooperative system for public libraries operated by the National Library of Korea and other systems based on their regions or library types in Korea. New model of nationwide cooperative system can improve library functions through many cooperative plans.

한국도서관협회(회장 이두영)는 9월 24일부터 3일간 경주교육문화회관에서 '전국도서관대회'를 개최했다. 신일희 총장(계명대)은 기조연설을 통해 시대적 사명에 복무했던 도서관의 영광을 재현할 것을 촉구했다. 그는 "도서관이 지식과 정보를 보급하는 것은 인류발전을 위해 수임받은 숭고한 사명"이라며 도서관 대중화를 위한 관계자들의 적극적인 노력을 요망했다. 특별강연과 주제발표, 세미나 등 모두 26편의 강연이 이뤄진 가운데 김포옥 교수가 주제발표한 (공공도서관장의 전문의식과 교육방향)은 앙케트를 바탕으로 도서관의 실질적인 운영자인 도서관장의 '전문가 의식'을 분석해 눈길을 끌었다. 김포옥 교수는 전국 도서관장 329명 중에 설문에 응한 188명의 응답을 바탕으로 근무경위.근무연수.사서교육이수 여부 등을 분석했다. 주목되는 대목은 도서관장의 34%가 사서자격증조차 없는 비전문가라는 점, 도서관장을 전문직으로 평가한 사람이 115명(61.2%)에 불과한 점 등이다. '도서관 일을 특별히 지망하지 않았다.'는 관장이 44%나 되어 애초부터 '전문가 의식'을 기대하는 것이 무리하는 추론도 도출했다. 김교수는 "도서관장의 전문가 의식을 키우기 위해 지속적인 교육과 직업만족도를 높이는 방안을 모색해야 할 것"이라고 주장했다. 제1주제 '도서관 정책' 방향을 모색하는 자리에서 한성택 교수(숭의여대) 등 3인은 21세기에 맞는 우리나라 도서관 정책의 기본 방향을 제고하고 도서관의 유기적 역할을 모색했다. 제2주제 '봉사'에 대해 채윤정 사서(정독도서관) 등 4인은 도서관의 서비스 실태와 향후 방향성을 논했으며, 제3주제 '운영'은 김포옥 교수(전북대) 등 4인이 도서관 운영의 현주소를 각각의 입장에서 조명했다. 마지막 주제는 '학교도서관' 활성화로, 김종성사서(부산대) 등 2인이 도서관과 학교 교육의 연계성, 학교도서관의 발전 전략 방안을 모색했다. 주제발표 논문 가운데 3편을 욕약해 싣는다.

Sun power generation systems which use large capacity centralized inverters have loss of power generation due to cloud and building shadows, pollution, cell deterioration, etc. To minimize loss of power generation, decentralized solar power systems using multiple micro-inverters are being proposed as an alternative. A distributed solar power system consisting of a system-connected system uses power line communication to collect data from the micro-inverters. Power line communication has the advantage of using power lines without separate lines for data transmission, but in distributed solar power generation systems that use a large number of micro-inverters, the bit error rate is less reliable due to the phenomenon caused by limited transmission power, high load interference and noise, variable signal attenuation, and impedance characteristics. So we proposed wireless intelligent controller for micro-inverter that is used to build distributed solar power systems. and we design and implement that. Further, the proposed wireless intelligent controller for micro-inverter was used to establish a small-volume solar power plant to check its function and operation.

When one link failure happens in BSHR/2 networks, it is possible to restore all traffics by following the ITU-T G.841 rules. However, when a node that is currently executing a ring switch receives a long-path ring bridge request for an higher priority, it shall drop its bridge and switch immediately, then enter full pass-through. Even through link connection between two nodes exists, it is impossible to restore the service. In this paper, when multi-link failures happen, the services through connected link can be restored by exchanging messages through DCC(Data Communication Channel). Partially reconstructing the ring map that is unable to restore services because of multi-link failures made it possible to restore these kinds of traffic pattenrs. This paper shows that the services through connected link can be restored by using proposed method.

Through the use of Internet, we can now exchange large amount of information in quick seconds, and provide learners abundant amount of information at the same time. However, the amount of information is so large and limitless that learners cannot learn and process everyone of them. This study focuses on the Customizing learning system for personalized needs, which aims to reduce the amount of "unnecessary" information, to collect educational information of learners' needs, and also to provide useful information individually to each learners. Customizing system is designed to recognize learners' needs individually, and to analyze and collect any information based on the learning assessment. Through this system, being given only the necessary information, learners can increase their efficiency in studying and reach their study goal at the same time.

Nearly a quarter of cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma present with extranodal, but rarely involve the soft tissue. The authors experienced one case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma presenting as voluminous subcutaneous tissue tumors in the left axilla and arm.

The purpose of this study is to derive the necessary factors by conducting a questionnaire survey for SMEs with experience in participating in the online export support business in order to derive the factors that activate SMEs' online marketing. As a result, it was found that the Corporate trade capacity had a positive influence on online marketing utilization, and that the Corporate internal capacity did not have a significant influence on online marketing utilization. Since the consultants' role for export marketing obviously appears to exercise more significant positive effect on online marketing utilization, we can suggest the followings to activate online exports of SMEs. First, more effective efforts are needed to expand the trading capacity to utilize online marketing, and secondly, the export marketing capacity of SMEs needs to be strengthened steadily. In particular, strengthening the capabilities of the trading consultants of participating and performing companies is considered to be an important factor in the use of online marketing by SMEs, we recommend further strengthening each corporate and government policy effort to empower export consultants.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the introduction of 'business performance evaluation program' on the changes in organizational culture and employee commitment. The data for this study were collected three times, in 2006, 2008, and 2009 from the employees at a public hospital in Korea. The main findings of this study are as follows. 1. Organizational culture has gradually changed as the 'business performance evaluation program' was introduced and implemented. Regarding the changes in the different type of culture, we can see that group culture, developmental culture and rational culture has been stronger and, on the other hand, the introduction of 'the program' did not have as much impact on the hierarchical culture as on the other types of culture. 2. The group culture has have more impact on the organizational commitment than other types of culture. In case of the hierarchical culture, however, statistically significant relationships could not be found between the organizational commitment and the introduction of business performance evaluation program.

Since Keck described the tarsal tunnel syndrome in 1962, it has been one of the most frequently diagnosed of the entrapment neuropathies. Tarsal tunnel syndrome is usually of unknown origin, benign tumor may be one of the causes of tarsal tunnel syndrome. The object of the current study is to report our experience of surgical treatment about tarsal tunnel syndrome caused by neurilemmoma in 32-year-old female and by ganglion in 39-year-old male with a review of the literature.
