This study aims to apply the concept of regulatory stringency to the regulatory sandbox with a fresh perspective. The regulatory sandbox is a system that gives opportunities under certain conditions to new technologies or businesses that have not been launched due to inadequacy or insufficiency in legal systems. Previous research on regulatory sandboxes has mainly focused on discussions about their impact on specific technologies or business domains. This study attention to the results according to the evaluations. Among them, whether special cases for demonstration can evolve into official permission has garnered significant attention. For this study, among the cases that passed the regulatory sandbox evaluation from February, 2019, to December, 2022, 162 cases in the field of ICT convergence were selected. The evaluation results were classified into three groups 'positive interpretation (Fast Track)', 'temporary permission', and 'special case for demonstration.' Each case was assigned to one of the three groups. Through the comparative analysis, the common characteristics and differences were summarized. Then, this study explored improvement measures to pass a less restrictive regulatory sandbox. The analysis of the cases revealed that the differences in each evaluation result were attributed to variations in the technological characteristics and user protection features. Considering these differences, as well as the higher weight and importance of the preparation stage for sandbox application, this study suggested a three-step approach to prepare for temporary permission and positive interpretation rather than special case for demonstration. In addition, this thesis discussed the policy limitations of the regulatory sandbox mechanism in South Korea and the limitations of the current study. Hopefully, the results of this study would be beneficial to individuals and companies, particularly venture companies and startups seeking to develop new technologies or businesses and utilize regulatory sandboxes.
The IT environment is changing due to the acceleration of digital transformation in enterprises and organizations. This expansion of the digital space makes centralized cybersecurity controls more difficult. For this reason, cyberattacks are increasing in frequency and severity and are becoming more sophisticated, such as ransomware and digital supply chain attacks. Even in large organizations with numerous security personnel and systems, security incidents continue to occur due to unmanaged and unknown threats and vulnerabilities to IT assets. It's time to move beyond the current focus on detecting and responding to security threats to managing the full range of cyber risks. This requires the implementation of asset Inventory for comprehensive management by collecting and integrating all IT assets of the enterprise and organization in a wide range. IT Asset Management(ITAM) systems exist to identify and manage various assets from a financial and administrative perspective. However, the asset information managed in this way is not complete, and there are problems with duplication of data. Also, it is insufficient to update of data-set, including Network Infrastructure, Active Directory, Virtualization Management, and Cloud Platforms. In this study, we, the researcher group propose a new framework for automated 'Comprehensive IT Asset Management(CITAM)' required for security operations by designing a process to automatically collect asset data-set. Such as the Hostname, IP, MAC address, Serial, OS, installed software information, last seen time, those are already distributed and stored in operating IT security systems. CITAM framwork could classify them into unique device units through analysis processes in term of aggregation, normalization, deduplication, validation, and integration.
Based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model, this study proposed a research model that explains the continuance intention of users in the with Covid-19 era considering the technical, organizational, and environmental aspects of Remote Work Solution (RWS). To verify the research model and hypothesis, an online survey was conducted on domestic RWS users. Partial least squares (PLS) were utilized to analyze the collected 411 data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that functionality and security level had positive impacts on both productivity improvement and satisfaction. However, it was also confirmed that organizational readiness had a positive effect on productivity improvement but did not affect satisfaction. Furthermore, the results revealed that government support had a positive relationship with continuance intention, but the health concerns did not. Finally, the correlations between productivity improvement, satisfaction, and continuous intention were confirmed to be significant. Therefore, 9 out of a total of 11 hypotheses were supported.

Wind shear means the variation of wind speed according to the height. Wind shear is the important factor affecting the energy production of wind turbines. Power Law is used to extrapolate wind speed data. Normally, a Power Law exponent of 0.143 is used and this is referred to as the 1/7th Power Law. The Power Law exponent is affected by atmospheric stability and surface roughness of the site. Thus, it is necessary to calculate the Power Law exponent of the site exactly for an accurate estimation of wind energy. In this study, wind resources were measured at the three Met-masts which were located in the coastal area of northeastern Jeju Island. The Power Law exponents of the sites were calculated and proposed using measured data. They were 0.141 at Handong, 0.138 at Pyeongdae, and 0.1254 at Udo. We compared annual energy productions which are calculated using a Power Law exponent of 0.143, the proposed value of the Power Law exponents for each site, and the measured data. As a result, the cases of calculating using the proposed values were more similar to the cases using the measured data than the cases using the 0.143 value. Finally, we found that the propsed values of the Power Law exponent are available to more accurately estimate wind resources.
Objectives : We aimed to identify the dose-dependent inhibitory effects of Cheonsagunja-tang(喘四君子湯), leech(Hirudo medicinalis/水蛭) roasted with Ephedrae Herba(麻黃) on the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-16, GM-CSF involved in the asthma model. Methods : In the study BEAS-2B cell lines, human epithelial cells were used. These cells were stimulated with tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-${\alpha}$ for artificial inflammatory expression. ${\beta}$-actin messenger RNA(mRNA) was used by internal standard. After 24 hours of the Cheonsagunja-tang, leech-treatment, total cellular RNAs were collected treating RNA zol directly on the living cells. Then the transcriptional activities of IL-6, 16 and GM-CSF were measured by RT-PCR with electrophoresis. Results: In the Cheonsagunja-tang study, the mRNA expression of IL-6 showed 30% transcriptional inhibitory effect compared to the control group in the $100{\mu}l/ml$ category(p<0.005). In the IL-16, there was 26%, 31% and 31% transcriptional inhibitory effect compared to the control groups in the $4{\mu}l/ml$, $20{\mu}l/ml$ and $100{\mu}l/ml$ categories, respectively(p<0.05). In the GM-CSF, the experimental group had 56% transcriptional inhibitory effect compared to the control group in the $100{\mu}l/ml$ category(p<0.001). In other concentrations, there was no inhibitory effect. In the leech study, the mRNA expression of IL-6 showed 37% transcriptional inhibitory effect compared to the control group in the $100{\mu}l/ml$ category(p<0.001). In the IL-16, there was 63% and 67% transcriptional inhibitory effect compared to the control groups in the $20{\mu}/ml$ and $100{\mu}/ml$ categories, respectively(p<0.001). In the GM-CSF, there was 64% and 68% transcriptional inhibitory effect compared to the control groups in the $20{\mu}l/ml$ and $100{\mu}l/ml$ categories, respectively(p<0.001). In other concentrations, there was no inhibitory effect. Conclusions : This study shows that Cheonsagunja-tang and leech roasted with Ephedrae Herba have dose-dependent inhibitory effects on the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-16 and GM-CSF in BEAS-2B cell lines, human epithelial cells.

This study examined ways of improving the internal insulation performance of aging university buildings, and to enhance the convenience of occupants in university buildings and the insulation effect of aging buildings. This research was conducted to solve the problem of continuous requests for improving the insulation performance of office workers in the Nehemiah Hall building of Handong University. The results showed that the internal temperature of Nehemiah Hall was low compared to the internal temperature of the adjacent building. Considering the characteristics of the building, the university chose insulating materials under the theme of internal insulation. The experiment was conducted by installing internal wall insulation used in the market by producing a model room that miniaturized the university professor's office. Based on the experimental results, an economic evaluation was conducted to analyze the insulation effect by measuring the heating time and actual heat transmission coefficient. An economic evaluation was conducted by experiment and theory and on a winter and summer basis. According to the research, when an Isopink (30 T) was introduced as an internal insulation material in 60 offices of Nehemiah Hall, it could save up to 1,071,600 won in total during the winter season and 109,200 won during the summer season.

The variation in the wind speed with height above ground is called the wind shear profile. In the field of wind resource assessment, analysts typically use one of two mathematical relations to characterize the measured wind shear profile: the logarithmic profile (log law) and the power law profile (power law). The logarithmic law uses the surface roughness as a parameter, and the power law uses the power law exponent as a parameter. The shape of the wind shear profile typically depends on several factors, most notably the roughness of the surrounding terrain and the stability of the atmosphere. Since the atmospheric stability changes with season, time of day, and meteorological conditions, the surface roughness and the power law exponent also tends to change in time. For this study, Using the observed data from Met-mast, located in Pyeongdae, Handong in Jeju. we used the matlab and windograper to calculate roughness length and the law exponents. These calculations are similar to reference the data, but they have different ranges. In the ocean case, each reference data and calculated data was the same, but the crop area is higher than the earlier studies. In addition, the agricultural village is lower than the earlier studies.
Objective : This research was carried out to find out the general understanding of allergic diseases, the frequencies of allergic diseases and the attitude toward their oriental medical treatment(OMT) among common people. Methods : A total of 360 visitors at The 2nd International Exhibition on Oriental Medicine in 2000, participated in this research. We performed this survey with 22 items on the questionnaire. Results : Respondents knew the. fact that the allergic diseases were hereditary and could be affected by the living environment. 41.8% of the respondents had a past history of allergic diseases. Among the people who had allergic diseases, 63.5% had allergic rhinitis, which was the largest portion. Among them, 52.9% had a familial history. 81.5% of respondents with allergic diseases received western medical treatment for their allergies, 16.3% received both western and oriental medical treatment and 2.2% received OMT only. Among those who were treated for allergic disease, 62.0% were unsatisfied with the low effect of the treatment. To the point of excellence of OMT, 69.7%, which was the largest portion of respondents, believed that OMT could improve their constitutions. The problem with OMT was the high price of herbal medicine and this was the problem most frequently stated, by 51.4% of respondents. There was a positive attitude towards the effect of OMT, and respondents had a preference to receive OMT in the future(p<0.01). Conclusions : These days, it is a fact that the OMT for allergic diseases has a lower proportion to that of western treatment In order to increase the role of OMT, we think, oriental medical doctors need to develop an explanatory model of improving $people^{\circ}{\phi}s$ constitutions and should lower the cost of herbal medicine.

In order to inquire the most effective management of increased intracranial pressure(ICP), mannitol, steroid and hyperventilation were used in rabbits after ligation or non-ligation of the carotid artery. Mannitol was more effective than steroid and hyperventilation in the degree of the reduction of ICP. The intracranial pressure was decreased 43~45% for 25~30 minutes after injection of mannitol. Steroid was less effective than mannitol in the degree of the reduction of ICP. But the time of reduction of ICP was longer, that is, the degree of reduction was 24~60 minutes after injection of steroid. Hyperventilation is effective in the initial time only, for 10 minutes after hyperventilation. The degree of ICP reduction was 13.5~16.7% for 10 minutes after hyperventilation. The combined group, that is three kinds of mangenent were used, is the most effective treatment to reduce ICP of ICP. The degree of the reduction of ICP was 42.1~49.3% for 20 minutes, 47.7~52.5% for 30minnutes. There was no significant difference between ligation and non-ligation group.
Objective : in order to be convinced of improvement in quality of life in allergic rhinitis patients, I observed clinically remedical effect of Quingbixiaoyanwan-Derivatives(淸鼻消炎丸) on allergic rhinitis with a questionnaire. Methods : We treated forty five allergic patients at the Nam Chun Oriental Medical Hospital from October, 2001 to January, 2002. They were treated with Quingbixiaoyanwan-Derivatives(淸鼻消炎丸), nasal cleansing solution and dietary treatment, and the health-related quality of life with a questionnaire. Results : 1. The gender proportion was twenty five males(55.6%) and twenty females(44.4%); seven teenagers (15.6%); ten patients in their 20s(22.2%); twenty patients in their 30S(44.4%); six patients in their 40s(13.3%); two patients in over 50s (4.4%) 2. The duration of the disease: 0 case within six months; three cases for six months to one year (6.6%); fourteen cases for one year to five years(31.1%); twenty six cases for over five years(62.2%) 3. Major symptoms; forty three cases for watery rhinorrhea (95.5%); thirty one caess for nasal itching(68.8%); 91.1 cases for sneezing(41.0%);thirty nine cases for nasal obstruction (86.6%); sixteen cases for difficulty in smelling(35.5%);seventeen postnasal drip(37.7%);three bloody rhinorrhea (6.6%);fourteen cases for headaches(31.1%); nine cases for eyelid itching (60.0%). 4. Seasonal Distribution: perennial allergic rhinitis occurred as follows: 55.6% in winter; 13.3% in fall; 11.1 % in spring;2.2% in summer. 5. Other combined allergic symptoms; sixteen cases for allergic conjunctives (37.8%); eight cases for sinus(17.8%);four cases for atopic dermatitis (8.9%); three cases for bronchial asthma(6.7%); sixteen cases for none(35.6%) 6. After a specific prescription of Quingbixiaoyanwan-Derivatives(淸鼻消炎丸), nasal cleansing solution and dietary therapy, the quality of life in allergic rhinitis patients was improved to 20.27%, which was significantly.(P<0.001) 7. The specific treatment did not affect GOT/GPT and BUN/Creatinine. 8. The specific treatment did not influence the level of total IgE serum significantly. Conclusions : Based on the above results, I have concluded that the specific treatment of Quingbixiaoyanwan-Derivatives(淸鼻消炎丸), nasal cleansing solution and dietary therapy can improve the quality of life in allergic rhinitis patients.
