Recently, global luxury fashion brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Louis Vuitton have been showing special interest in Korean contemporary artists and actively collaborating with them. This can be said to be a new change that is distinguished from previous collaborations of fashion brands. Therefore, this study investigated the cases of collaboration between global luxury fashion brands and Korean contemporary artists, and analyzed the types and characteristics to examine the trends and characteristics and draw meaning. As a result, fashion brands combine the characteristics of Korean art works of various genres with the brand concept and pursued values to create new sensibility and high value-added products. It can be seen that the intention was to prepare a place to draw out. In addition, it was found that collaboration was also utilized in terms of marketing so that domestic customers could visit the brand store with a sense of familiarity by utilizing Korea's artistic and cultural sentiments. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data for the development of creative contents for various collaborations between fashion and art that can help develop the modern fashion industry.

바쁜 현대인. 그들에겐 즐거운 취미활동이나 건강을 위한 운동을 할수 있는 시간보다는 스트레스에 쌓여야 하는 시간이 더 많다. 그러나 이런 정신없는 틈을 타 예술활동을 하면서 건강도 도모하는 모임이 있다. "대한 사진예술가협회" 50년 가까이 한국사진계의 맥을 이어온 대한사진예술가협회는 사진을 통한 자기발견과 정기출사를 통한 건강관리를 사람들에게 권하고 있다. 전문 직업인은 아니지만 누구보다 사진예술에 관한 애착을 가지고있고 그만큼의 실력을 이어오고 있는 협회를 찾아가 봤다.

동네 자체가 하나의 커다란 갤러리로 형성된 이곳은 골목골목이 작품이고 길거리 풍경이 그대로 그림이 된다. 산책을 하는 동안 마주하는 공기에서조차 은은한 예술가들의 향기가 묻어나는 곳, 삼청동. 정겨움을 만끽할 수 있는 동네 삼청동에 다녀왔다.

본 연구는 '인공지능이 그린 그림은 예술적 가치가 있는가?' '인공지능을 활용한 21세기의 현시대 예술은 무엇인가?' '어떻게 실현되는가?'라는 실천적 질문에서 출발하였다. 4차 산업혁명은 초실감(Hyper-Reality), 초지능(Hyper-Intellect), 초연결(Hyper-connect)로 '초(Hyper)의 시대'를 예고하고 있다. 이 혁명은 현시대 예술가에게 현실과 가상을 분간할 수 없는 혼합현실환경, 예술의 창작활동에 훌륭한 조수로서 역할을 할 수 있는 인공지능, 예술적 경험을 가상과 현실을 넘나들며, 언제 어디서나 즉각적으로 체험할 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 실천적 질문에 대한 해답을 찾기 위하여 주관기관 홍익대학교, 참여기관 서울미디어대학원대학교, (주)브이알애드가 2018년 5월부터 2019년 12월까지 2년간 진행한 한국콘텐츠진흥원 문화기술 연구개발 지원사업 '인공지능 기반 창작 아틀리에 발굴 및 구축 기술 개발 프로젝트'를 통하여 인공지능 엔진(stNET, vidNET, hdtNET, omniNET)을 개발하였고 예술가와 4번의 전시를 통하여 성능 및 가치를 실증하였다. 인공지능은 그동안의 예술적 장르와는 차별화된 특이점을 가지고 있으며 응용 범위 또한 다양하다. 현시대 예술가에게 새로운 장르 개척의 훌륭한 조수로서 역할이 가능하다는 것이다. 그동안 현대 예술의 조형과 개념 미술에 한정적 메시지를 넘어, 인공지능기반 초 실감, 실 시간, 직관적 인터랙션을 통하여 직접적 예술 경험을 체험할 수 있다는 점에서, 현시대의 예술가에게 초 경험 예술(Hyper-Experience Art)의 시작인 동시에 새로운 장르 개척의 단초가 제공된다.

"자연은 신이 만든 건축이며, 건축은 그것을 배워야 한다", "직선은 인간의 것이지만 곡선은 신의 것이다"라고 말한 안토니오 가우디(Antonio Gaudi 1852~1926). 가우디는 현대건축의 아버지로 자신의 모든 작품에 신의 영광을 드러냈다. 그러나 자연과 환경을 닮기 위한 노력을 하는 예술가로 자신의 전생애를 건축예술을 위해 바쳤던 가우디는 아이러니컬하게도 1926년 새벽미사를 위하여 성당에 가다 기차에 치어 생을 마감했다.

This paper critically examines the evolution of Nam June Paik's self-contradictory art philosophy. While the existing literature tends to slight it, Paik's works of arts remain fraught with contradictions: Paik has proved prima facie avant-garde an artist; however, as the scale and form of his works have developed, the prophetic, path-breaking philosophical underpinnings of his arts evolved to become more conformist. The present paper aims to shed light on the understudied and underappreciated side of Paik's accomplishments in order to come to a fuller understanding and appreciation of his arts and his legacy.

오늘날의 예술은 과거보다는 그 경계를 넓혀 점점 더 빠르게 과학정신에 가까워져가고 과학에 의한 기술과 그 발전이 예술창작에 중요한 매개(Medium)로 작용하여, 과학기술에 의한 인류문명의 격변을 예고하고 있다. 이에 예술가들은 과학기술을 하나의 '새로운 감수성'으로 받아들여 포스트 휴먼(Post human)시대에 인류가 꿈꾸어왔던 새로운 문화를 창조해 인류의 정체성(正體性)을 재정립시킬 것으로 여겨진다. 나는 순수 예술가로서 홀로그램 기술을 응용한 현대예술(회화)을 실험하는 과정에 있으며, 과학적 실험실에 예술적 감수성을 버무려'새로운 패러다임의 예술적 감수성'을 증명하고자 실험하는 작가이다. 이것은 과학과 예술의 융합을 통해 하나의 사회적 공동체로서 함께 인류문명에 기여할 수 있는 어떤 사유(思惟)의 형상화이며, 과학과 그 기술이 예술과 더불어 인류의 미래를 이끄는 혜안(慧眼)이 되어주길 바라는 기대이기도 하다.

In various cultures and civilizations, artists are trying new ideas of reinterpreting the beauty of classic and redefining it in the ways of modern times rather than creating something new. In other words, modern cultural trend is creating a new culture by combining sensibilities of classic amid the flood of information with modern senses of artists. This study tries to combine various cultures an designs in accordance with this cultural change. Based on the features of expressing emotions of individuals and the world of impossible experiences from the short story 'When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom' of Lee Hyoseok, an incomplete area of consciousness which is at the border line of the polarized world divided by existence and absence is the area which creates a new culture by arousing readers' imagination as a potential world of thought. In addition, based on language from the short story, a researcher tries to utilize symbolic and imaginal beauties inside of that language as a material of design, and formative analysis them with the composition of proper words for visualization.

본 연구는 환경예술운동의 선구자격이며 가장 대표적인 작가로 평가되는 로버트 스미슨의 작품에 대한 연구를 통해 그의 경관미학의 개념화에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 하였으며 궁극적으로 본 연구가 환경예술운동이 현대 조경설계에 미친 영향에 대한 기초 연구라는데 본 논문의 의의를 찾고자 한다. 스미슨의 작품이 조경에서 다루는 경관의 여러 가지 관점을 다루었으며, la국을 중심으로 조경설계에서 공간의 시각적 표현을 시도한 몇몇 조경설계가의 작품배경 또한 환경예술로 불리어지는 일련의 작품군과 작가의 주장에 많은 영향을 받았음에도 불구하고 그의 작품이 조경분야에서 연구의 대상으로 활발하게 다루어지지 못한 것도 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 스미슨의 경관미학의 개념화를 그의 작품을 통해 살펴보았으며, 스미슨의 작품과 조경설계와의 연관성, 그리고 현대 조경설계에 미친 스미슨의 공헌등을 조명해 보았다. 스미슨의 초기작품들은 개발로 인한 환경 및 경관의 남용 혹은 황폐화에 대한 비평적인 관점을 예술적 형태로 묘사한 반면, 후기 작품들에서는 환경 및 경관에 대한 예술적인 조작에 긍정적인 가치를 부여하고자 한 것이었다. 스미슨의 작품이 현대 조경에 미친 가장 큰 공헌은 무엇보다도 경관 및 환경의 변화에 영향을 미치는 수단으로서 예술을 활용했다는 것일 것이다. 환경예술가들의 주장과 그들의 작품이 현대 조경설계에 구체적으로 어떻게 형상화되었는지에 대한 연구는 앞으로 규명되어야 할 부분이라고 판단된다.

Role of music in an image can be divided into a supplementary function to express narrative of image and an independent function to become the subject of music and to lead the image. To perceive sound through hearing and then, to make it visualized is called visual music. Since the 19th century, image synchronization of music through colored hearing has been continuously attempted by artists in their works. Also in the 20th century, many artists could attempt time-wise concept of movement passing the bounds of three-dimensional expression due to development of cinema. In such a process, artists with strong experimental spirits inferred correlation between sound and image and then, pioneered new genre of visual music. As a result, the times are being changed from those of listening to those of watching, and various works are being produced by experimental attempt of various music and images. This thesis aims to investigate aesthetic characteristics of modern visual music and then, to conduct comparative analysis on how visual music using colors are utilized in diversified fields such as movie, animation, music video and media art.
