최근 과학기술의 혁신적 발전으로 문명의 패러다임이 산업사회에서 지식.정보화 사회로 전환되고 있으며 전쟁의 양상도 혁신적으로 변하고 있다. 최근의 아프간 전쟁을 살펴보면 미래 전쟁의 양상이 시스템 복합체계에 의한 디지털전쟁, 네트워크전쟁, 정보전으로 변화되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 미래 전쟁양상에 대처하기 위해서는 군사혁신(RMA : revolution in Military Affairs)을 통한 정보.기술위주의 전력체계 구축이 요구되고 있다. 과학기술의 혁신적 발전에 따라 무기체계는 첨단화, 복합화, 고도.정밀화 되고 있다.

워게임은 전쟁수행능력 평가를 위하여 수많은 변수들이 복잡하게 연결되어 있는 극한상황에서전투수행상황을 신속학 분석할 수 있는 전쟁모의분석 기법의 하나이다. 최근 컴퓨터의 처리능력이 급격히 증대됨에 따라서 워게임의 활용영역이 점진적으로 확대되고 있다. 워게임운용에 있어서 우리의 전쟁상황과 실정에 맞는 전쟁모의모형을 우리가 개발하여 사용하는 것이 가장 이상적이다. 그러나 이러한 모형개발·운영에는 막대한 비용과 시간이 소요되며, 최근까지 초대형모형을 독자적으로 개발할 수 있는 여건이 충분히 성숙되어 있지 않다. 아직가지 워게임 전문연구기관이 국내에 없으며, 워게임모형개발과 전문이력확보에 대한 투자가 미흡함으로써 전쟁연구의 해외의존이 지속되고 있으며, 한국상황에 적합한 전쟁연구는 국내 워게임 관련기관을 중심으로 제한적으로 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 당면한 국방정책결정과 전쟁수행능력 평가를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는, 선진외국의 개밞형을 보전·보완·개선하여 활용하면서 이와 병행하여 중장기적으로 독자적인 한국형 모형을 개발할 수 있는 능력을 보전하여야 한다. 본 논문은 한국형 워게임 보형개발에 있어서 필수적으로 검토 분석되어야 하는 사항과 주요 전투논리를 개선하는데 필요한 개발단계별 검증방법을 제시한다.

Theorists of war have often used Clausewitz's trinity theory as a framework for analyzing war strategies and histories. Heretofore, studies on cyber warfare have focused primarily on laws, policies, structuring organizations, manpower, and training pertaining to preparing the cyberspace for war. Currently, studies highlighting the comparative characteristics of war in cyberspace, how it differs from conventional warfare, and analytical frameworks for understanding war in cyberspace are rare. Using Clausewitz's trinity theory, this paper interprets the essence of war from the perspectives of (1) Intellect, (2) Bravery, and (3) Passion, to propose an analytical model for understanding war in cyberspace, one that factors in the intrinsic qualities and characteristics of cyberspace under spatial and temporal constraints. Furthermore, this paper applies the aforementioned analytical model to the Iraq War and concludes with a theoretical illustration that cyber warfare played a significant role in winning the war.

Purpose that studies the war history is to prevent the war in the advance through instruction that is gotten by understanding the past war and in case of emergency, it is to win victory in the war from the enemy by doing not commit a same mistake like the past war. For these reasons, many studies about the war history have proceeded continuously in domestic and outside the country, and those are being carried out in present. However, most of studies of the war history have been analyzed only on qualitative analysis. In this study, we want to suggest quantitative analysis method using simulation with qualitative analysis. As an example of study, we quantitatively analyzed the importance of logistics support on the Moscow expedition of Napoleon. Also, on the basis of this, we found failure factor of logistics support of Napoleon force and through this, deduced instruction. There is meaning that this paper suggested quantitative analytical method in terms of study of the war history with qualitative analytical method.

Most of studies on the press during the period of Japanese occupation in Korea have focused on the activities of newspapers in 1920s. These past studies didn't examine the whole process of change of the press under the Japanese occupation in Korea. Thus, this study tried to investigate the change of the tenor of Korean newspaper editorials on the ruling policies during the end of the colonial period in Korea as a part of attempts exceeding the limit of past studies. After the outbreak of the war between China and Japan in 1937, the Korean newspapers were full of stereotyped editorials resembling in a way official gazette. Dong-A Ilbo and Cho-Sun Ilbo represented the purpose of the war was to emancipate Asian countries from Western imperialist countries and to establish the peace of the Asia. Simultaneously, two newspapers played an important role in assimilating the Korean people into the Japanese and mobilizing them to the war, The tenor of these editorials was affected by intensified control over the press and the change of the consciousness of journalists. In conclusion, these newspapers had a harmful influence on the Korean people as a weapon to the movement to organize and mobilize them. Therefore the interest for researching on the pro-Japanese press should be taken in view of 'resistance' and 'collaboration.'

21세기는 생명공학 전쟁시대라고 일컫는다. 실제로 생명복제 특허전쟁은 우리나라에도 이미 상륙했다. 복제양 돌리를 탄생시킨 로슬린연구소가 복제기술에 대한 국내 특허출원을 냈기 때문이다. 그런데 문제는 이런 전쟁이 시민의 동의없이 수행되고 있다는 것이다. 우리나라는 현재 생명공학의 경쟁력 확보와 시민적 합의라는 두마리의 토끼를 잡아야 하는 딜레마에 빠져 있는 것이다.

이라크 전쟁이 막바지에 이르면서, 전후 복구사업의 이권을 둘러싼 국가간 노공행상과 명분싸움으로 시끄럽다. 전쟁 발발 이후 전 세계 항공, 여행업계는 큰 손실을 입어야 했고, 방송,미디어 업계도 예상외로 수익이 급감했다. 반면 모바일 뉴스 서비스, 통신, PC, 소프트웨어 등 일부 IT업계는 이라크전 관련 정보서비스 수요로 뜻하지 않는 전쟁 특수를 누렸고, 이라크 재건 사업이라는 어마어마한 시장을 두고 촉각을 곤두세우고 있다.

한국전쟁기 북한 소설에 대한 북한의 문학사적 평가는 남한의 문학사와 비교할 경우 매우 큰 차이를 보여주고 있다. 남한에서 나온 대부분의 문학사에서는 한국전쟁기 남한 소설에 대해 대체로 부정적인 평가를 내리고 있으나, 북한에서 나온 문학사의 경우에는 한국전쟁기 북한 소설을 매우 긍정적으로 평가하고 있는 것이다. 물론 이러한 평가는 남북한 문학사의 문학에 대한 관점의 차이에서 비롯되었다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 북한에서 나온 북한문학사의 경우에는 정치적 목적에 따라 작품을 왜곡하여 평가하고 있는 경우가 많으므로 사실에 대한 면밀한 검토가 필요하다. 이태준, 김남천, 임화 등 남로당 계열 작가의 작품에 대한 북문학사의 평가는 특히 그러한데, 남한에서 이루어진 북한문학에 대한 논의들은 이러한 사실을 지적하면서 한국전쟁기 문학에 대한 실증적인 자료조사와 과학적 연구의 필요성을 제기 하고 있다.

This paper is to analyse the changes in the future war patterns and ROK's response. To this end the paper is composed of 5 chapters titled instruction; concept, characteristics, types, and evolution of war; changes in the war patterns of the future; Korea's response strategies for the future war. Truth can be immutable, but everything else changes. War has begun with human history, and today there are still wars in places all over the world. As ages change from agricultural society to industrial society to knowledge and information society, aspects(patterns) of war have also changed. Future warfare includes the 5th dimensional war(in the ground, the sea, the air, the universe, the cyber), the network-centric, the precision strike, the rapid maneuver, the non-gunpowder, the non-lethal, the unmanned robot, the informational & cyber, the asymmetric, the non-linear, and the parallel etc. In response to these changes in the pattern of wars, the ROK military should seek (1)to build a future-oriented military force, (2)to continuously develop military innovation and preparedness, and (3)to develop and establish a paradigm for acquiring the power of technology. A Roman strategist, Vegetius said, "If you wish peace, prepare for war." This is a universally accepted maxim in international society today. We must never forget that peace we desire is given when we have the will and ability to keep.
