System Development of Precision Vision Measurement Using Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm (Fuzzy C-Means를 이용한 정밀 영상측정 시스템 개발)

  • The measuring systems of auto-parts are most of greater part very expensive. This paper tries to study to make a low-cost measuring equipment there's several kinds of parts in automobile. In this study, we take aircon-switch called magnet coil-housing as the object of measurements. The measurements of this product is currently in difficult situations at factory. In the case of the mesuring objects being big sizes and camera sensor having under 410000 pixels, the key point is the number of pixels not to be changed whenever the same object is measured under the same position. We modified and used fuzzy c-means algorithm to get mostly without the change of the numbers of pixels exactly. Also, the standardized ruler is necessary to measure the length of the object but it is not easy to get the precised ruler. Therefore, the standard length has been taken as the mean value of the pixels in the previous passed objects manually obtained at factory. The results are displayed on monitor and transferred these signals to the microprocessor through RSC-232 port to determine a good or bad of products.

도금법을 사용한 주석 나노와이어 배터리 음극재료의 제작 및 전기화학적 특성 분석

  • 최근 석유에너지의 고갈과 휴대용 전자기기의 사용의 증가로 고효율의 배터리의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 생체칩에서 부터 전기자동차, 에너지 저장체까지 광범위한 산업군에 걸처 배터리의 개발이 되고 있어 시장규모의 계속적인 성장이 있을 것으로 전망하고 있다. 현재 상용되고 있는 음극 재료는 카본재료(이론 용량 372 mAh/g)이다. 이 카본재료의 특징은 값이 싸고, 표준 환원전위가 낮아 비교적 높은 전압을 낼 수 있다. 그러나 낮은 에너지밀도를 갖으므로 높은 에너지를 필요로 하는 차세대 산업군인 전기자동차 등에는 적합하지 않은 것으로 평가되고 있다. 그래서 더 높은 에너지 밀도를 갖는 다른 재료들에 대한 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 음극 재료로서 주석을 선택해서 연구를 하였다. 카본계열의 음극재료의 질량당 이론 에너지 밀도는 372 mAh/g임에 반해 주석같은 경우는 약 991 mAh/g 정도의 비교적 큰 이론용량을 갖고 있다. 하지만, 주석 등 금속, 혹은 금속 합금을 음극재료로 사용할 경우 많은 양의 리튬이 삽입/탈착되면서 약 300% 이상의 부피변화가 있게 된다. 그러한 과정에서 주석이 분쇄되어 떨어지거나 전자를 제공받는 집전체로부터 떨어지게 되고, 이 과정에서 심각한 에너지 밀도의 손실이 일어나게 된다. 이러한 문제점들을 극복하기 위해 다음과 같은 구조들을 고안하여 도금 공정을 사용하여 음극재료를 제작하여 실험을 진행하게 되었다. 도금법은 대면적을 싼 가격으로 할 수 있으며 원하는 두께 및 모폴로지까지 쉽게 조절할 수 있다. 부피팽창에 의한 스트레스를 최소화하기 위해 도금법을 사용하여 나노구조를 만들어 그에 따른 전기화학적 특성 변화를 측정하였다. 다공성 필름인 AAO 디스크의 한 면에 구리를 sputtering 공정을 사용하여 0.5 um 두께의 seed layer 구리 박막을 형성하고 형성된 구리 박막 위에 도금공정을 이용하여 두껍게 구리를 증착함으로 구리 음극 집전체를 형성한다. 그 후 AAO 구조 안에 주석을 도금하면 AAO의 구조를 따라 주석 나노와이어가 형성이 된다. 마지막으로 NaOH로 AAO를 제거해주면 직경 200 nm, 길이 2 um 정도의 주석 나노와이어를 구리 집전체위에 만들 수 있었다. 배터리의 용량을 측정한 결과 안정한 싸이클 특성과 약 400 mAh/g의 에너지 밀도를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Generally, data mining is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and summarizing it into useful information that can be used to increase revenue, cuts costs, or both. It allows users to analyze data from many different dimensions or angles, categorize it, and summarize the relationships identified. Technically, data mining is the process of finding correlations or patterns among dozens of fields in large relational databases. Data mining is one of the fastest growing field in the computer industry. Because of According to computer technology has been improving, Massive customer data has stored in database. Using this massive data, decision maker can extract the useful information to make a valuable plan with data mining. Data mining offers service providers great opportunities to get closer to customer. Data mining doesn't always require the latest technology, but it does require a magic eye that looks beyond the obvious to find and use the hidden knowledge to drive marketing strategies. Automotive market face an explosion of data arising from customer but a rate of increasing customer is getting lower. therefore, we need to determine which customer are profitable clients whom you wish to hold. This paper builds model of customer loyalty detection and analyzes customer buying patterns in automotive market with data mining using decision tree as a quinlan C4.5 and basic statics methods.

Image Analysis of Korean Automobiles Using Sensory Engineering (감성공학을 이용한 국산 승용차 이미지 분석)

  • This paper is concerned with analyzing the images of Korean automobiles using, so called, sensory engineering, which adapts the sensory and subjective assessment of human beings in evaluating the quality of product. The methodology of analysis is suggested in this paper according to the following steps. First, 14 pairs of adjectives, which describe the image of object cars in view of the semantic differential method, are derived from consulting with several expert panels. Nextly, factor analysis is performed in order to obtain the axises, by which the images space of the object automobiles are specified, and then the images of the object automobiles are measured by the coordinate of all the object automobiles in the image space. In this paper, a sensory estimation experiment is performed to a panel consisting with In undergraduate students residing in the region of Daegu. From the result of analysis of this paper, target images, which the automobile manufacturers are intended, are achieved by and large except one company.

Spread of Negative Word-of-mouth of Manufacturing Companies Via Twitter: From the Supply Chain Risk's Perspective (트위터를 통한 제조 기업의 부정적 구전 확산: 공급사슬 리스크 관점에서)

  • Despite the importance of the supply chain risk due to the negative word-of-mouth (NWOM) in social media, related research is insufficient. Thus, this study analyzes how the NWOM of the product is distributed through social media and the characteristics of the distributor based on social exchange theory. For this purpose, we collected information on car recalls from four companies using Twitter from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Based on the Seed Tweet, a Re-Tweet (RT) network was constructed to examine the distribution and spread of NWOM, and regression analysis was performed to test the hypothesis. As a result, it was confirmed that NWOM is a small world network structure that spreads around hub users connected to many users. Moreover, it was found that the more interactive and reciprocal relations the first distributor has, the greater the speed and scale of distribution of NWOM.

  • In this study, the optimal support position determination and stability determination of the wedge wire screen were performed for the production of the wedge wire filter screen with improved mesh screen. In order to manufacture a filter screen using a wedge wire, the support rod wedge wire is first installed according to the filtering capacity, and then spot welding is performed while rotating the profile wire. In the existing manufacturing method, it was manufactured using a 3m rod wedge wire and then cut according to dimensions, but it required the manufacture of a 6m cylindrical screen. Due to the increase in wedge wire length, it is difficult to manufacture stress concentration at sagging and fixed positions. In order to shorten the time of analysis, a single wedge wire was applied instead of a plurality of wedge wires. The reliability and validity of the interpretation were presented and the results were derived. After selecting the support point at the 2m position, structural analysis was performed on the entire filter screen to confirm stability.The purpose of this study is to identify the maximum deflection of the wire for the production of a 6m wedge wire screen and secure design basic data so that it can work safely through optimal support.

  • In this paper, We analyze and present improvements to problems in software quality through Static Analysis for Open Source, which is widely used as the Flight Controller software for small unmanned aerial vehicle drones. MISRA coding rules, which are widely applied based on software quality, have been selected. Static analysis tools were used by LDRA tools certified international tools used in all industries, including automobiles, railways, nuclear power and healthcare, as well as aviation. We have identified some safety-threatening problems across the quality of the software, such as structure of open source modules, analysis of usage data, compliance with coding rules, and quality indicators (complexity and testability), and have presented improvements.

  • In this study, the patterns expressed on nineteenth-century blue and white porcelain among Joseon white porcelain were selected as the material for the development of the car seat fabric design. It was intended to be applied to car seat design by incorporating Korea's own traditional patterns to fit modern sensibility. First, seven pieces of nineteenth-century blue and white porcelain were selected through the literature, and motifs were produced using adobe illustrator, a computer graphic program. Seven car seat fabric designs were developed according to the construction method and development method of the produced motif. Work 1 was designed to elicit a soft and feminine atmosphere using the peony pattern shown in Table 1-1. Work 2 aimed to express a luxurious atmosphere using the image of the mountain expressed in Table 1-2 as a design material. Works 3 was designed by freely arranging the letters of luck expressed in Table 1-3 to form a free and dynamic image. Work 4 was intended to express a stable and rhythmic atmosphere by horizontally arranging the images of the gently curved wings, tail, and rhythmical tail feathers of the phoenix expressed in Table 1-4. Work 5 was designed in a vertical arrangement using the patterns and silhouettes of the tiger's back expressed in Table 1-5. Work 6 was designed using the wave pattern expressed in Table 1-6 to replicate the rhythmic atmosphere. Work 7 was designed using the images of rocks, waves, and the sun in Table 1-7 to express a calm and antique atmosphere.

A Study on Properties of SiC material Fabricated by Liquid Phase Sintering (액상소결법에 의해 제조된 탄화규소 재료의 특성에 대한 연구)

  • Ceramic materials have excellent material properties such as stability at high temperatures, chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, so they are applicable even in extreme environments of high temperature and pressure. In particular, silicon carbide can be applied in the field of structural ceramics due to its characteristics of high strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance even at high temperatures. In this study, considering the application of silicon carbide materials to next-generation turbines, silicon carbide materials were manufactured using a liquid phase sintering method. When manufacturing liquid phase sintered silicon carbide, sintering additives were added to lower the sintering temperature and densify the material. In Al2O3-SiO2, it was confirmed that the secondary product of the sintering additive was observed as a slightly dark area and was evenly distributed overall, and the fracture surface of Al2O3-SiO2 was in the form of transgranular fracture in which cracks progressed along the crystal plane, and the flexural strength for Al2O3-SiO2 was about 445.6 MPa.
