A Study on the Relationship between the Consumption Factors, Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention and Recommended Intention in the Imported Car Market (수입자동차 시장의 소비요인, 만족, 행동의도, 추천의도 간의 관계연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between satisfaction, behavioral intention and recommended intention of luxury consumers identified in the preceding study as reasons for the explosive growth in the Korean imported car market. Research results found that brand quality, fashion, self-display, and store atmosphere had positive effects on satisfaction, while independent variables influenced behavioral intention. However, it was found that the store atmosphere did not affect satisfaction. Satisfaction expressed a strong positive effect on behavioral intention. In addition, behavioral intention was shown to positively affect recommendation intention. These results imply that consumers are significantly influenced by psychological factors when purchasing imported cars, and that consumers value psychological factors even when resold or recommended to others. The theoretical implications of the study are the empirical analysis of the consumption factors of imported cars using the existing Luxury consumption factors. The practical implications are to provide the importers with a basis for their marketing strategy. Although there are many studies on quality and service in import car markets, there is a lack of research on relevant psychological factors.

  • Research of color has been developed and also has raised consumer desire through changing from a tool to pursue curiosity or beauty to a tool creating effects in the 20th century. People have been interested in colors as a dynamic expression of results since the color TV appeared. The meaning of colors has been recently diversified as the roles of colors became important to the emotional aspects of design. While auto colors have developed along with such changes of the times, black led the color trend during the first half of the 20th century from 1900 to 1950, a transitional period of economic growth and world war. Since then, automobile production has increased apace with the rapid economic growth throughout the world and automobiles became the most expensive item out of the goods that people use. Accordingly, increasing production induced facility investment in mass production and a technology leveling was achieved. Auto manufacturing processes are very complicated, auto makers gradually recognized that software changes such as to colors or materials was an easier way for the improvement of brand identity as opposed to hardware changes such as the mechanical or design components of the body. Color planning and development systems were segmented in various aspects. In the segmentation issue, pigment technology and painting methods are important elements that have an influence on body colors and have a higher technical correlation with colors than in other industries. In other words, the advanced mixture of pigments is creating new body colors that have not existed previously. This diversifies the painting structure and methods and so maximizes the transparency and depth of body colors. Thus, body colors that are closely related to technical factors will increase in the future and research on color preferences by region have been systemized to cope with global competition due to the expansion and change of auto export regions.

국가에너지원으로서 가스산업의 위치 및 향후전망

  • 에너지는 인류문명발달의 원동력이며 현대 산업사회에서는 모든 산업활동과 국민경제에 필수적인 요소이므로 세계 거의 모든 나라들은 에너지의 안정확보를 국가정책의 제 1로 삼고 있다. 세계적으로 볼 때 시대의 변천에 따라 에너지의 주역도 바뀌어 산업혁명 후 제2차 세계 대전까지는 석탄이 주역이었고, 2차대전 후 1970년대 석유위기 전까지는 석유가 단연 주역이었다가 석유위기 후 1980년대는 천연가스와 원자력이 상당부문 석유를 대체하고 있으며, 21세기에는 가스이용기술의 개발에 따라 편리성과 경제성에서 가스의 우월성으로 타에너지를 대체하고, 특히 지구온난화방지 노력과 관련하여 전세계적인 $CO_2$ 감축 목표에 따라 청정연료로서 타에너지 보다 사용이 크게 늘어 2010년까지는 1995년의 $50\%$가 증가하여 21세기 연료의 주역이 될 것으로 전망된다. 우리나라는 에너지의 $98\%$를 외국에서 도입하는 상황에서 석유의존도가 $60\%$를 넘고 있으며, 원자력발전소의 확장에 어려움이 많고 세계기후변화협약을 비준한 국가로서 지구온난화방지를 위한 의무를 지게 될 것이므로, 에너지 공급원의 다원화를 통한 안정확보와 청정에너지 이용의 확대 및 에너지 산업에 대한 규제완화 등으로 경제성에 입각한 시장경쟁에서 가스는 우위를 확보함으로써 1차 에너지중 가스의 비중이 매우 높아질 것으로 전망되고있다. 따라서 가스산업은 우리나라 에너지산업중 가장 크게 발전하고 또 다른 에너지가 여러면에서 제약을 받게 될 때 이러한 제약을 극복하는 대체에너지로서 역할이 크게 전망되며, 특히 발전, 열병합, 냉방, 자동차 연료부문에서의 사용이 크게 늘어날 것으로 예상되어 이러한 가스이용의 확대에 대비하여 가스자원의 개발, 국내 공급설비의 확충, 연구개발등에 대한 투자와 규제완화에 의한 시장경쟁에 대한 대비가 필요하다.계산모델 및 원자력병원에서 보유하고 있는 방사선 치료계획장치인 CAP-PLAN의 선량계산모델의 계산 결과와 비교하여, 흡수선량은 ${\pm}10\%$ 이내에서 거리로는 0.4mm 이내에서 대부분 일치하였다. 최대 오차는 각각 $11.3\%$ 및 0.8mm로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들로부터 새로 개발한 금으로 된 기구와 Ir-192 seed를 이용한 근접 방사선 치료법으로 안구의 악성종양에 대한 치료를 보다 효과적으로 시행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 구성원을 간소 목적을 위하여 사용할 수 있어야 하겠다 마지막으로 이들 내의 위험 집단을 우선적으로 파악. 접근하여야 할 것이다. 위험 집단으로는 경제적 문제로 적절한 의료 이용을 할 수 없는 저소득층, 문화적으로 열등한 위치에 있는 여성층과 초기 이민 적응에 가장 문제를 일으킬 소지가 있는 노년층을 들 수 있겠다. 이 연구는 몇 가지 제한점을 가진다. 첫째. 연구 대상자 선정이 어려워서 자원자를 대상으로 연구가 행해졌다. 둘째. 적은 수의 연구 대상자를 대상으로 연구가 행해졌다. 셋째. 연구기간이 짧았던 까닭에 좀더 상세한 사례 연구가 이루어질 수 없었다 좀 더 신뢰할 수 있는 표본 추출 방법을 통하여 선정된, 많은 연구 대상자를 가지고, 심도 있는 연구가 추후 반복적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.더욱 더 발전을 거듭하고 있으며, 외식은 여행과 여가 활동의 필수적인 요소로써 그 역할을 일조하고 있다. 이와 같은 여가시간의 증가는 독신자들에게는 좀더 많은 여유시간을 가족을 이루고 있는 가족구성원들에게는 가족과의 유대를 강화하는 휴식과 오락의 소비 트렌드를 창출시켰다. 이와 더불어 외식은 식사를 해결하기 위한 단순한 수단에서 벗어나 동기와 동반자에 따라 달라지는 행동 패턴을 나타내고 있으며, 연령과 목적에 따라 세분화되는 분명한 선호도를 나타낸다. 지난 10여 년간 외국으로부터 수입된 다양한

Assessing the Impacts of EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanisms and Its Policy Implications: An Environmentally Extended Input-Output Analysis (환경산업연관분석을 활용한 탄소국경조정 메커니즘 도입에 따른 국내 산업계 영향 분석과 대응전략)

  • This paper aims to quantify the potential economic burdens of EU's carbon border adjustment mechanisms faced by Korean domestic industries. In addition, this study tries to compare and analyzes changes in the burden of each industry resulted from the implementation of the domestic low-carbon policy. Based on the quantitative findings, we intend to suggest policy implications for establishing mid- to long-term strategies in response to climate change risks. Based on the environmentally extended input-output analysis, the total economic burdens of the domestic industries due to the EU's carbon border adjustment mechanisms are estimated to be approximately KRW 8,245.6 billion in 2030. Looking at the impacts by industry, it is found that major industries such as petrochemicals, petroleum refining, transportation equipment, steel, automobiles, and electric/electronic equipment industries are expected to account for 84.3% of the total potential burdens. In addition, in multiple policy scenarios assuming technological developments and energy transition following the implementation of domestic low-carbon policies, the total economic burden of carbon border adjustment is expected to decrease by about 11.7% to 15.0%. The main result of this study suggests that we should not view EU EU's carbon border adjustment mechanism as a trade regulation, but to use it as a momentum for more effective implementation of the low-carbon and energy transition strategies in the global carbon neural era.

Robust Motorbike License Plate Detection and Recognition using Image Warping based on YOLOv2 (YOLOv2 기반의 영상워핑을 이용한 강인한 오토바이 번호판 검출 및 인식)

  • Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) is a technology required for many applications such as Intelligent Transportation Systems and Video Surveillance Systems. Most of the studies have studied were about the detection and recognition of license plates on cars, and there is very little about detecting and recognizing license plates on motorbikes. In the case of a car, the license plate is located at the front or rear center of the vehicle and is a straight or slightly sloped license plate. Also, the background of the license plate is mainly monochromatic, and license plate detection and recognition process is less complicated. However since the motorbike is parked by using a kickstand, it is inclined at various angles when parked, so the process of recognizing characters on the motorbike license plate is more complicated. In this paper, we have developed a 2-stage YOLOv2 algorithm to detect the area of a license plate after detection of a motorbike area in order to improve the recognition accuracy of license plate for motorbike data set parked at various angles. In order to increase the detection rate, the size and number of the anchor boxes were adjusted according to the characteristics of the motorbike and license plate. Image warping algorithms were applied after detecting tilted license plates. As a result of simulating the license plate character recognition process, the proposed method had the recognition rate of license plate of 80.23% compared to the recognition rate of the conventional method(YOLOv2 without image warping) of 47.74%. Therefore, the proposed method can increase the recognition of tilted motorbike license plate character by using the adjustment of anchor boxes and the image warping which fit the motorbike license plate.

A Study on the Braking Force Distribution of ADAS Vehicle (첨단 운전자 보조시스템 장착 차량의 브레이크 제동력 분배에 관한 연구)

  • Many countries have provided support for research and development and implemented policies for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for enhancing the safety of vehicles. With such efforts, the toll of casualties due to traffic accidents has decreased gradually. Korea has exhibited the lowest toll of casualties due to traffic accidents and is ranked 32nd in mortality among the 35 OECD members. Traffic accidents typically fall into three categories depending on the cause of the accident: vehicle to vehicle (V2V), vehicle to pedestrian (V2P), and vehicle independent. Most accidents are caused by drivers' mistakes in recognition, judgment, or operation. ADAS has been proposed to prevent and reduce accidents from such human errors. Moreover, the global automobile industry has recently been developing various safety measures, but on-road tests are still limited and contain various risks. Therefore, this study investigated the international standards for evaluation tests with regard to the assessment techniques in braking capability to cope with the limitations of on-road tests. A theoretical formula for braking force and a control algorithm are proposed, which were validated by comparing the results with those from an on-road test. These results verified the braking force depending on the functions of ADAS. The risks of on-road tests can be reduced because the proposed theoretical formula allows a prediction of the tendencies.

Analysis of Automotive HMI Characteristics through On-road Driving Research (실차 주행 연구를 통한 차량별 HMI 특성 분석)

  • With the appearance of self-driving cars and electric cars, the automobile industry is rapidly changing. In the midst of these changes, HMI studies are becoming more important as to how the driver obtains safety and convenience with controlling the vehicle. This study sought to understand how automobile manufacturers understand the driving situation, and how they define and limit driver interaction. For this, prior studies about HMI were reviewed and 15 participants performed an on-road study to drive vehicles from five manufacturers with using their interfaces. The results of the study confirmed that buttons and switches that are easily controlled by the user while driving were different from manufacturer to manufacturer. And there are some buttons that are more intensively controlled and others that are difficult to control while driving. It was able to derive 'selection and concentration' from Audi's vehicle, 'optimization of the driving ' from BMW's, 'simple and minimize' from Benz's vehicle, 'remove the manual distraction' from the vehicle of Lexus, and 'visual stability' from KIA's vehicle as the distinctive keywords for the HMI. This shows that each manufacturer has a different definition and interpretation of the driver's driving control area. This study has a distinct value in that it has identified the characteristics of vehicle-specific HMI in actual driving conditions, which is not apparent in appearance. It is expected that this research approach can be useful to see differences in interaction through actual driving despite changes in driving environment such as vehicle platooning and self-driving technology.

  • 모든 과학기술지식은 객관성을 지닌 관찰과 실험과 측정에 의해서 이루어진다. 이렇게함으로써 과학기술지식은 재현성과 영구성을 가져오게 되며, 올바른 전승과 누적적 발전을 가져오는데 이 과학기술지식의 질서체계를 유지하는데 근본적인 역할을 하는 것이 표준이다. 시간, 길이, 온도, 무게 등의 기본 측정단위와 광속, 중력 등의 물리화학적 상수, 법정계량단위, 각종 공업 규격, 안정 규정 등 수 없이 많은 표준은 효과적인 공동 인식과 객관적 판단의 기준으로 활용되고 있다. 현대의 과학기술이 다양하게 발전하고 이에 따라 우리의 생활도 더욱 복잡한 구조를 이루면서 표준에 대한 필요성도 더욱 높아가고 있다. 표준에 대한 깊은 생각없이도 우리는 자동차에 주유할때 표준단위를 통해 원하는 분량을 말하며, 카메라의 필름 종류를 선택할 때도 국제표준기구(ISO: International Standards Organization)의 규격을 사용하는데 익숙해져 있다. 이렇게 표준은 우리 일상생활과 밀접한 관계에 있으나 소비자 입장에서는 그 가치를 절실히 느끼지 못한 것이 사실이며 표준이 없음으로 해서 일어나는 불편과 혼란에 대해서는 무관심한 것이 사실이다. 일상생활에서 일어나는 표준의 역할을 우리가 잘 이해한다면 표준이 왜 필요한가를 쉽게 인식하게 될 것이다. 최근 정보산업이 새로운 물결로 사회전반에 영향을 미치고 있으며 이에 따라 정보의 수집, 가공, 저장 및 배포의 처리 과정에서도 제반 표준화의 필요성이 크게 대두되었다. 그 결과로 최근 10여년간에 수백종의 기술기준, 지침서 및 기본/기능 표준규격이 제정되어 왔다. 이와 같이 어떤 특별한 영역에서의 표준에 대한 요구가 있을 때 관련 규격이 제정되게 된다. 표준의 제정을 위한 다음 단계는 그 주제에 관한 표준(또는 규격)개발에 관심을 가진 사람들이 모이는 일일 것이다. 통계분야에서도 몇가지 표준화 활동이 ISO 를 중심으로 진행되고 있다. 예를 들면 실험과 검증 결과의 표현과 해석, 표본추출 방법 등에 관한 것으로 이들은 통계의 응용분야에서 꼭 필요한 표준이다. 구체적인 예로서 우리나라 국민의 표준체위값을 설정하기 위하여 측정조사할 때 측정방법 뿐 아니라 표본추출 방법과 통계자료 처리과정의 표준화가 이루어 지지 않는다면 각 기관에서 조사 발표하는 체위관계 자료가 상이하여 국가기관의 통계자료에 대한 신뢰성이 저하되고 통계값을 이용하여 의류, 신발 등의 제품을 제조하는 산업계에 혼란을 야기시킬 수 있다. 본 고에서는 ISO의 활동을 정보처리 분야에 초점을 맞춰 간략하게 설명하고 통계분야의 국제 활동을 비전문가인 필자들이 아는대로 소개하는 한편 국내활동의 필요성을 강조하여 관련 기관, 학계 및 산업계 관련전문가들의 ISO 국내활동 참여를 제의하고자 한다.

  • In this work, we have discussed new engineering systems for preparing carbon master batch composed by carbon black and various organic compounds. In general, polymer resin, which applied for automobile tire, household items, and various industry items, is used with the fillers including carbon black and silica to control the color or properties. Domestic part and material industry has been remarkably developed in that the development of materials including the compounding of raw materials. Meanwhile, the engineering technique for mass production has not reached to a requirement of industry due to slow technique development and high dependence on foreign. Thus, we will focus on the introduction of new engineering technique developed by domestic company for preparing carbon master batch.

The Efficiency Analysis of Firms Having Established a Business Intelligence System Using DEA/Time-Window Analysis (DEA를 이용한 기업의 Business Intelligence 시스템 도입 효율성에 대한 비교 평가 연구)

  • In this paper, DEA analysis is employed to compare and evaluate the relative efficiency of a business intelligence (BI) system among five industrial groups such as IT and financial services, electricity and electronics, energy and chemistry, automotive and heavy machinery, and food and apparel. Especially, this study has analyzed the improving tendency of relative efficiency of the industrial groups since they adopted the BI System using Time-Window Analysis. The research findings show that the energy and chemical industry group tends to be remarkably more efficient than the other groups and the electrical and electronic industry turns out to gradually improve their efficiency since the adoption of the BI system.
