A Study of Eye Refraction state on old Age (노안의 굴절이상과 안경착용에 대한 연구)

  • This study can provide the accurate information on the treatment of visual acuity of a old ages by test of eye refraction state. The test was performed the visual acuity test by the object methods, and subjects was the over 45 old age. The eye types were 12% positive for emmetropia, 19% for myopia. and 69% for hyperopia, respectively. The abnormal refraction eyes were 3% positive for simple myopic astigmatism, 16% for myopic astigmatism, 14% for simple hyperopia, 5% for simple hyperopic astigmatism, 62% for mixed astigmatism, respectively. The axis of astigmatisms were 72% positive for against-the-rule astigmatism, 21% for with-the-rule astigmatism, 7% for ablique astigmatism, respectively.

  • Ocular lens failure can be verified by measuring the elastic wave velocity diffraction patterns of monochromatic wave applied with elastic wave were detected using optical heterodyne method. The elastic wave velocity was measured by analysing the diffraction patterns. According to measured results of the longitudinal elastic wave velocity of the middle index-refraction and high index-refraction lens are 6588.5575 m/s and 3973.53 m/s, respectively.

  • Methyl fructoside acrylate and methacrylate were synthesized by lipase-catalyzed glycosylation of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and vinyl methacrylate with ${\beta}$-methyl fructoside in t-butanol as a reaction medium. From the optimum conditions of enzymatic synthesis for acrylate and methacrylate, we obtained 78% conversion for methyl fructoside acrylate and 93% conversion for methyl fructoside methacrylate. The polymerizable sugar acrylates have potential application as biomedical polymer such as hodrogel contact lens.

  • Visible light spectrum emitted from $H_2$ plasma in the parallel plate reactor using a commercial electric power are investigated by optical emission spectroscopy. Intensity of visible light is measured as a function of $H_2$ pressure and discharging power, and the intensity is compared with plasma density measured with the probe. As a result, the intensity is affected by plasma density and the plasma density is controlled the $H_2$ pressure and the discharging power.

  • It is formed of 3D image stereopsis by the left right retina image's fusion and can be made 3D-Stereogram because of occuring the depth perception of binocular disparity. We made the 3D-stereogram of the object of shape a ball and the eyes by taking a photograph of the light source's position angle contrast of the binocular disparity's field angle. We examined that 3D-stereogram was to be the stereopsis.

  • A variable process of blur circle is calculated for a artificial hyperopia. The calculation is used to the value of Gullstrand's theoretical eye and a method of geometrical optics. The theoretical eye simplified a entrance pupil and the retina. Ophthalmic lens and eye changed a equivalent lens. Refractive power of a equivalent lens is converted to focal length within theoretical eye, and this is calculated about relation of a blur circle on the retina and ophthalmic lens.

시야계의 양안 불일치와 입체시

  • 동물계의 몇 곤충을 제외한 대부분 두 개의 눈을 가지고 시 생활을 하게 된다. 이런 두 개의 눈은 진화 과정에서 생존을 위해 필요 충분한 요인인 것이다. 눈의 시야계의 역할을 주변에서 일어나는 사항에 대해서 생존을 위한 즉각적인 대처를 할 수 있게 하고 주변 환경에 대한 정보를 정확하고 빠르게 수용하기 위한 것이며, 외부 환경의 3차원 세계의 정보를 지각하기 위한 것이다. 사람이 볼 수 있는 수평각은 $210^{\circ}$로 다른 동물에 비해 가장 작은 값을 갖으나, 두 눈을 동시에 한 사물을 관찰 할 수 있는 3 차원적 지각 각도는 $130^{\circ}$로 다른 동물에 비해 가 장 큰 값을 갖고 있다. 이런 현상은 사람에게 3차원 영상의 수용이 가장 진화된 것으로 이와 관련된 입체시와 양안 불일치의 형성 원리를 설명 할려고 한다. 양안 불일치는 양 눈과 관련되기 때문이다. 이런 단서는 두 눈은 서로 다른 위치에서 세계를 보기 때문 외부 세계에 대해서 두 개의 약간 서로 다른 시점을 가진다 라는 사실에 기인한다.

  • Fresnel-Kirchhoff's Integration enables us to achieve the diffraction pattern for the triangle stop. We have arranged the integral variables on the generalized coordinates and unlike the rectangularity or circle, the center of mass of the triangle does not have the symmetric position on the origin of the coordinates. Hence the solution for the system shows a difficulty for the expression in the simple formula which we see in the case of the rectangularity or circle.
