그간 관심의 초점이 되었던 성인인증장치의 그 구체적 범위를 지정하는 국민건강증진법시행규칙개정령안이 입법예고 되었다. 지난 2003년 7월 29일 청소년 금연을 위하여 성인인증담배자판기의 합법적인 설치를 인정하는 국민건강증진법이 개정된 이후, 보건복지부 건강정책과에서는 협회를 중심으로 한 산업계 의견을 수렴하여 구체적인 성인인증장치의 범위를 규정하는 국민건강증진법시행규칙 세부안을 준비해 왔다. 이번 공고안에 따르면 성인인증장치의 범위를 신분증 방식만이 아닌 신용카드 등 금용신용거래장치에 의한 방법까지를 포함해 기술의 다양성 측면을 반영했다. 금호 정책초점에서는 새롭게 공고된 국민건강증진법시행규칙의 세부 내용과 이번 입법이 미칠 시장영향에 대해 살펴보는 시간을 마련했다.

4차 산업혁명시대가 도래함에 따라 자동화, 인공지능 등의 도입으로 다수의 전통적인 일자리가 소멸되거나 변동성이 커지게 되면서 일자리 공급은 감소하고 새로운 기술과 아이디어로 재고용 또는 자기 고용 기회를 찾아야 하는 사회적 수요가 커지고 있다. 이러한 시대변화에 능동적으로 대처하고, 현재의 삶의 위기를 극복하기 위하여 직업전환을 꾀하거나 자기개발을 하기 위한 성인학습자들의 창업에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구를 위하여 성인학습자 207명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 본 연구는 창업교육이 성인학습자의 창업의지와 창업행동에 관한 연구를 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다.

현재까지 유해한 컨텐츠(Contents)를 차단하기 위한 활발한 연구가 있었으나, 사람의 음성(speech)정보를 이용한 필터링(filtering) 기법에 대한 연구는 활발히 이루어지지 않은 측면이 있다. 본 논문은 동영상 데이터를 가지고 있는 여러 데이터 중에서 음성 정보의 분석을 통하여 일반 컨텐츠와 성인 컨텐츠를 분류하기 위함이다. 본 논문은 음성 정보 중에서 음성 정보의 특징을 가장 잘 다루는 피치 검출을 통한 정보의 분석을 통한 성인 컨텐츠의 필터링에 그 목적이 있다. 현재까지 진행되고 있는 필터링(filtering)방법에 대한 수행 결과보다 개선된 성능을 보이고자 한다. 즉, 음성 정보의 특징 정보를 이용한 성인 컨텐츠(Adult Contents)분류 기법을 활용하는 것으로 성인 컨텐츠(Adult Contents)에서 두드러지는 특징을 보이는 사운드 패턴을 분석하는 것이다.

세상이 뚱뚱해지고 있다. 수많은 국가에서는 비만 인구 비율이 지난 몇 십 년 만에 두 배가 되었다. 미국의 성인 절반이 비만이다. 멕시코 성인의 3분의 1이상, 호주와 영국 성인의 4분의 1 이상이 비만이다. 사하라 이남의 아프리카에서 조차도 도시 주민들 사이에서 비만인구가 급속히 증기하고 있다는 연구 결과가 있다.

석회동굴(石灰洞窟)의 성인설에 관한 학술이론은 많이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 그 대부분이 획일적으로 동굴형성에 주인이 되고 있다고는 볼수 없으며 대부분의 동굴들이 몇가지 이론에 적용을 받고 있는 혼합적인 성인(成因)을 지니고 있는 경우가 많다. 이제 최근에 거론되고 있는 석회동굴 생성에 관한 학설을 소개하면 다음과 같다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to identify the proportion of the population with the alcohol use disorder among the Korean adults. To the author's knowledge, this study was the first social work article to survey the prevalence of the alcohol use disorder using the randomly selected sample. The survey instrument included the Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test, the Brief Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test. and the Korean Alcoholism Screening Test to identify the rates of problem drinkers and alcoholics. The instrument also included items to ask the respondents' drinking frequencies, drinking amounts, and heavy drinking. The findings of the study indicated that Koreans had severe alcohol problems. 322 percent of the respondents were identified as those who have experienced drinking-related problems in the past year. This study found 4.2 percent of the respondents as alcoholics and estimated that 1.34 million of the Korean adult population were alcoholics. This study concludes that social workers should use screening tools to early identify clients with alcohol problems and develop effective programs to assist those clients and their families. Finally this study provide suggestions for future studies.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between caregivng stress and depression of the caregiver. The data was collected through by a survey on to married adults who are responsible for the care of old parents. The survey(by purposive sampling) was conducted over the course of for the three months duration from Jan. to Feb. 2014. A total of Finally, 307 copies of the questionnaire retrieved were used for analysis. First, in the case of women, those in their 50s or over, and in the all both gender cases, those who live in rural area, and those who perceive their economic levels as 'low' tend to have higher caregivng stress than other kinds of groups. Second, those who do not have spouses, and those who perceive their economic levels as 'low' tend to have higher depression than other kinds of groups, and those who hold the whole responsibility of caring old parents had a severe high depression. Third, it was found that the greater higher the caregivng stress of caregivers get, the more serious higher their stresses become get.

With the emergence of lifelong learning society and the decrease in school-age population, structural changes of universities are lead to an adult-friendly university system reform. Since 2008, university-based lifelong education activation projects, such as the lifelong learning-centered university cultivation project and the lifelong learning college project have been accelerated as a university lifelong education system support project that integrated both projects in 2015. This study analyzed the present status of university lifelong education system support project management, according to four analysis frameworks; adult-friendly curriculum, adult learner support system, evaluation of diverse learning performances, and empowerment of adult learners, based on adults' learning desire for higher education in a lifelong learning society. University lifelong education system reform suggests to aim at promotion of empowered adult learners, who give themselves positions and roles, through cultural adaptation and integration between generations.

The purpose of this study is to explore whether reading picturebooks portraying children's play assists adult readers to recall their childhood play memories according to the narrative model of human development. In this study, adult readers recalled their play memories before and after reading a picturebook depicting children's play. Adult readers' responses to the picturebooks were also collected. The types of play from their memories were categorized and the responses were qualitatively analyzed through open coding. The results indicated that first, before reading picturebooks portraying children's play, the type of play that adult readers mostly recalled was games with rules which happened outdoor. Second, after reading a picturebook, adult readers recalled new play memories which contained more detailed elements of narratives. Third, most adult readers responded to picturebooks either emotionally or aesthetically. This study suggests the perspective on picturebooks as a literature and art genre for readers from birth to death. In addition, as an evocative object, a picturebooks could assist adult readers to recall and rediscover their childhood.
