최근에 이르러 인공신경망의 발전은 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) 알고리즘을 활용한 이미지 분석 및 검색 시스템에 비약적인 기여를 하고 있다. 이는 이미지를 입력으로 받아 유사한 이미지를 찾아내는 기능을 향상시키는 연구를 촉진시켰다. 이와 같은 기술의 실용화는 다양한 분야를 포괄하며, 대표적으로 쇼핑몰의 상품검색, 검색 엔진 등에 응용되어 사용자의 편의를 제고하고 있다. 이에 따라 상품명에 대한 정보가 없는 상황에서도 단순한 이미지 정보를 통해 원하는 상품을 검색하는 것이 가능해졌다. 그러나, 실제 세계의 이미지에는 다양한 객체들이 복잡하게 혼재하고 있어 CNN 알고리즘 단독으로는 이미지 내부의 객체를 정확히 분석하고, 그 객체가 포함된 다른 이미지들을 효과적으로 검색하는데 한계가 있음이 인지되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 객체 탐지 알고리즘을 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 본 논문에서는 객체 탐지 알고리즘을 통해 이미지 내부의 객체를 분석하고, 그에 따른 유사 객체를 포함하는 이미지를 찾아내는 전략을 제시한다. 이를 통해 이미지 분석 및 검색의 정확성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 가능성을 제안한다.

중소기업간 협력 활동은 사업의 전체 혹은 일정 부분에 대하여 분업이나 협업의 관계를 맺는 공동사업의 형태로 나타난다. 기업간 연결의 강도에 따라 기업들간에 형성되는 분업과 협업의 관계를 시장형, 중간조직형, 위계조직형으로 구분할 때, 중소기업간 공동사업은 중간조직형에 속하는 일종의 기업간 네트워크라고 볼 수 있다. 물론 네트워크형의 협력관계를 추진하는 방식도 업무제휴, 지분제휴, 합작투자, 컨소시엄 등으로 다양하다. 그러나 완전한 자본적 통합에 따른 위계적 조직과는 달리 참여기업들이 독립성을 유지하면서, 네트워크 밖의 기업에 대해 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 형성한다는 공통점을 가지고 있다. 기업간 협력관계를 통해 참여 기업들이 얻을 수 있는 혜택에 관한 기존연구들은 크게 두 가지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 하나는 기업의 생산함수를 중심으로 그 이점을 파악하는 것이고 다른 하나는 관계의 종류에 따라 기업간 거래관계를 관리하는 소위 거래비용의 효율성을 중심으로 혜택을 파악하는 접근방법이다. 전자의 접근방법을 따를 때, 기업간 협력의 근본 유인은 규모의 경제(혹은 비경제), 범위의 경제, 집적의 경제, 구도의 경제 등이 협력관계에서 발생하는 혜택의 근본 원천이다. 기술과 제도의 발전, 시장과 경쟁환경의 변화에 따른 기업간 협력의 필요성은 갈수록 증대되고 있다. 소비자들의 요구는 매우 개성화 다양화되고 종합화되는 추세이다. 더불어 기술개발의 비용이 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있으며, 경쟁의 격화로 기술 및 제품의 진부화도 급속도로 이루어지고 있다. 세계화 상품고도화 서비스산업화 정보화 등으로 특징지워지는 새로운 경쟁환경 아래에서 장기적으로 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해서는 시장중심적인 관점에서 형성된 기업간 전략적 연계를 바탕으로, 정보의 집적을 통해 다양한 생산성 향상 혹은 관계효율성 향상의 경제를 추구하는 것이 필연적 전제 조건이 되었다. 기업간 경쟁보다는 최종제품의 생산과 판매를 위해 형성된 기업네트워크간의 경쟁이 중시되는 시대인 것이다. 동서간(東西間) 중소기업(中小企業)의 협력(協力)을 새삼스럽게 논의하는 것은 다분히 정치적이라는 느낌을 준다. 경제적인 관점에서 실익이 있음에도 불구하고 동서간 중소기업의 협력이 이루어지지 못하고 있다면, 그 이유는 기업정보의 수집과 유통상의 문제이거나 문화나 기업관행에 대한 잘못된 선입관에서 비롯된 관계 관리비용 계산상의 문제일 것이다. 현실적으로 이 가능성은 매우 낮다. 산업의 발전 정도나 연관성에 있어서 동서축보다는 남북축을 따라 기업간 협력이 이루어질 수 밖에 없는 우리나라의 현재 상황이 동서간보다는 남북간 경제교류를 유도하고 있는 것이다. 동서간 중서기업 협력체제의 구축에 대한 논의가 본질적으로 정치적 관심에서 비롯되었다는 전제 하에, 구축의 방안을 논의하고자 한다. 경제적으로도 타당하면서 정치적으로 관심을 유발할 수 있는 협력체제 구축방안으로, 기업간 네트워크의 조직 주체로서 최근에 논의되고 있는 새로운 형태의 마케팅회사를 동서간에 공동으로 설립할 것을 제안한다. 영구 지속적 공동사업관계보다는 프로젝트별 공동사업을 전제로 기업들 사이의 효과적인 네트워크를 형성함으로써 일종의 가상적 기업을 결성할 필요가 있다. 이러한 기업간 네트워크 형성의 실행주체가 될 수 있는 새로운 마케팅 전문기업의 형태로는 공동회사(空洞會社)(hollow company), 종합상사(綜合商社)(General Trading Company), 거래형 마케팅회사(Marketing Exchange Company), 변환형 마케팅회사(Marketing Coalition Company) 등을 들 수 있다. 양 지역에서는 소비자환경과 기술환경의 특성 및 양 지역의 경제에 대한 파급효과를 고려하여 가장 적합한 마케팅회사의 유형은 선택하여 육성하고, 이를 중심으로 강력한 양 지역 및 다른 지역에 입지한 기업간의 네트워크를 구축하여야 한다. 마케팅회사를 설립하고 완전한 마케팅 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 육성하기 위해서는 많은 투자가 필요하다. 마케팅회사의 핵심기능 분야인 금융부문, 정보부문, 영업조직 등은 모두 막대한 투자를 필요로하는 기능영역이다. 정보부문은 기술의 발전과 범세계적인 정보관련기관과의 제휴를 통해 독자적인 구축이 어느 정도 가능하나, 영업조직의 구축을 위해서는 기존업체와의 연대가 필수적인 것으로 판단된다. 지속적으로 효과적인 기업간 네트워크를 형성하고 유지하기 위해서는 또한 기업간 관계를 관리하는 방식과 제도 및 수단에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 양 지역 산 학 관의 공동노력을 통해서 새로운 경제 환경에 가장 적합한 기업 형태로 제시된 바 있는 마케팅 전문회사 중심의 기업간 네트워크를 성공적으로 구축한다면, 양 지역 및 국가 경제의 지속적인 동력원이 될 수 있을 것이다

Ultra High Definition(hereafter UHD), Next-generation video technology, was quickening in the request of many years of the recipient and the authors who have been towards the higher sense of reality. The change of the medium has resulted in a mutation in the detailed content and the point of view overlooking the world as evidenced through the history. Thus the emergence of UHD will also be expected to require to manufacture unique technology. Therefore, this paper, especially in the documentary among the video content, tries to study the changes in the manufacturing process by UHD video technology. Moreover UHD video screen technology such as high resolution tries to analyse for the fitness for purpose of the documentary that transmission of the accuracy and the change from a documentary video production. In addition, I try to explore the improvement in the choice of shooting material expected to be a problem, even for the advance of the work on the second half and backup according to the enormous data. We derive the developmental aspects that UHD video technology in documentary production is brought about by the research plan described above. It is intended to contribute to the development of content production with the development of technology.

The game policy in China takes the way of promoting the development of domestic enterprises through protecting the growth of those. Qipao is a national costume of China and a representative Chinese symbol with unique cultural meanings. This study first outlines the concept and development history of Qipao, sorts out existing literature, and summarizes the five elements of Qipao through previous study. Then, based on the theory of cultural levels and design characteristics, focusing on the design characteristics of the three levels of the outer level, middle level and inner level of culture, it analyzes the specific meaning of the five elements of Qipao. Through research, it was found that there are various developmental relationships between the three levels of culture for each element of Qipao. Through the study, it is found that Qipao, as a typical Chinese dress, not only has the research significance of design, but also has rich cultural connotations and diversified information on social, economic, technological, and fashion development. This study can enable us to fully understand the historical and social value and modern significance of the Chinese Qipao, and can provide basic data for fashion design researchers. This study is a basic research for the modernization of traditional Chinese clothing.

본 논문은 영 호남 양 지역의 백색가전제품(냉장고, 세탁기 두 제품에 한정함)제조기지에서 출시되는 제품의 원가분석을 통해서 강한 원가우위를 유지할 수 있을 것인가 하는 문제에 대해 먼저 양 지역의 산업군집(regional cluster)의 형성요인, 발전요인 및 경쟁력 현황을 1차, 2차 자료의 수집을 통해 분석하고 가용자료의 한계속에서 제품별 원가구성을 도시하여 비교하였다. 위 두 분석의 결과를 가지고 가용전략을 도출하였다. 글로벌 경쟁속에서 지속적인 비교우위는 점차 멀리 떨어져있는 경쟁자들이 대적할 수 없는 지방적인 것, 그것이 지식이건 관련성이건 아니면 개인 및 집단의 성취동기이건 간에, 그 내부에 놓이게 된다. 양 지역 가전산업의 발전전략으로 재료비 비중의 혁신적 절감방안(신소재 개발 R&D 추구), 국내외 관련산업과의 전략적 제휴, 고유의 우위요소 개발, 지역군집 또는 집적효과의 이용, SERM모형의 대입, 품질원가제도의 강화 등을 연역 귀납하였다.

우리나라는 중국과 일본을 연계하는 동서항로와 러시아에서 동남아시아로 이어지는 남북항로의 연계거점에 위치하는 입지적 강점에도 불구하고 국제 크루즈 시장 여건이 성숙되지 못했다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 국내 크루즈 관광의 현황을 짚어보고 일본 사례의 성공요인을 분석하여 크루즈 관광의 발전 방향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 기 수행되었던 연구보고서 및 데이트를 활용하였다. 조사결과 문화체육관광부 등 관계부처 협업을 통해 크루즈 관광 거점 구축, 단기적으로 인센티브를 활용하여 외국 선사 유치 전략과 더불어 중장기적으로는 자국 선사, 상품 구축 동시 병행이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Due to the convergence between digital devices and the development of wireless communication technology, bit-signal sensor miniaturization, building an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) which is a digital version of a paper chart that contains all of a patient's medical history and the information of Electronic Health Record (EHR), Ubiquitous healthcare (u-Healthcare) that can monitor their health status and provide personal healthcare service anytime and anywhere. Also, the appearance of cloud computing technology is one of the factors that accelerate the development of u-healthcare service. However, if the individual information to be used maliciously during the u-healthcare service utilization, leads to serious problems directly related to the individual's life because if it goes beyond the level of simple health screening and treatment, it may not provide accurate and reliable healthcare services. For this reason, we analyzed a variety of security issues related to u-healthcare service in cloud computing environment and described about directions of secure health information sharing system construction. In addition, we suggest the future developmental direction for th activation of u-healthcare industry.

Nowadays, cities are developing rapidly, and the development of old and new towns are not balanced. The decline of old towns has promoted the development of new towns, leading to serious decline of old towns, population loss, and environmental degradation. This research hopes to alleviate the decline of the old town, try to find a balance between the old and the new towns, and use the development concept of "symbiosis" to develop the old and new towns together. The new and old towns will develop together, so that the old towns will be rejuvenated. Research method is to conduct preliminary research and theoretical investigation on the two parts of "symbiosis" and community space, sort out the space composition and characteristic elements, propose the concept of symbiosis community, and conduct case analysis. Since 2016, China has implemented the 'Symbiosis Institute' renewal project in Beijing. It selected the case of the post-2016 alley community in Dongcheng and Xicheng District, Beijing for analysis, and conducted a questionnaire survey to finally obtain the results of the analysis. According to the choice of spatial composition and characteristics in each case, and at the same time refer to the results of the questionnaire, sort out the results of importance. In the future design, we hope to use the above design strategy as a reference to realize the city's "symbiotic" development.

This study examines the consequent impact which Cheonggyechoen restoration project of Seoul makes on pedestrian network structure around the inner city, especially in terms of sustainable developments and the city's balanced development. It identifies variation of Global Integration and Local Integration of the pedestrian networks which is compared by before and after conditions with east-west and south-north walking axis by using Space Syntax. The results show respectively different set of Global and Local Integration. First, Global Integration shows high performance along the east-west axis, while pedestrian spatial networking is balancing through Donhwamunno and Samillo. Second, Local Integration illustrates both performance along both the east-west axis and the south-north axis after restoration of network. It is primarily concentrated in Taepyeongno$\sim$Samillo section(business and commercial-centered) before the restoration. In addition, total integration is holistically improved while the networking in Samillo$\sim$Baeogaegil section(the instrument shopping streets) if almost same as one another Moreover, in Baeogaegil$\sim$Dongdaemun Stadium section(market-centered), the connectivity of Cheonggyechoenro is improved after the restoration. All in all, Cheonggyechoen restoration project of Seoul allows traffics to be equally accessible from the east-west axis and the south-north axis and contributes to the connectivity improvement of the east-west axis as well as the south-north axis.
