The purpose of this study is to investigate the academic librarians' perception of the current status and establishment of the development plans of domestic university libraries to suggest ways to increase usefulness of development plans. And this study sought ways to establish the academic library development plan that reflected the key components of the development plan. To this end, a survey was conducted on academic library librarians, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the persons in charge of the academic library development plan to supplement the limitations of survey. The results are as follows. First, the establishment of academic library development plans tend to be formal and passive, and has limitation in eliciting cooperation between external organizations and academic libraries. Second, most academic libraries do not disclose their development plans on their websites. Third, the awareness of the leaders of the academic library organization needs to be preceded, and a task force needs to be formed to establish development plan. As a result of the study, it is suggested that 'active changes in the perceptions and operation method within academic libraries', 'external disclosure of development plans and strengthening cooperation', and 'strengthening the initiative and role of librarians' are needed as improvement measures.

최근 주요 기업들을 대상으로 전력 사용을 100% 재생에너지로 전환하자는 RE100 캠페인이 국내외에서 뜨거운 관심을 받고 있다. 2019년 12월 기준으로는 Apple, BMW Group 등 전 세계 211개 기업이 RE100 캠페인에 참여한 것으로 알려져 있다. RE100이 확산됨에 따라 해외 RE100 기업이 국내 협력기업에게도 재생에너지 사용을 요청하는 사례가 발생하고 있는데, 국내는 RE100 도입을 위한 전력거래제도가 마련되지 않았고, 재생에너지 발전원가가 높아 당장의 RE100 이행은 어려운 상황이다. 이에 따라, 장차 RE100이 국내 기업에 무역장벽으로 작용할 가능성이 제기되고 있어 본고에서는 RE100의 현황과 RE100 도입 비용을 낮추는 방안으로써 RE100과 탄소배출권의 연계에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 통해 탄소배출권과 연계한 RE100 이행이 가능해지는 경우, 국내 재생에너지 보급 확대 및 국가 탄소배출 감축 계획 이행에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

최근 경제자유구역에 관한 법률이 통과되면서 인천, 부산, 광양항이 그 첫 번째 대상지로 지정될 예정이다. 그러나 경제자유구역 제도는 동북아 비즈니스 중심국가 상업의 일환으로 매우 중요한 사업이지만 수도권과 대도시 중심의 지역간 불균형발전 초래, 유사한 제도인 자유무역지역이나 관세 자유지역, 국제자유도시, 외국인투자유치지역 등과의 중복성으로 자칫 비효율적인 투자가 우려되고 있다. 본 연구는 군산항 인근을 경제자유구역으로 지정할 필요성과 잠재력을 제시하고, 경제자유구역제도의 발전방향과 유사지역과의 통합정보 관리시스템 도입방안을 제시하고자 한다.

교통은 오늘날의 문명사회를 저울질 할 수 있는 바로메타로서 인류생활의 향상과 발전에 크게 이바지해 온 것은 틀림없는 사실이다. 그러나 교통은 사람과 도로와 자동차의 조화 속에서 이루어지는 인간-기계계(man-machine system)인 것으로서 이들 요소들은 정삼각형을 구성하는 것으로서 어느 쪽에도 불합리나 결함이 자리잡게 되면 무섭고도 끔찍한 교통사고를 일으키고 만다. 이와 같은 사실은 최근의 교통사고 사망자수에 대한 변화를 찾아보더라도 그 엄청난 피해를 그냥 보아 넘길 수는 없는 것이다. 교통이란 본래 공간적인 이동을 그 기능으로 하고 있다. 사람들의 생활과, 이와 같은 생활을 둘러싸는 모든 활동은 확대, 확산된 공간속에서 실시되고 있는 것인데 여기에서 사회를 형성하게 된다. 따라서 교통이 발달한다는 것은 곧 사회적 교류를 드높이면서 그의 향상과 발전을 도모하게 될 것인데 이 때의 문제점을 기존통계를 중심으로 분석하면서 그의 교통안전교육에 대한 시행방안을 고찰하고자 한다.

이 글은 제품개발과정 중 하나인 시작품 제작과정의 경쟁력 향상 방안을 연구, 조사하였다. 이 글 에서는 시작품 제작과정을 대별하여 비금형방식, 무모델방식, 마스터모델의 복제방식으로 구분 하였으며, 이들 방식의 향후 연구개발 방향은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있을 것이다. 첫째, 비금형 방식의 향후 발전성은 신기술인 3차원 인쇄장치의 발전 방향과 그 맥을 같이 할 것이다. 둘째, 무모델방식에 의한 시작품의 제작인바, 이는 제작 정밀도의 우수성 때문에 양질의 시제품을 제작할 수 있다는 장점을 지니게 된다. 마지막으로, 이 글에서 중점적으로 설명되어진 복제에 의한 시작금형의 제작은 복제의 기본인 마스터 모델의 제작 정밀도 및 신속성이 각종 NC공작기계 및 3차원 인쇄장치의 발전으로 가능 하여져서 최근에 크게 주목받고 있는 분야이다.

국내 농업은 농가인구의 감소와 고령화로 인해 노동력 부족현상이 발생하고 있으며, 사료 원부자재비 에너지 비용 등의 생산비 증가와 FTA 등 농업 시장 개방 가속화로 인하여 많은 어려움에 직면해 있다. 또한 소비자의 고품질 농수산물에 대한 수요 증가와 농수산물의 안전성에 관한 관심으로 인하여 농수산물의 품질향상 및 생산성 제고가 필요한 시점이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 농업 ICT 융합기술의 연구와 개발을 통해 농업의 생산정밀화 유통지능화 소비안전화에 기여하고, 이를 통해 농업 분야의 경쟁력을 제고하는 것이 필요하다. 본고에서는 농업 ICT 융합기술의 개념과 국내외 농업 ICT 융합 관련 정책 및 연구동향을 살펴보고, 농업 ICT 융합기술 개발 사례와 국내 농업 ICT 융합기술의 문제점을 분석하여 국내 농업 ICT 융합기술의 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 농업 ICT 융합기술의 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

교육정보화 사업은 제 1, 2단계 교육정보화 종합발전 방안의 큰 틀 안에서 성공적으로 추진되어 왔다. 제 1단계 교육정보화 종합 계획에서 물적 기반 구축을 중심으로 이루어지던 교육정보화 정책이 2001년부터 시행된 제 2단계 교육정보화 종합 발전 방안에서는 활용 중심의 교육정보화 방향으로 전환하여 수행되어 왔다. 제 2단계 교육정보화 종합 발전방안이 종료되는 2005년 현 시점에서 돌이켜 보면, 교육정보화 인프라 구축 및 물량 투입 중심의 정보화 사업을 추진해 왔으며 그 결과 다른 여러 나라와 비교해서 손색이 없을 정도로 교육 현장에 정보화 환경이 조성되고 있고, 교육정보화를 통한 교육 혁신의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 그러나 현재 학교에 보급된 교육정보자원은 학교마다의 실정을 고려하지 않은 대부분 공급자 중심의 획일화 된 규격에 일부 자원의 경우 여러 가지 이유로 충분한 활용이 이뤄지지 못하고 있다. 또, 교육정보자원의 관리 측면에서는 관리 주체가 학교마다 다르고 제대로 지정되지 않은 경우도 많아 업무의 효율성과 관리의 용이성이 떨어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 10 여 년 동안 일선 학교에 보급된 교육정보자원을 보다 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서 현재 교육정보자원에 대한 활용, 관리 실태를 정확하게 파악하고, 조사 분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 이를 토대로 교육정보자원의 내실화 방안을 수립하여 제반 교육정보자원의 역할 및 기능을 재정립하고, 향후 신기술 수용 및 교육환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

In case of the silicon solar panel being used in Korea, the production specification is designed to give maximum output at the limit of -0.5 to 0.05℃, so the output of 0.45~0.55% decreases when the temperature rises by 1℃. As a result, the photovoltaic power generation is reduced according to the surface temperature rise of the photovoltaic module due to the characteristics of the solar cell. The decrease in output reduces the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation, and if the efficiency decreases, the result is that the profit of electricity sales according to the amount of photovoltaic power generation decreases. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of spraying cooling air to the lower (or surrounding) of the photovoltaic module when it is identified above the set temperature by the temperature detection sensor. In addition, the amount of power generated is increased by utilizing the lost solar energy, and by applying cooling function through cooling air, the power generation can be further increased.

Main purpose of national information circulation institutions is efficient service to the users in the rapidly changing information environment. This research suggests plan that how national information circulation institutions provide service more effective to the users. For the study, RISS(Research Information Service System) is investigated. This research examines current services of RISS and analyzes foreign cases which is being advanced. Also it is reviewed that see how thing could have been changed that information service of national information circulation institutions for better ways to develop plan for RISS. The result of this research could be the basic resources for new service plan in information service of national information circulation institutions.
