Before the scholarship loan system was implemented at the Korea Scholarship Foundation, the government's role was strengthened by the direct lending of student funds to banks and other financial institutions. However, the low repayment performance of student loans has raised concerns over the future of student loans and the government's financial burden. Moreover, since student loans are repaid even after graduating from college to support low-income families, it is highly unlikely that the repayment rate of student loans will improve unless the employment rate and income level of the borrower improve. In this paper, the final visualization graph is presented of the repayment amount of the student loan through the collection, storage, processing and analysis phase in the Big Data-based system. This could be the basis for visually checking the amount of student loans to come up with various ways to reduce the burden on the current student loan system.

This paper examined the impact of student loan on job search duration, explicitly considering the type of student loan. The data was collected from Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP) study released by KRIVET. The survival analysis shows the following two patterns. First, the students who used the student loan with guarantee tended to have longer job search duration of job search. Second, the students with the income contingent loan tended to have shorter job search duration to end up with lower wage.

The purpose of the research was to analyze the characteristics and the process elements which appeared to the process of designing experiment for biologists and gifted students in science. Four biologists and thirty-two gifted students were participated in this study. The findings indicated that (a) the researcher figured out the process elements could constructed in fifteen elements such as confirming questions, arrange materials, consideration for experimental subjects, searching variables, eliminating variables, selecting variables, planning operation of variables, planning control environmental variables, planning control biological variables, planning the methods of observation and assessment, planning the methods of collecting data, planning the interpretation of data, planning the repetition of experiments, planning the repetition of assessment, safety regulations as well. The biologists concentrated in the particular process elements related with variables, since the science-gifted students concerned the performance whole process elements themselves without deeper consideration, (b) the characteristics of biologists and science-gifted students in the process of designing experiment were as follows; 1) biologists and students showed the process elements which include the domain specific process skills as well, 2) biologists accurately conducted the designing experiments processes with repetition of specific process, since students designed experiments conventionally, and 3) biologists possessed the domain specific skills and know-how about their experiments, but students did not. The results show that the programs of designing experiment activity should be constructed with the process elements which were concentrated by biologists, should provide feedbacks to design experiment more accurately, and should be developed with concern of the process skills and know-hows of biologists.

중국 당나라때 천문학자로 이름을 떨쳤던 일행은 683년 지금의 하남성인 위주에서 태어나 45세로 요절하기까지 천문관측에 큰 공헌을 남겼다. 양귀비의 애인이었던 현종의 발탁으로 수도 생활을 마치고 장안으로 들어온 일행은 천문관측기구를 사용하여 별자리인 기본성좌 28수의 위치값을 찾아냈으며 새로운 측량기구를 만들어 세계 최초로 지구의 자오선을 측량한 과학자이다.

This study aims, to review and analyze the trend of the paradigm shift of government innovation focused on the relation between government and citizens. This paper tries to analyze the effects and performance of government innovation through the government 3.0 model, which is highlighted in Korea. This paper chooses higher-education loan programs as the case to study and analyzes results using government innovation theories. Especially, this paper re-organizes Korea's higher-education loan programs with 'Government 3.0 model'. We can expect 'Government 3.0 model'is usefull when explaining the specific policy program innovation loan. Lastly, this paper looks, at improvement points in Korea's higher-education loan programs.

도시생태계는 주 구성원인 인간의 사회구조와 경제활동이 주축이 되고, 부 구성원인 자연이 주 구성원과 상호관계를 받으면서 존재하는 실체이다. 도시 생태계는 사회구조와 경제활동이 일어나는 핵심부와 그것과 직접 관계하는 기초부 및 물질과 에너지의 공급원, 수용원 및 축적을 담당하는 외부환경의 세 부위로 구성되는, 사회-경제-자연-복합 생태계SENCE)로 이해할 수 있다. 도시생태계는 자연생태계의 원리에 따라 기능을 조절하고 시스템모델 기법으로 분석할 수 있다. 도시생태계의 범위는 그 크기, 독립영양과 종속영양의 평형, 기능적 활성 및 발달단계에 따른 ㅗ이부환경(입력환경과 출력환경)의 변화에 의하여 크게 달라진다. 생태학자나 환경학자는 도시생태계를 자연만을 대상으로 연구하였지만 앞으로는 사회학자와 공동으로 연구하여야 문제의 정곡에 접근할 수 있을 것이다.

생물을 진화적으로 분석할 때, 보전적인 유전자(Conserved gene)득은 기능이 알려지지 못했던 다양한 생물학적 정보를 얻어내는데 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다. 특히 완전히 서열이 밝혀진 지놈(Genome) 데이터로부터 진화적으로 보존적인 유전자 서열의 상동성에 따른 분류를 통한 2차 데이터베이스의 구축은 생물학자들에게 다차원적인 정보를 제공 할 수 있다. 이미 이러한 데이터베이스가 다양한 방법에 따라 구축되었고 생물학자들의 연구에 활용되고 있다. 그러나 기 구축된 데이터베이스들은 생물학자들이 이용하기에 Paralogs의 포함 문제점으로 인해 신뢰성이 떨어지거나 데이터베이스 생성기간이 오래 걸린다는 단전이 있다 본 연구는 기존에 구축된 데이터베이스들의 구축방법을 응용하고, 정보기술을 활용하여 빠르고 효과적으로 정확성을 높인 새로운 구축 방법론과 데이터베이스를 활용한 분석 시스템에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

북한의 천문학 연구현황을 살펴보기 위해 북한 학자들의 연구 논문을 조사하였다. 북한 평양천문대에서 발행하는 대표적 천문학 학술지인 천문학통보를 비롯해 과학원 통보, 기상과수문 그리고 김일성종합대학학보인 물리학, 자연과학 등의 학술지에 게재된 천문학 논문을 조사하였다. 지난 10년간 북한 학술지에 실린 논문 중 확인된 150여 편 중에서 2015-2018년 천문학통보에 게재된 47편의 논문을 분석하였다. 그 결과 태양 분야 연구가 가장 활발하게 진행되고 있으며 고천문, 인공위성, 항성 등의 연구도 꾸준히 이어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 북한 학자들의 해외 저널 논문을 조사한 결과 2007-2020년까지 16편을 확인하였다. 평양천문대, 김일성종합대학, 국가과학원 소속의 학자들이 주로 독일이나 중국의 학자들과 공동 논문을 발표하고 있는 것으로 확인된다.

이 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정 내 천문영역 필수 탐구 실험 성취기준에 대한 천문학자를 대상으로 인식 조사를 수행함으로써 천문학자들의 의견을 모아 차후 교육과정 내 천문분야의 개선 방향을 찾고자 한다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서 강조하는 핵심역량이 성취 기준상에 드러날 수 있도록 천문영역 학년 군별 필수 탐구에 제시된 역량과 보완점에 대한 천문학자들의 의견을 조사한다. 연구 결과를 통해 학년 군에 적절한 핵심 역량에 해당하는 필수 탐구 실험을 재배치해보고 차후 교육과정 내 천문분야의 성취기준 개선 방향에 대해 제안해보고자 한다.
