블록체인 기술을 통한 정확하고 투명한 데이터관리의 장점을 학습 시스템에 적용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 학습자 만족도와 참여율을 높이기 위한 학습데이터의 효율적 관리가 필요하다. 원격학습에서 학습 연계성과 만족도는 학습자의 학습참여율과 학습에서의 만족도에 변할 수 있음을 감안하여 당 변수에서 기인하는 하이퍼파라미터를 조정하여 학습자의 학습패턴과 학습연속성을 높이기 위한 노력을 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습자 만족도를 조사한 결과, 적용 전 대비 10% 이상 학습 만족도 및 학습연계 의향률이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있다.

COVID-19로 인한 외부환경요인의 변화는 2020학년도 1학기부터 대학교육시스템에 큰 변화를 일으켰다. 초기에는 비대면으로 변화된 수업 환경에서 필요한 수업 방법으로 전환하는 데 급급하였다면 비대면 상황이 지속되면서 대면 학습의 실재감을 제공하고 학습효과를 높이는 구체적인 요인 파악과 수업 적용이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 비대면으로 이루어지는 컴퓨터공학 분야의 대표적인 실습기반 교과목인 프로그래밍 수업에서 대면 수업의 실재감을 제공하기 위해 강의동영상 수업과 실시간 수업을 활용하여 수업주제 맞춤형 비대면 혼합형 수업 방법을 적용한 후 설문 조사를 통해 혼합형 수업에서 학습자의 참여수준(태도)가 대면수업 수준의 실재감에 미치는 영향을 조사·분석하였다. 이를 통해 비대면 수업에서는 비대면 환경에서 학습자의 상호작용을 위한 수업 참여 수준(태도)가 대면 수준으로 학습효과를 높이는데 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 조사·분석하였다.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate pre-service early childhood teachers experiences in major-associated service-learning. The participants were eight sophomores in I University and participated in major-associated service-learning during the Spring semester, 2018. They were asked to write journals about their experiences before, during, and after service-learning activities. As results, pre-service early childhood teachers reported that they realized the value of service-learning, learned the importance of concrete preparation and professional operation of activities, and experienced the enhancement of teaching efficacy.

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of motivation and satisfaction with continuing education on the intention to participate in college continuing education programs among adult learners. and participation of continuing education to improve the quality of Continuing education programs operated by College and to develop diverse educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners and increase their participation rate. This study analyzed data collected from 412 adult males and females taking courses at the Lifelong Education Center in four professional universities in Gyeonggi-do from May 1 to June 20, 2017. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 21.0 program, and general characteristics of the subjects were used. Descriptive statistics, t-tests and ANOVA were used to identify differences in participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate. Participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate were analyzed by Pearson's correlation. Participants were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation for participation in college continuing education programs, intention to participate in education programs, and intention to participate. The factors influencing participants' motivation for participation were participation motivation and education satisfaction 41.2%.The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop and operate a program considering the factors that can improve motivation for participation and educational satisfaction to increase learner motivation.

기존 분산 가상환경 시스템에서는 참여자들 사이의 언어 외적인 의사교환을 지원하기 위해 참여자의 아바타에 몸짓이나 얼굴 표정 등을 표현할 수 있도록 애니메이션 가능한 아바타를 사용한다. 하지만 아바타 애니메이션으로 참여자의 의사 및 감정 표현을 표현하는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 가상 환경 내의 다중 사용자들의 의사 교환 및 감정 표현을 극대화할 수 있는 방법으로 실시간 화상 대화 가상 환경 학습.훈련 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계한 시스템은 학습 참여자의 화상 및 음성 스트림을 전달함으로써 기존 응용들에 비해 풍부한 의사 교환을 지원하고, 가상 공간에서 학습에 필요한 다양한 모듈들을 포함하고 있다.

The aim of this study is to present a practical teaching plan for liberal arts English classes that target foreign students. Foreign learners who do not have Korean language proficiency at the university level may struggle to understand the contents of liberal arts classes conducted by Korean language professors. In this study, six topics were selected (K-culture, Online game, Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, DC) and topic-centered participatory class activities using various media were developed. A questionnaire was conducted to analyze learners' attitudes toward and perceptions regarding topic-oriented classes. It showed that learners' satisfaction with topic-based classes was high (75%), and the reasons for this high level of satisfaction were the instructors' caring attitudes, the comfortable class atmosphere, and the fun learners had in class. Learners also reported high satisfaction with various participatory class activities (81.9%), citing the learning benefits, their increased interest and motivation, and the efficiency of participatory classes. As globalization continues to increase the number of foreign students in South Korea, the need to develop realistic class plans and various class activities that are suitable for them is becoming more and more urgent.

As an effort to understand alienated gifted students, we investigated learning characteristics and learning tactics of a scientifically gifted student with economic difficulty and physical disadvantage. The student we studied is attending the Saturday Physics Class which is an after school science activity offered by our university. We adopted techniques of qualitative case study. Participant observation was carried out at the field and the interview was done with the participant, his mother, and his teacher of 5th grade. Field documents and self-reports were used to understand the student synthetically. As a result, learning characteristics of the participant could be summarized as a spontaneous learning which originated from the internal motivation and struggle for learning to overcome the sense of inferiority and isolation from the peers. The participant adopted a strategic method for learning to satisfy his learning desire given the circumstance of socioeconomic and physical disadvantage: the three tactics we found were various learning routes, meta-cognitive ability and fervent response.

The purpose of this study is to investigate views of high school students' learning of chemistry as one aspect of conceptual ecology. The results of this study will help us expand our understanding of conceptual change as it is used to evaluate learners. I made use of an interpretative research design based on principles of naturalistic inquiry. The participants in this study were six sophomore students. The picture of a chemistry class we draw from analyzing data is a play on stage with little interaction. Students accept passive and difficult-to-modify views of the learner roles that they should play in the chemistry classroom. Students identified chemistry classes as conservative places. 'Transmission' seems to remain the persistent and dominant classroom cultural dynamic for both the teaching and learning of chemistry. Students should understand about learning processes, and how to play, monitor, evaluate and regulate them. Students should experience the plausibility and fruitfulness of learning chemistry, and it will help students to feel a "love of learning chemistry." As students change their views of learning chemistry, it will help to improve their learning and to experience conceptual change in chemistry learning.

This study analyzed the effect of participation in work and learning ducal system of small businesses on employees' job competency enhancement. The study results showed that performance assessment significantly affected job competency enhancement(p<.001, ${\beta}=.514$). In conclusion, it is suggested that small businesses should consider performance assessment more important and actively include it in training program as generally utilizing off-the-job or on-the-job training method. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of participation in work and learning ducal system of small businesses on employees' job competency enhancement, so it broadened the scope of the study about performance of work and learning ducal system and verified the effectiveness depend on the type of training.
