Web-based PBL Performance Assessment Management Model Through the Analysis of the Distance Teacher Training (초등 교원 원격연수의 인식도 분석을 통해 본 웹기반 문제중심 수행평가 운영 모형개발)

  • Web-based distance teacher training should focus on increasing self-directed problem solving skills of trainers by problem-based instruction(PBL). Performance assessment evaluates achievement of learning goals through the practical performance learning to solve problems in the real situation. This study proposes a web-based performance assessment model for the distance teacher training. It reflects fairness and objectiveness issues of performance assessment which elementary teachers are concerned about through the survey on distance teacher training, and relieves instructors from overload of managing and scoring performance tests. The proposed model provides problem-based learning situations, interactions between individuals and groups, and web-based cooperative evaluation and the peer evaluation.

  • This paper deals with the design and implementation of PBL for the computer network practice to improve learner's learning ability. This design is for college student's whose learning ability is low. I implemented the CNC-PBL in a class of second year students at Daeduk college. The result of the experiment showed that the CNC-PBL facilitated learner's self-directed learning process.

The Implementation and Evaluation of Learning Experience-Based Professionalism Program in Medical School (의과대학의 학습경험 중심 전문직업성 프로그램 운영 및 평가)

  • This study explores how to implement a learning experience-based professionalism program for a medical students and evaluates its program through effectiveness and usability test. This study aims to provide practical implications for experience-based learning in an undergraduate level. Seventy four first-year medical students enrolled in PDS1(Patient-Doctor-Society 1): professionalism, one-week block (30 hours), one-credit program based on a experience-based learning model. All of the students were given six learning themes and learning resources and supporting tools, and conducted stepwise learning activities; preparation, organization, sharing, reflection and evaluation of experiences. The effectiveness of learning was evaluated by comparing the pre and post results of student's self-assessment on 24 questionnaire items about professionalism. After the course, the students and instructors conducted a usability evaluation of the program through questionnaires or group interviews. Learners' self-assessment results of professionalism such as leadership, self-directed learning, professional attitude, and social accountability all showed significant differences between the pre- and post-test. Satisfaction of the program was distributed to 3.58~3.78 according to items. Instructors and learner interviews confirmed practical usability throughout the course design, implementation and students evaluation. The results of the study showed the feasibility of implementing learning experience-based professionalism program in medical school. This study provides practical implications to develope and evaluate the learning experience-based professionalism program in medical education.

Study on the Development on Problem-Based Model for Mind Study (마음공부 PBL 교수학습모형 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to develop a problem-based learning model for mind study based on the insight into a general problem-based learning and contemplation of mind study. Focusing on the main stages commonly regarded important in precedent studies on problem-based learning process, the procedures were designed as follows: 1) choosing a text 2) setting a goal for learning 3) developing a problem 4) preparing a set of learning materials 5) developing an assessment tool 6) designing a plan for teaching and learning. The content and range of the stages were presented and how the main activities should be conducted was also discussed in a main body. These procedures were specified through examples of problem-based learning on the subject of 'mind'. It also suggested how to play a role of teacher as a guide or coach with presenting various examples of teacher talk and specific activities for learners to keep the intention of primary problem-based learning by performing a set of procedures.

  • 본 논문에서는 학습자 중심의 학습 환경 구현에 매우 적합한 특성을 지니고 있는 웹을 통해 보다 효과적인 프로젝트 기반 학습 시스템(PBL; Project Based Learning )을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자한다. 프로젝트 목표선정, 프로젝트 계획, 프로젝트 활동, 정리 및 평가에 이르기까지 팀 구성원 모두가 책임감을 갖고 보다 적극적, 능동적인 학습을 수행할 수 잇도록 학습모듈을 구상하였다. 웹을 활용하여 프로젝트에 참여한 학습자들은 수동적 수혜적인 기존의 학습방식과는 달리 보다 적극적, 형성적, 협력적인 학습활동을 펼칠수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

  • 본 논문은 구성주의적 관점에서의 학습환경을 구축하기 위하여 설계·구현된 웹 기반 협동학습 시스템을 기술한다. 웹 상에서 인터넷을 통해 상호작용적인 의사소통을 촉진하고 자기 주도적 협동학습을 가능케 하기 위해 관리자, 그룹관리자, 학습자의 3가지 모듈을 구성·설계하였고, 과제와 평가 역시 서로 연동시킴으로써 보다 내실있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 강조되고 있는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 찬용 교육에 있어 의다 효율적인 협동학습 공간을 구축하는 데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근에 웹 기반 교육 시스템으로서 다양한 온라인 학습에 대한 새로운 교수 모형이 제시되고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 요구에 맞는 코스웨어의 주문이 증가되고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 뭔 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자 성향에 맞는 코스를 적절히 서비스해 주지 못할 뿐 아니라 지속적인 피드백과 학습자가 코스를 학습함에 있어서 취약한 부분을 재학습 할 수 있도록 도와주는 서비스를 원활히 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 취약성 분석 알고리즘을 이용한 학습자 중심의 코스 스케쥴링 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 먼저 학습자의 학습을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 평가하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도를 에이전트의 스케줄에 적용하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스를 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 코스에 따라 능력에 맞는 반복된 학습을 통하여 적극적인 완전학습을 수행하게 된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the design - oriented model (NDIS) for enhancing learner's computing thinking in SW education. NDIS is a project-based learning model in which learners find real-life problems, analyze their needs, and design and implement them. In order to verify the effectiveness of NDIS, we experimented with middle level G education university students who had previously experienced SW education class. The traditional project model was applied to the control group and the NDIS model based on CT was applied to the experimental group. The experimental group showed a higher CT narrative performance evaluation score than the comparative group, which showed a significant difference. In addition, students showed a positive perception of self-confidence and CT improvement in solving real-life problems using computing.

  • 인터넷 환경 아래에서 멀티미디어 매체 및 컴퓨터 통신 기술의 발전은 사회전반의 변혁을 가속화하게 되었다. 교육에 있어서도 수동적인 자료 중심으로 상호작용하고 시간과 공간을 초월하는 새로운 구조에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 새로운 교수-학습 활동의 형태로 웹을 기반으로 한 교육(WBI : Web-Based Instruction)이라는 모형이 제시되고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 필요에 응하는 코스웨어의 제공이 요구되고 있으며 이에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자가 원하는 코스를 적절히 제공하지 못하고, 계속적인 피드백과 부족한 부분을 적절히 반복 학습할 수 있도록 인도하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 성취도 생성 알고리즘을 이용한 코스 스케줄링 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 보다 효율적인 학습을 유도한다. 제안한 시스템은 학습자의 학습활동을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 평가하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도를 에이전트의 스케줄에 적용하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스를 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 코스에 따라 능력에 맞는 반복된 학습을 통하여 적극적인 완전학습을 수행하게 된다.

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a design thinking-based capstone design instructional model for pre-service teachers. Through the analysis of literature related to learner-centered instruction, design thinking and capstone design instructional design principles and instructional models for pre-service teacher education were discovered, and core elements were derived. Based on the core elements derived through literature analysis, the capstone design instructional design model and teaching and learning model based on design thinking for pre-service teachers were developed. The developed model conducted a total of three Delphi surveys including expert validation for 6 experts related to education including design thinking, capstone design, was revised, supplemented, and the final draft was confirmed. The final results of this study contain the overall contents of the instructional design, instructor's activities in detailed steps, and guidelines for learners' activities.
