A review of literature discussing the status and impact of mainstream Korean research revealed that there have been few studies carried out to investigate the status of Korean mainstream medical research and that we need to know exact status of Korean medical papers published in mainstream journals. Accordingly, a study is undertaken to measure mainstream medical publication output by authors at Korean institutions and its growth during the 1980s as recorded in MEDLINE. EMBASE and SCI. For comparison purpose, a measurement of mainstream publication output of chemistry, a scientific field which showed the best mainstream performance, is also made. The database searching is limited to SCI for chemistry records.

This research is to suggest a method for evaluating academic articles using Almetircs, comparing traditional methods such as citation index and impact factor.

KCI is a database for the citations of journals and papers published in Korea. Classification of a journal listed in KCI was mainly determined by the publisher who registered the journal at the time of application for the journal. However, journal classification in KCI was known for not properly representing the quoting rate between journals. In this study, we extracted communities of the journals registerd in KCI based on quoting relationship using various network clustering algorithms. Among them, the infomap algorithm turned out to give a classification more being alike to the current KCI's in the aspect of the modular structure.

국내 전자학술지에서 현재 논문 보조자료를 제공하고 있는 학술지는 총 1640종 중 52종이며, 학문 분야별로는 의약학 분야가 35종(21.6%), 자연과학 분야가 12종(12.8%), 공학 4종(2%) 순으로 나타났다. 보조자료 보유 종수의 대부분을 차지하는 의약학 분야, 특히 Synapse에서 서비스되고 있는 논문 보조자료 최근 5년간 현황을 살펴보면, 총 41종의 학술지, 총 109건의 논문에서 논문 보조자료를 보유하고 있었다. 보조자료의 자료 유형은 pdf 형식이 59%로 절반 이상을 차지하고 있었고, 이어서 동영상 파일 유형이 28%를 차지하고 있었다. 본 연구는 국내 전자학술지 현황을 조사 분석한 기초 연구이다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 국내 전자학술지 논문 보조자료를 원활하게 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 방안 모색이 강구되어야 할 것이다.

This study aims to analyze the change in the correlation between the index values and qualitative quantitative evaluation elements by applying 'the decile of total number of articles' instead of the average annual number of articles in Kor-Factor2, and to evaluate the distinction ability between registered journals and register nominee journals of the KCI. The correlation between the index values and qualitative quantitative evaluation elements was analyzed by calculating the correlation coefficient between the index values and the evaluation elements, and then the correlation was compared with that of Kor-Factor2. To evaluate the distinction ability, we carried out independent samples t-test on the mean difference between index values of register nominee journal group and registered journal group and compared the mean difference with that of Kor-Factor2, IF and journal h-index. As a result, we found that the modified index applying the decile of total number of articles was effective in improving the balance among the correlation between the index values and qualitative quantitative evaluation elements compared to Kor-Factor2, and the new index appeared to be superior to other indexes on distinction ability of the journal's registration condition in the KCI.

과학기술 학술활동은 원천기술 확보의 기반인 기초연구를 강화하기 위한 핵심요소이다. 논문과 학술지는 학술 커뮤니티에서 사전 연구기획과 사후 결과 활용의 핵심 수단으로써 중요한 기능을 담당하며 과학기술과 함께 발전해 왔다. 따라서 학술지 종수와 논문 발표 건수, 피인용 현황은 해당 주제 분야의 동향을 파악하는데 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 최근 11년간 JCR 과학기술 주제분야(176개)별 논문 편수와 피인용도 증감 변화를 조사하여 새로운 주제분야(학문)의 생성과 성장가능성을 살펴 보았다.

Korean academic societies in science and technology are trying to improve the prestige and quality of their journals by enlisting them in international citation databases. In order to be enlisted in international citation databases, a journal should be managed and maintained according to the policies of organizations operating citation databases. In particular, a journal should have an effective on-line publishing process including fair and transparent peer-review. KISTI studied the systematical necessary element so that the domestic journal could receive the evaluation for the international index DB record. Based on this, KISTI designed the Article Contribution Management System(ACOMS) Ver. 4.0 including the academic journal homepage and completed the english ACOMS development in 2010. Presently the english ACOMS promotes the continued facility improvement in 2012 in order to be reborn as the international journal manuscript submission/review and electronic publishing system. And it is managed about the academic journal of 49 kinds including JICCE academic journal. Therefore, this paper suggests utilizing english ACOMS as a way for JICCE journal to enlist their journals in international citation database.

Random Forest (RF), a representative ensemble technique, was applied to automatic classification of journal articles in the field of library and information science. Especially, I performed various experiments on the main factors such as tree number, feature selection, and learning set size in terms of classification performance that automatically assigns class labels to domestic journals. Through this, I explored ways to optimize the performance of random forests (RF) for imbalanced datasets in real environments. Consequently, for the automatic classification of domestic journal articles, Random Forest (RF) can be expected to have the best classification performance when using tree number interval 100~1000(C), small feature set (10%) based on chi-square statistic (CHI), and most learning sets (9-10 years).

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of McKenzie Exercise of cervical part Method : A case-controlled clinical trial was searched for the effect of McKenzie Exercise on the cervical part. From 2015 to June 2021, 8 studies were selected from the RISS database published in Korea. The selected studies included an experimental group with McKenzie Exercise and a control group with general physical therapy and stretching Results : McKenzie Exercise, ROM, muscle activion, pain, posture were improved. Conclusion : This study summarizes the results of applying McKenzie Exercise of cervical part. This study suggests for cervical function who wants to intervene in McKenzie Exercise of cervical part.
