Due to the paradigm of open science and advanced digital information technology, data sharing and re-use have been actively conducted and considered data-intensive in a wide variety of disciplines. This study aims to investigate the intellectual structure portrayed by the research products re-using the data sets from ICPSR. For the purpose of this study, a total of 570 research products published in 2017 from the ICPSR site were collected and analyzed in two folds. First, the authors and publications of those research products were analyzed in order to show the trends of research using ICPSR data. Authors tend to be affiliated with university or research institute in the United States. The subject areas of journals are recognized into Social Sciences, Health, and Psychology. In addition, a network with clustering analysis was conducted with using co-word occurrence from the titles of the research products. The results show that there are 12 clusters, mental health, tabocco effect, disorder in school, childhood, and adolescence, sexual risk, child injuries, physical activity, violent behavior, survey, family role, women, problem behavior, gender differences in research areas. The structure portrayed by ICPSR data re-uses demonstrates that substantial number of studies in Medicine have been conducted with a perspective of social sciences.

멀티미디어 정보의 보호를 위한 최종 정착지는 독창성 없는 데이터베이스의 보호에 있다고 볼 수 있다. 저작권법상 데이터베이스는 편집저작물로 보호되고 있으나, 독창성이 낮아 보호에 한계가 있다. 멀티미디어 정보 제작에 상당한 노력과 재원이 투입되는 점을 감안할 때, 독창성 없는 데이터베이스의 보호에 대한 논의는 의미가 있다고 본다. 하지만, 독창성 없는 데이터베이스의 보호는 자유 이용 상태에 놓인 정보의 이용을 제한하고, 그러한 정보의 또다른 독점을 조장할 우려가 있고, 또한 정보 선진국의 독창성 없는 데이터베이스도 보호해야 하는 부담을 안을 수 있다는 점에서 국제적 추이를 지켜보면서 신중하게 처리하는 자세가 필요하다. 또한 멀티미디어 정보의 제작에 있어서 제작자는 이용하는 저작물이 침해 저작물인지를 반드시 확인함으로써 혹시라도 주어질 수 있는 주의의무 책임을 면하는 노력이 필요하다. 아울러 멀티미디어 정보의 제작을 위하여 저작물을 이용하는데는 상당한 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 이용 허락을 쉽고 빠르게 처리할 수 있는 제도적 보완이 필요하다.

스캔된 어문/만화 저작물은 종이책을 스캔하여 PDF 및 EPUB 형태의 전자책으로 변환되지만, 아무런 복제방지조치를 취하지 않아 불법복제의 위험성이 매우 높다. 또한 사적으로 복제된 저작물들도 아무런 저작권 보호기술도 취해지지 않은 상태로 웹하드 등을 통해 불법유통되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 어문/만화 저작물 식별 및 복제 방지 시스템을 제안하였다.

공유저작물을 이용하는데 있어서 권리관리정보(RMI, Rights Management information)를 제대로 파악하지 못하거나 제대로 된 정보를 제공 받지 못하는 경우 이용자들은 저작권분쟁에 휘말릴 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 공유저작물을 제공하는 사이트에서는 공유저작물에 대한 정확하고 최신의 RMI 정보를 제공하기 위하여 통합하여 관리하고 최신의 정보로 갱신해야 한다. 하지만 동일한 권리를 가진 이미지는 다양한 이미지 포맷과 사이즈 변경에 따라 다른 형태로 유통되기 때문에 이에 대한 갱신처리가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 특징점 기술을 활용하여 권리관리정보에 대한 중복데이터 문제를 해결할 수 있는 기법을 제시한다.

Based upon the provision of limitation of copyrights, libraries may provide the document delivery service which supplies copies of journal articles and book chapters owned at other libraries by request of users. However, more proactive information service is required as more users want to use the digital delivery of documents published overseas. This study reviews copyright law of Korea and international conventions related to the document delivery service. It then examines foreign cases to see how overseas information centers clear copyrights. Finally this study suggests that copyright clearance methods be adopted to make a proactive information service. Through those methods, a new information service model may be planned, which meets various information needs while protecting copyright.

This study aims to identify copyright issues regarding the knowledge content currently circulated through knowledge exchange markets in the Republic of Korea. The content providers of knowledge exchange markets comprise government & public institutions, full-text database companies, publishers and individuals. It is worth noting that commercial trade of copyrighted content or material among academic journals, database companies and knowledge exchange markets essentially exclude individual authors who are the actual copyright holders. In principle, the original author owns the copyright whether it has an explicit notice or not. Unless the author/owner officially agrees to transfer the copyright including the right for so-called "derivative works", content-making based or derived from the copyrighted material, digitalization of the copyrighted work as well as its registration on full-text database and circulation through knowledge markets are illegal.

As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of the digital rights for digital content has been recognized as one of critical issues. Digital Right Management(DRM) has taken much interest Internet Service Provider(ISP), authors and publishers of digital content as an interested approach to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PBD security method real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

최근 360도 형태로 영상을 촬영하고 제공하는 경우가 많아 일반적인 동영상과 달리 360도 형태의 영상저작물에 적절하고 효과적인 방법으로 광고를 삽입하여 노출 시킬 수 있는 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실감형 360도 영상저작물 객체 추출을 통한 추천 광고 매칭방법을 제안한다. 360도 영상저작물 내에 광고를 매칭하고 추출된 객체와 연관된 광고를 추출하여 해당 프레임에 자동으로 삽입 노출이 가능하도록 하는 방법으로 이 방법을 이용함으로써 사용자의 현재 시점 영역 내에 광고 영상이 노출되도록 광고의 삽입 위치를 이동시켜 영상이 재생되도록 하거나, 광고 영상이 삽입된 좌표로 사용자의 현재 시점을 이동시켜 영상이 재생되게 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 협력적 충돌 제어 방식을 도입하여, 공동 저작 도구를 설계한다. 제안된 시스템은 실시간 알림 기능 및 비 실시간 메시지 전송 방식으로 저작자들 간의 의견 교환을 원활히 제공하여, 공동 저작 시에 발생할 수 있는 작업자들간의 충돌 가능성을 최소화한다. 실시간 공동 작업과 비 실시간 공동작업을 위한 방법을 제공하여 저작자들 사이의 공동 작업의 효율성 증대할 수 있으며, 다수 저작자들의 관점에 따라 다중 문서를 생성하는 방법을 도입하여 저작 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 충돌을 배제할 수 있다. 또한, 저작물을 학습하는 학습자가 다수 저작자들의 의견이 수렴된 저작물을 HTML브라우저를 통하여 학습할 수 있으므로 학습자의 다양한 욕구에 부합하는 저작물을 생성할 수 있다.
