자율운항선박 지원 서비스는 자율운항선박이 항만 내에서 안전하게 항해하고, 입/출항 및 화물 적/양하를 효율적으로 진행하는 것을 지원하기 위해 개발 중인 6종 서비스를 의미한다. 개발된 서비스의 성능을 검증하기 위해 육상 시범운영 인프라인 자율운항선박 기술연구센터를 구축하였으며, 성능검증 시나리오를 개발하였다. 성능검증 시나리오는 개발된 서비스가 실제 운용 환경에서 올바르게 동작하는지 확인하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 성능검증은 실제 서비스 사용자를 중심으로 하는 사용자 기반 방식으로 진행된다. 실제 선박에서의 서비스 성능을 검증하기 위해 실습선을 이용한 실선박 테스트를 수행하였다.

자율운항선박은 다양한 첨단기능을 활용하여, 선원의 의사결정없이 운항할 수 있는 선박으로 국내에서는 2020년부터 2025년까지 기술개발 연구가 진행되고 있다. 자율운항선박 기술개발 연구에는 자율운항선박의 안전 운영지원을 위한 6종류의 서비스도 동시에 개발 중이다. 자율운항 안전 운영지원 6종 서비스의 개발 내용이 미래 선박 운항환경에 적합하도록 개발자 및 사용자 관점에서 서비스의 성능 및 기능을 검증할 수 있는 시나리오가 필요하다.

Open Science Project, which enables users to access and utilize public research results in a digital format, is being actively promoted overseas, and American university libraries are interested in research support service. Among the three OECD implementation measures, 'capacity building' can be effectively prepared through librarians' research support services. Therefore, this study investigated the policy of research support service implemented in leading American 13 university libraries in preparation for the open science era focusing on the recent literatures and library websites. Based on the best cases of research support service of American university libraries, I analyzed the homepage of 19 domestic research universities' library focusing on scholarly communication service and suggested improvements. In Korea, open access service and management of research data are lacking in terms of experience and expertise. This study result can be used as a basic reference when establishing the research support service plan needed in the open science era in the university library and can contribute to the improvement of the research ability of domestic researchers by introducing internationally competitive research support services.

차도선과 같은 연안 화물 여객선에는 필수 탑재 항해통신장비 이외에 유지보수 지원이나 운항 효율 향상을 위한 장비는 거의 탑재 되어 있지 않은 상황으로 ICT 기술 기반 운영 및 유지보수(O&M, operating and maintenance) 지원 서비스 제공 시스템 도입이 필요하다. 이에 중소형 선박 기자재의 데이터 수집, 통합, 분석을 통해 선박 관리, 유지보수 지원, 운항 모니터링 등의 스마트 O&M 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템의 개발을 진행 중에 있다. 개발하는 시스템은 빅데이터 분석 기술, 모바일 어플리케이션 개발 기술, 증강현실(AR) 기술을 기반으로 선박을 구성하는 요소의 상태 모니터링, 최적 관리, 원격 유지보수 지원 등의 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 또한, 클라우드 기반 육해상 통합 O&M 서비스 지원 시스템의 개발을 통해 선단 단위 분석, 중소형 해운선사 소모품 관리 및 운영 지원 등 종합적인 부가 서비스를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 시스템의 개발이 완료되면, 실선 시험을 통해 개발 시스템과 서비스의 유용성을 검증할 계획이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 O&M 지원을 위한 시스템에 관해 소개하고, 앞서 언급한 각종 서비스를 제공하기 위한 선박 및 육상 측 구성요소 정의와 서비스 아키텍처의 설계에 관한 내용을 다룬다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동지원제도의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부 통계자료를 활용하여 전국의 장애인활동지원 서비스기관들의 현황과 서비스에서 나타나는 문제점들에 대해 파악하였다. 정책적 개선방안으로 장애인활동지원 기관정보 조회서비스의 표준화된 제공, 장애인 본인에게 적합한 지원 기관이 선정 될 수 있도록 정보 제공, 서비스 만족 향상에 이용자의 특성과 욕구를 신속하게 파악, 개별 서비스의 특성상 활동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등관리 대응, 개선이 필요기관 전문가의 지도 및 컨설팅 제공, 우수기관 사례관리를 통해서 노하우 공유, 회계프로그램을 효율적으로 수행을 위한 전문가 파견 및 지원을 통하여 서비스가 개선 될 수 있도록 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다.

자율운항 선박 지원 6종 서비스는 인공지능 센서 기반 선박 접/이안 및 계류지원 서비스, 화물 양적하 및 선박 입출항 지원, 선박과 터미널 간 실시간 정보 교류를 통한 운항정보 동기화, PSC 점검지원, 선박의 주요 기기를 육상 시범운영센터에서 표출하는 상태모니터링 지원 서비스, 해양사고 발생 시 신속한 조치을 위한 사고 대응지원 서비스로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 개발되는 6종 서비스 성능검증이 원활히 수행될 수 있도록 육상과 실선박에 설치되어야 하는 장비, 선박과 육상서비스 센터의 데이터 전송을 위한 네트워크 인프라 그리고 종합 상황실 역할의 육상 시범운영센터를 구축하여 안전운항을 위해 6종서비스가 이루어 져야한다.

본 연구는 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 지원서비스가 성장단계별로 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정과 입주기업이 느끼는 만족도와 그에 따른 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 하에 입주기업의 니즈(needs)를 반영한 성장단계별 차별화된 효과적 지원서비스로 입주기업의 만족도와 경영성과를 높임으로써 창업성공률을 제고하기 위한 이론적 기여와 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 검증을 위하여 가설1 성장단계별 지원서비스는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다, 가설2 성장단계별 만족도는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다, 가설3 성장단계별 경영성과는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다를 ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고, 가설4 지원서비스가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설5 지원서비스가 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설6 만족도가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다는 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구와 같이 지원서비스는 입주기업의 경영성과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 성장단계별 지원서비스가 서비스의 만족도와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 중소기업청 지정 창업보육센터 입주기업 174개를 표본으로 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 실증분석을 통하여 얻은 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 성장단계별 지원서비스의 차이에 대한 차이분석 결과 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성장단계별 만족도의 차이는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 성장단계별 경영성과의 차이 중 투자유치는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업보육센터에서 제공하는 지원서비스가 입주기업의 경영성과와 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 입주기업의 만족도도 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합해보면 창업보육센터의 지원서비스가 아직도 행정지원과 자금지원 등에만 국한되어 지원되고 있는 것으로 나타나 입주기업의 성장단계에 적합한 다양한 서비스의 제공이 필요함을 주지시켜 주고 있다. 또한, 성장단계별 입주기업의 만족도는 매출증가와 고용증가로 이어졌지만 아직 투자유치에는 크게 영향을 미치지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 모든 입주기업에게 획일적인 지원서비스가 아닌 차별화된 지원서비스가 필요하며, 이를 위하여 창업보육센터 매니저들이 엑셀러레이터로서의 역할을 하기 위한 창업보육역량 고도화가 필요하고, 창업보육사업은 기업의 성장단계와 관련이 있으므로 입주기업의 성장단계 및 창업보육센터의 지원하는 역할과 기능에 따른 창업보육모델의 진화를 고려한 3세대, 4세대 보육모델로서의 발전된 운영정책 수립이 요구된다.

The study aims to identify the problems of the research support service in presidential archives for users who use archives for scholarly purposes. For these purposes, the study conducted a literature survey. Moreover, this study compared and analyzed the content of presidential archives' Web sites between the U.S. and Korea. In addition, we examined the interviews via e-mail with an archivist working in the presidential archives in the U.S. and gained the materials from the presidential archives in Korea through a request of information disclosure. It was found that six improvements were considered by academic users to meet their needs. Consequently, based on the analysis, a research support services framework consisting of a service category was developed. With the proposed services, the academic utilization of presidential archives can be facilitated.

This research defines research support service, and compares the support service provided by college libraries in Korea and overseas. The findings showed that the frequency of college library service in Korean schools were low. Korean college libraries' services were mostly limited to the services of a normal library such as bibliographic education, full text service, and interlibrary loan service. To put it differently, Korean college libraries lacked information services on research ethics. Research spot services per research stage were mostly restricted to the data collection stage, and deficient elsewhere. On the other hand, college libraries in the U.S. were providing a platform for scholarly communication between researcher and scholars via websites.

The purpose of this study is to develop the research support service model of a university library, which prepares for the changing research environment and supports the entire research process. In particular, components of the research support service at each stage of research are developed based on 'the research lifecycle' to support the entire research process. First, constructed elements of research support services that should be supported at each stage of the study through literature reviews and surveys of service demand. Next, a survey and in-depth interview were conducted with service providers to ensure effective service operation. This research support service model developed through the processes above are proposed as 'the research support service component model' that consists of six steps and 50 components including 20 core elements and as 'the research support service operation system model' that is composed of the organic system among government and related organizations, university libraries and organizations inside universities.
