과학기술 학술활동은 원천기술 확보의 기반인 기초연구를 강화하기 위한 핵심요소이다. 논문과 학술지는 학술 커뮤니티에서 사전 연구기획과 사후 결과 활용의 핵심 수단으로써 중요한 기능을 담당하며 과학기술과 함께 발전해 왔다. 따라서 학술지 종수와 논문 발표 건수, 피인용 현황은 해당 주제 분야의 동향을 파악하는데 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 최근 11년간 JCR 과학기술 주제분야(176개)별 논문 편수와 피인용도 증감 변화를 조사하여 새로운 주제분야(학문)의 생성과 성장가능성을 살펴 보았다.

미래 사회를 살아갈 학생들에게 필요한 보편적 핵심 역량으로서 컴퓨팅 사고력에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 또한, 2015 개정 교육과정을 통해 SW교육이 필수화되고 초 중등학교를 아우르는 구체적인 교육 목표 및 내용체계가 제시됨에 따라, SW교육을 위한 다양한 교육자료의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내외에서 SW교육을 위한 타당한 교육자료로서 주목받는 비버챌린지에 관한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 논문지 및 학술대회 논문 17편과 국내 저자가 출판한 해외 학술대회 논문 1편의 연구를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 비버챌린지는 물론 향후 SW교육 콘텐츠에 관한 교육연구 방향을 제시하는데 기초를 제공할 것이다.

This research analyzed domestic researches on early algebra education which are published in six major mathematics education journals in Korea. The purpose of this work is to grasp trends of early algebra education in Korea and to draw up future tasks. From 2000 to 2017, 89 papers which are related to early algebra education published in 6 journals. The 89 papers were categorized by research period, academic journals, research topics, and research subjects. As a result, the number of researches on early algebra education in Korea has increased since 2000. Although early algebra education belongs to the field of elementary mathematics education, lots of papers were published in other math education journals than in the math education journals for elementary school mathematics. Most research focused on proportional reasoning across the algebraic content area. The majority of the research subjects were students, especially upper-grade students of elementary school. Based on the results of this study, some implications for early algebra education in Korea were suggested.

This paper analyzed SCOAP3 journals, which have been evaluated as successful open access models, to understand the characteristics of scholarly communication among domestic researchers in the field of high energy physics (HEP). As research methods, a quantitative analysis using statistics and a network analysis of authors' affiliated institutions and academic journals were conducted to understand collaboration and research activities of domestic researchers in the HEP field. The results of the study revealed that, among the 10 SCOAP3 journals in which Korean researchers participated, the proportion of articles in which Korean authors participated was 8.0% of the total. The proportion of papers with more than 1,000 co-authors per paper was 28.7% of the total. The results of this analysis proved that Korean researchers were actively collaborating in the HEP global network. From the results of the network analysis to understand the cooperative relationship centered on the affiliated organization, the cooperative network could be divided into three clusters: a cluster centered on S universities, a cluster centered on K research institutes that provided researchers a cooperative infrastructure with CERN, and a cluster centered on I research institute. Through the network analysis for research institutes and journals, it was found that JHEP, PRD, and PLB among academic journals were highly participating journals, and universities and researchers were also participating in the writing of open access papers. The results of this study can be used as a basic resource for understanding researchers and building a research information environment in libraries.

Recent controversies surrounding plagiarism of research papers submitted to domestic scholarly journals and dissertations lead to scrutiny in the level of scholarly community and that of government as well. Particularly the latter is beginning to deal with the problem as a matter of establishing academic and research ethics at international level. This study looks into the notions and definitions of citation and plagiarism4 along with some basic issues around them in academic and research writings. This study is done in the perspective of library and information science through literature survey. And the following three aspects are investigated and analysed in detail as results of this study. First. the types and related problems of plagiarism are closely examined. Second, citation styles in writing academic and research papers are compared and analysed. Finally, deterring and preventing measures against plagiarism and appropriate citation practices are suggested.

출판문화학회지인 '출판잡지연구' (발행인 전영표) 11호가 발간됐다. 이 연구지는 1990년에 창설된 출판문화학회의 정기 학술연구지로 출판 잡지문화의 역사에서부터 현황 등 문제점에 관한 깊이 있는 연구논문을 싣고 있다. 이번 연구지에는 전영표 발행인의 '출판 잡지 윤리강령과 실천요강의 재구축 , 한서대 이용성 교수의 '공공영역의 쇠퇴와 지식인잡지에 대한 연구 등 8편의 논문이 게재돼 있다. 본지에서는 동원대 출판미디어과 부길만 교수의 '안성판 경판 완판방각본의 비교연구' 를 요약 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the current status of picture book-related research in Korea. For this purpose, 1,660 picture book-related research papers produced in Korea by 2021 were analyzed. The results revealed through the analysis are summarized as follows. First, research papers began to appear in the mid-1990s and began to increase significantly around 2010. Second, the journal with the most research papers was 『Journal of Children's Literature and Education』, accounting for 17.7% of the total. Third, the representative researchers who led the production of the papers are Eun-Ja Hyun and Hea-Sook Jo. Fourth, by research type, individual research papers accounted for 39% and joint research 61%. Fifth, as a result of the analysis of the research topic, the study of the contents (analysis) of picture books (33.4%), the study of the effect of picture books (29.6%), and the study of perception, reaction, and experience of picture books (18.0%) were in order. Sixth, as a result of the research method analysis, experimental studies (35.7%), content analysis (33.7%), literature studies (13.3%), and qualitative studies (9.3%) were in order. Based on the results of the analysis, the researcher suggested diversifying the research production route, expanding the trend of collaboration between universities and the field, diversifying research topics, and enhancing the validity and diversity of research methods.

As basic data that can systematically support and evaluate R&D activities as well as set current and future research directions by grasping specific trends in domestic academic research, I sought efficient ways to assign standardized subject categories (control keywords) to individual journal papers. To this end, I conducted various experiments on major factors affecting the performance of automatic classification, focusing on feature selection techniques, for the purpose of automatically allocating the classification categories on the National Research Foundation of Korea's Academic Research Classification Scheme to domestic journal papers. As a result, the automatic classification of domestic journal papers, which are imbalanced datasets of the real environment, showed that a fairly good level of performance can be expected using more simple classifiers, feature selection techniques, and relatively small training sets.

본 논문에서는 국내 학술지 평가 체계 중, 과학기술 학술지 평가인 과학기술단체총연합회(이하 과총) 학술지 평가 요소에 대해 고찰하고, 평가 요소 중 정보화 요소 항목에 대한 개선사항을 제안한다. 저자가 제안하는 과총 학술지 평가 정보화 요소 개선사항은 국내 과학기술 연구자들의 노력에 따른 연구결과물을 더욱 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하고, 인용확대를 더욱 활성화 할 수 있도록 하여, 학술지 위상제고에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 국내 학술지가 갖추어야 할 학술정보 본문 편집 규정과 그에 따른 국내 학술지 평가 항목 중 연구자 식별정보인 ORCID, 논문 이력정보 등의 정보화 요소를 살펴보고, KISTI의 DOI 등록관리시스템과 코리아사이언스에 반영한 사례를 제시하면서 결론을 도출한다.

정형외과학회 내에도 다양한 세부 분과가 존재하여 다양한 분과 학회가 설립되었다. 대한관절경학회는 1994년 12월 설립되었고, 그 동안 회원들의 많은 논문이 게재되었으나, 연구 업적 평가 시 한국연구재단에 등재되어있는 학술지 중심으로 논문 평가가 이루어지면서 투고 논문이 감소였다. 2009년 현재 한국 연구 재단에 등재된 학회지는 총 1158개 이며, 등재 후부 학회지는 총 573 개 이다. 이중에 의약학 계열의 등재 학회지는 124개이며, 등재 후보 학회지는 63개 이다. 정형외과 내에서는 대한정형외과학회지, 대한골절학회지, 대한스포츠학회지가 등재되었으며, 대한견주관적학회지, 대한고관절학회지, 대한족부족관절학회지, 대한척추외과학회지가 등재 후보 학술지로 선정되어있다. 대한관절경학회지를 한국연구재단의 등재지로 추진하기 위하여 대한관절경학회지 현 상태를 등재후보지 평가기준으로 평가하여, 그 결과를 보고하고 대한관절경학회지의 발전을 위한 문제제기를 하고자 한다.
